I build a brand new computer with my friend and had faulty brand new parts you know what they say…read morethere is always a % chance of faulty stuff, luck tends to favor me for those small chances... Anyway Daniel discovered it was a faulty power supply which also friend the CMOS battery. Daniel went through the warranty of my parts and got me a replacement power supply sent to him even if the manufacturer initially sent it to Aba Dabbu instead of Arlington... FedEx had to summon its Fedex council and sat with my replacement power supply for over a week to determine that they would just ship it back, thankfully Daniel had called FedEx because I think they would have sat on my package for all eternity. Then FedEx mounted it on what I can only imagine is the worlds largest snail and sent that back to the manufacturer. Thankfully once the Fedex Snail returned from the manufacturer it returned to Daniel and he moved quickly to rebuild my pc. He even remounted my pc's CPU cooler that had been installed backwards by my friend (cpu cooler was facing towards another fan causing overspin) I had noticed it and lightly mentioned it without actually asking him to fix it. The price was fair and way underbudget for what I had prepared to pay for. Particularly shipping the power supply back to the manufacturer. I was having boot problems that I could not solve. Some of them were my own doing but…read morenevertheless, I needed help. Sometimes it would boot up and many of my programs were missing. Chase, (Service Manager) was my tech. He found a loose connector, a damaged boot record, and several copies of Windows that remained after hard drive upgrades. He also found that my copy of Windows was outdated. He performed an upgrade, AT NO EXTRA COST! My computer was built around a flight simulator/gaming machine, so it has several components plugged into it normally which were not available to Chase during his troubleshooting/repair. These included: 4 monitors Several flight/game controllers Several external hard drives I started having issues where it would shut down for no reason, and my game controller was not recognized. We set up a remote connection and phone call where he spent well over an hour troubleshooting and repairing each item and identified other issues to address. All while explaining as he went along. I chose them for this because I had gone to them for a prior laptop repair. I had great service then, so I'm a repeat customer. For all the work done, and time spent, I found the pricing very reasonable. Bottom line, I would recommend them to anyone!

I'm very grateful and recommend Dynasty repair 100%! To give a bit of a background, my laptop had gotten a blue screen and was not booting up for me. Since I had warranty, I called the manufacturer, and they were not able to help me and told me that the only solution was to do a reimagining (erase the laptop and restart it). However, I needed a data backup before erasing my laptop so I started looking for a repair shop that could do this job fast since I needed my laptop for university. A lot of places would send it to a laboratory for initial evaluation and charged $150+ depending on the status of the laptop which was not feasible for me. I ended up taking it to a chain store in which they took three days to tell me they could not retrieve the data even though they never opened my laptop to access the solid state drive. Doing my second search for repair shops, most of which were a bit further than the ones I had originally considered, I found Dynasty repair. After calling Antonio to explain the situation, he told me he could open up my laptop to retrieve the data and would only take a couple of days to complete. Antonio explained to me step by step what was happening with my laptop, what it implied, and what work he would perform to repair my laptop and obtain the data backup. In the end, he was able to obtain the data backup and had my laptop running without having to do the reimaging! Plus, he gave it a tune up and provided an antivirus. Honestly, the service could not have been better. He kept me updated at all times and the cost of the service was very good. I'm very grateful for his excellent and fast work.
