Robin, Thank you for the response. However, the evening that…read moreother customers and I were stalled in your wash was apparently a different situation because I was the lead car that was stranded (the woman in front of me exited without issue), and there was no upset elderly gentleman being tended to by your staff. As for your charitable giving, that's terrific, but not justification for me to purchase a subpar product or service.

There are 5 bays for spray wash, vacuum stations, trashcans & they also take coin or plastic in the manual bays. The bays are large and could accommodate dually trucks. If you have a dog the dog wash is awesome. Have used it many times. Henry boy doesn't care for it but it makes washing him much easier. Facility is well lit at night. We have a monthly unlimited membership at a Mister Car Wash location in Milwaukee and so were delighted to find a location here. Love the unlimited membership, which makes getting the car washed even while on a road trip a breeze. We have a sticker/barcode on the corner of our windshield that identifies us as unlimited members. We simply drive up, it's automatically scanned, and the gate opens. This location is great. Not only were we able to get in and out quickly, they took the extra effort to give a little pre-wash as well. Aside from the pre-wash (done by the attendant), the automatic wash was great, with all parts of the functioning properly. Best of all? It got our car sparkling clean! Get to it!

Needed and expected my car to be vacuumed thoroughly, (or at least look like it) but upon entering my car I noticed crumbs were still visible. It looked like they only vacuumed my floor rugs. When I got home and looked at my car, I noticed two scrapes on the passenger side of my car that were not there before. I don't know what happened because I was in the lobby while they were taking care of my car, but I'm not happy. It looks great from far away, but with the visible crumbs, and adding the new scrapes, I will not be going back.
