We did a lot of research and finally picked up a beautiful Italian tile with natural wood plank look. We also searched for the best tile installers. They were pretty booked up but Ruslan was able to find a spot in his busy schedule even if it meant he had to work on a weekend. Ruslan and Oksana Tile Company are absolutely the best contractors I have worked with, ever. I just finished a complete home remodel which included on gut-job bathroom, new bathroom floors in another and full tile backsplash in the kitchen. I scheduled about 5 different quotes for the work and Ruslan stood out immediately. He was extremely responsive, provided a fullly detailed written quote and incredibly, his price was the lowest of everyone I contacted. For the gut-job bathroom, we had an idea of what we wanted, but really no plan on how to execute. Going from a tub & shower to a walk-in shower seemed straight forward, but we really had no idea what we were talking about. This involved not just laying new tile, but building the shower from the ground up, including hot mop and new plumbing to accomodate this. Ruslan explained every detail of the process to us and made sure we understood before we started. His works speaks for itself in the finished project, but what you don't see are all the small attention to detail components that Ruslan notices as he is a perfectionist. Two big things happened in our bathroom: 1) the walls are not perfectly square, so Rusland cut each individual piece of tile where the wall meets the tile to match the crooked wall so that to the naked eye you do not see this. 2) he noticed that tile that WE purchased did not match in the hexagon mosaic. He ripped everything up and spent that evening going to Lowe's with samples to try and find the exact match. He didn't charge extra for this even though it was absolutely our fault. The second bathroom tile floor & kitchen backsplash went off without a hitch and they look gorgeous. Ruslan & Oksana Tile are the best in the business, plus he's a really nice guy and great to work with. I highly recommend them for any tile-related remodeling needs. read more

The prior vendor screwed up the plumbing and caused 600 in damages to the unit below mine due to leaks.
