I went to this car wash yesterday 3.20.26 on north glenstone. I really was after the tire shine so I paid for the $10 wash not a problem. I leave and I'm getting gas close by and was looking and I didn't get any tire shine which I noticed the sign didn't come on so I went back the kid did question me but re- wash it for me. so as I'm going back through there was a customer in front of me tire shine sign ca on as I wen through the sign stayed off again I pulled around to the kid again showed him no tire shine again now he's telling me there's tire shine on them!!!!! When I saw the price and upkeep of this location I did not expect an incredibly impressive car wash because I knew I had no plans to add any of the upgrades offered. And I usually select the cheapest option on the menu. Besides the obvious age of the carwash and no evidence of any updating whatsoever the noticeable difference to me on this location is that they have signs specifically instructing you to vacuum your car before going through the carwash. That was a first for me. When they named it In & Out, they were not playing. Vacuums are free and actually worked pretty well. No lie, I was kind of surprised. My car wash was $5 and was slightly pitiful but there is a threat of rain in the forecast anyway and at least my car looks much better than it did before I went in. But I'm legit not even sure my driver side mirror even got wet. It's still dirty. read more

The only reason I am giving this a 1-star rating is because twice now I have went through and paid full price for all the upgrades and did not receive a single upgrade! Not even a tire shine! So the second time it happened I went into the little office and he put a code in to put me through again and it did the same thing! No upgrades and spent $15! Never again. read more

Apparently you're supposed to wash your car before you go through the car wash I just paid $15 for a car wash and have more bugs on it after I went through than when we started. read more

I have called and messaged this company via their website multiple times in a week to cancel membership with them. I have not received any return calls or messages. They are not responsive in following up with their customers and it shows they simply do not care. read more

Opted for the 10$ car wash on a 1/2 ton Ram. My truck was filthy in places after the wash. Tail gate looked virtually untouched, wheels were dirty and there were large untouched stripes of dirt down the hood, cab, and bed cover. The sides were fairly clean. This was 3$ value, maybe read more

The conveyor belt that holds your car will stop when it's busy for a while. I was there once and it stopped 3 times. I'm not a fan of it at all. It's very scary if the belt stops because you have no idea what's happening. They either need to get it fixed or figure something out read more

I've been going here for years and never really had a problem. Yeah, once in awhile you might get a little soap suds left on you but what do you want for the money? It's a lot cheaper to get a quickie here than it is to go elsewhere and do a really good job. I will say that the help has gotten a little churlish lately, but it's still hard to beat for the money. Obviously you don't go mudding and expect $3 to wash it off. You're going to have to choke out seven or ten bucks. Sorry- that's just the way it is. read more

I paid for the $10 car wash. It left bird poop and dirt on my car. We asked if we can get a few ash and the manager argued with us saying the car was clean, and then proceeded to wipe off dirt with his finger arguing it was clean. We had to go back and basically scrub the car ourselves with "prep" and then go back through the carwash. We will never go here again read more

There is no way to do less than a star, I took my company van 2 weeks ago and it was washed with no issues. It didnt wash fully but it was okay. I tried to go through on Tuesday the 1st and the guy told me he wasnt going to allow me to go in the car wash. I paid $12 and didnt even get a refund. I told him i have used this car wash several times with my company van. He told me that he didnt want my van to brake anything in the wash. I understand this but if i have been in the car wash several times, this time wasnt going to be any different. I dont like the way he talked to and when i was driving a way he began to talk to the lady behind me and it appeared that the lady was talking crap on me. I dont think this is professional at all!!! i will never go back and i will be telling others. read more

This wash did an okay job. Certainly wasn't the best one I've been through, but wasn't the worst either. My pickup truck fit through it just fine, if you're worried about that. My only complaint is that it nearly tore my passenger side mirror off. Prices are decent for what you get. read more

I have a monthly membership and wash my car almost daily. The vacuums work great. I love being able to easily keep my car nice and clean!

I decided to give this place another shot because it's so close to work and my car was really dirty and I just didn't have the time or energy to wash it myself. I must admit I was happier this time than my last experience. My car was pretty dirty from all the rain and snow storms we've had and the wash made it pretty clean. Like last time, there was still dirt and dirty spots on my hood and front end, but for the most part, it looked good. It's a decent wash for the price and time it takes. read more

Don't use this car was. They have horrible customer service. I went in for a wash got stuck in the wash for about 5 minutes. When I got home I notice my back windshield wiper had been ripped off. I left several messages and have had no reply or call back. A $7 car wash just cost me a new wiper. read more

I've been to this car wash twice after snow and icy weather. I mainly go to get the underbody wash to get the salt and road grime off the underside of the car. The first time I bought the best wash. The outside of the car was clean, but the underside still had dirt that you could brush off with your hands. Second time (one year later) I made sure that the wash I selected included underbody wash. I listened and felt for the underbody wash and nothing... Afterwards, I had a look under the car and I found DRY dirt all underneath. This is a scam! You're paying for a service you aren't getting! read more
