The old Mister Car Wash I used to go for a full service car wash, off of Sunshine no longer does full service washes. In fact this location is the last one in Springfield that does. Normally I just do the wash and clean it out yourself locations but after traveling from Phoenix to Springfield with two dogs in my car it really needed the interior done professionally to get all the fur out. These guys were amazing, and super fast. It was crazy expensive but worth it if your interior is trashed. read more

I've been a loyal customer for many years, with several vehicles. Be aware if your antena gets broken off from their brushes, they won't fix it or compensate you in any way. Stay away from thus business. Ill be taking my two vehicles elsewhere!! read more

I always like going to this place. They always do a great job but on my last visit not so good hoping in the future they do better if I had the time I would've mentioned my disappointment my fault but in the past, I wouldn't have ever had to mention anything. It was always a nice job so hopefully they improve. read more

Today I visited this place and never again I'm posting this for documentation they guided in I put my car in neutral and off we go next thing I know I'm bouncing off the car in front of me I hit my brakes to stop it I'm boiling at this point and they stopped the car wash. I rolled down my window and they kid said they were going start it back up and we met on the side ot the building he said we needed to exchange insurance and I said for what and of course he is blaming the lady in the car ahead of me manager on duty rude district manager is okay I no longer have a membership as of today read more

I work near Mr Car Wash next to N. Eastgate and have been an Owner and Sales Manager who is in shock after being in their membership program for a long period of time that they would not take responsibility for damage to my truck. I went in the car wash with my rear bumper intact and then part of it at the end of the wash was on the ground. The manager allowed an entire day go by without investigating and said when at the location they had been busy and didn't look at video. My truck has been damaged, and you are worried about existing business and ignoring mine!!!!!!!!!! I have not even been called by Mark who is in a position above the terrible GM. I have pictures... What a crappy approach to business! read more

Fastest. Oil change. Ever. I timed it...14 minutes from the time that I entered until I drove out and that included replacing my cabin filter (which was never changed in 7 years)! They did not over charge for the cabin filter (I Googled the cost while I waited), and they got me in and out of there in a flash! I also received a free car wash code on my receipt, which I gave to my Dad since he lives in Springfield and I was just visiting. The waiting area is clean with windows overlooking the bays and honestly the leather chairs they have in there are legit comfortable! I spun my chair around to watch them work and was told I was the first person they ever saw do that. Leave it to me! :) I highly recommend them for their fast, efficient and friendly service. P.S. They offer free coffee and popcorn, which I didn't take them up on, but smelled good! read more

service was great, Tevin helped me get some stuck debris behind my wheels. I really appreciated it. the price is great for the service, I have the membership. I only wish the grime from all the dirt vehicles didn't leave micro scratches on my windshield I noticed that after the winter, but what are you gonna do, right? read more

Have been a member here or have visited monthly for a long time. The last time we went was very disappointing. We decided to give them one more chance because we had always enjoyed the service before. We will not make that mistake again. We paid for the most expensive package was $46. When we pulled out, we realized that the dash had not been touched. We could wipe the dust off with our hand. The doors had also not been touched when you pay for service. It's just ridiculous to not get it. We will not make that mistake again. There are plenty of other options. read more

Damaged new headlights on North Kansas location. I put new headlights on my van, noticed it was Damaged and made a report. Only car wash I have used here in the city. Mgmt says it's my fault!! Will not replace them. So I canceled membership. Convenient app won't let me upload pics!! read more

Have a comment that comes hard for me. Step by step- as I approached the gate, the gentleman was giving me hand signals to bring me forward so I slowly proceeded but was being cautious because of his positioning- he then abruptly puts his hand up for me to stop! Then with an attitude he says, "Trying to hit me?" I mostly let that slide but it set wrong with me. Next was a young man who gave directions into the wash bay, very direct and capable directions to line up with tire rails. The machinery washed the outside excellent. Did the exit and the loop to have the interior cleaned. That "driver" was courteous, polite, efficient and respectful. However, when I went out to accept my vehicle, that's when things changed. The bottom of the door entrance was still dirty., the carpet had multiple tidbits of debris, the door armrest was dirty. I then walked around the vehicle with the employee in tow. My vehicle entrance doors were 75-90% clean. Truth appeared to be, that young man could care less as to my satisfaction or happiness. As I was driving away into the sun I saw that my instrument display wasn't properly wiped, the top of my dash had streaks of unwiped dust and there were fingerprint smudges on the inside of the glass. This was totally unacceptable and disheartening. And No, I doubt I will ever return to that location, even though it is convenient. Fancy equipment but very poor customer service. read more

I've used Mr car wash for several years n it seems whatever adjustments they have made have made things worse. recently started noticing peeling paint on my hood after a car wash. I kept a watch on it n literally the brushes r peeling the paint. started with a small crack n the brush just made it worse. today the top brush pulled off my antanee cover on the top then next car in line drive over it n it bent back my other antanee. Mr car wash does not cover antanee damage u am told. so here I am gonna be out of pocket for $200 in Anyang fixes n roughly $200 in paint touch up. thank you n I'll b canceling my titanium membership. read more

Spent nearly $50 to have truck washed in and out. The job done on the inside was borderline at best. When I looked in back and asked why seats weren't clean I was told we don't clean seats. Really? Also the attendant at the gate spends their time trying to convince you to buy a membership and then NEVER forgets to ask if I want to tip. Tip, for what? I'm at a kiosk. Maybe Mister should just pay better. read more

I came to Mister's Oil Change Express and got a free outside car wash with my oil change purchase. My rental car needed to be serviced and I didn't want to exchange it for a new car so I took it here. The guys were great. I was concerned about the big antenna on the front of car but they were able to remove and then reinstall it after the car wash. The oil change department was also really good. The gentleman helping me was knowledgeable and a friendly professional. He seemed to car about my car about the other customers there. The service was speedy fast. I was in and out of there pretty quickly it felt like. They offered free popcorn and water and had really comfortable leather seating area with windows to watch the service being done. Great service. If I lived here I'd be a regular customer. Thanks again. read more

awesome place so happy it is located less than 5 miles from home, friendly staff, great price by the month.

Quick and thorough. Great customer service and hard workers. Detail area was fun to watch them work!

DO NOT waste your money here on the "full service" wash. I paid $40 to drive myself through the wash!! They were suppose to vacuum and wipe everything down, armor all the dash and that's a quote from the guy taking my money... they didn't even dust the console or dash! I wasn't expecting a detail job but I was expecting it to look different than when I dropped it off. I made them take it back through and it wasn't much better...I could go on and on, just do t go, you'll be throwing your money away. read more

I have a Porsche Cayenne and I went through the car wash and as I went through all of the stages of the car wash. I came out to vacuum my vehicle. I've noticed that a piece of a trim from my trunk lid that holds the Porsche emblem was missing. I went back and told one of the workers what has happened. He went back and found the piece but said that someone has run over it. I spoke with Mark their General Manager and he was rude to me and didn't let me finish my sentence. He said he watched the video and their was a "blind spot" where it actually tore it off. I've been coming here for years since 2012. This carwash made a few scratches on my cars, ripped off my wiper blade, nothing significant and costly as this. I escalated the incident to HQ. let's see what they say. read more

Great wash, great customer service. Paid for the Full Service # 1; Only complaint is they left some dirt scuffs on the driver door (from opening the door with my foot), but I borrowed a rag to wipe it off. It's a little pricier than some places, but to me, when I'm in a hurry (which is almost always), it's worth it to get in and out quickly. THE THING THAT MUST BE NOTED is that these guys are THE friendliest, MOST helpful, and LEAST condescending of any automotive place I've EVER been. I felt like I was an honored guest. It was just fantastic . read more

They do about the bare minimum they can. Paid for a full detail once. When I checked it afterwards, several crevices were not vacuumed or cleaned. And the wheels were still dirty. When I asked about it, I was told the dirt was baked on and could not be removed. I barely scratched it with my fingernail and it came off and asked them to please clean them. They finally got the necessary tools out to clean wheels properly. But it wasn't until after a manager came out and told me that they don't do wheel polishing. This is even after I paid over $100 to have my car detailed and there is no explicit statement that they do not take care of wheels. They did do a relatively good job on the vacuum and the shampoo though. If this is the case, then I would say that they are drastically overpriced. What they charged me a hundred dollars for I used to get done in Chicago just a few years ago for forty. read more

I bought the monthly package for $22/month. I use it multiple times a week. $5 for a thorough vacuum job with the package. I have a yellow lab and black interior, so I use it after every trip with the dog. Super nice people, car always looks great. Hard working young men vacuuming and wiping down my SUV. The girl at the counter is super nice and personable. Don't forget to leave a tip in the lobby. I didn't see it my first few times. They deserve it. read more

I posted pictures of the horrible job they did on the interior of my car. This was after I called the lad back three times. This was the "best" and most expensive car wash they sell. I was taken advantage of. I wrote the date in the dash dust after they "cleaned" the dash to show the cleaner what he missed. I am very, very disappointed in this place and encourage others to stay away. read more

Ok I tried it again. This time I paid $40.00. I knew my car was dirty so I would paid for more expensive service. Nice guys. Great ladies. Fail service. Terrible.... Maybe I expect too much. I ripped the poor guy cleaning it. Hormones took over and I lost it. . Asked him why he didn't clean mats and he said it would not come clean WRONG answer... It's called rub . Didn't throw away cups stacked in cup holder. Gum wrappers left. Cup holders not touched. I asked for his rag so I could help. Didn't want to be total witch. You would think when I began cleaning on the leather the manager would have come out! Nope! Not till the 3rd phone call from the check out girl. (Who was great) here's the good news.... After my pre menopause melt down they finally got it right. Now I'm thinking of buying a car wash . No competition no service. I miss auto magic. read more

To who it may concern... I normally have a pleasant experience at this location and they do a passable job on my vehicle... Today I was informed that they will no longer rinse off my drivers side rubber mat which used to be included with my high priced package and that my package price has gone up in price as well... I'm sure that I'm wasting my time and yours by writing this review as they won't do anything about it, because they are all about the money and couldn't care less if I'm a happy in my customer experience... Also, as long as I'm gone this far... I might as well tell you that the worst car wash on this planet could well be the Mister Car Wash on Enterprise and Sunshine... I wouldn't let them wash your hoopty... (Not sure why it says San Fran as this happened in Springfield MO) read more

Oil change service and car wash combo has become ridiculously expensive. Used to be better but something has changed. $89 oil change service is a bit much for a simple Honda Accord. I can return to the dealer for a $30 oil change. Sorry, guys, I'm going to have to leave. read more

They used to be ok, a bit high but they made it worthwhile before now. Now they're just greedy. Paid $34 for a "signature" full service wash, and went by today since it rained the next day of my wash and they said they don't do it any more, because they have the unlimited plan. Just a short time ago they offered the unlimited as well as backing their product due to rain AND offered a free go through withing 7 days. Regardless of what bs they're selling their employees it's nothing more than greed and disgusting. What a shame and pathetic service. read more

One of the worst car wash company and customer service. I was using this car wash at least once a week til on the last visit, while going through the car wash something hit my windshield and broke it. They said they are not responsible bc they have a sign outside. It is really pathetic for big companies like Mister car wash to mess up people's cars and hide behind a lousy sign. I will make sure to tell everybody and post everywhere about this, bc they have cost me $800 for their malfunctioning parts in their car wash. read more

There was a guy at the front entrance with a blond ponytail being very rude. I paid for a 15$ car wash and was told I can use it one more time throughout the week on Monday. This guy tells me it expired and it's not his fault that I was told wrong. He asked me twice if I was "sure" about not knowing and was not symphatic at all, just extremely rude about the whole situation making it seem as if it was my fault for not knowing. He then proceeded to try to push me into buying for another wash. I was ripped off unknowingly and he could have gave less then a damn and still expected me to pay for another wash.
