Today I visited this place and never again I'm posting this for documentation they guided in I put my car in neutral and off we go next thing I know I'm bouncing off the car in front of me I hit my brakes to stop it I'm boiling at this point and they stopped the car wash. I work near Mr Car Wash next to N. Eastgate and have been an Owner and Sales Manager who is in shock after being in their membership program for a long period of time that they would not take responsibility for damage to my truck. I went in the car wash with my rear bumper intact and then part of it at the end of the wash was on the ground. The manager allowed an entire day go by without investigating and said when at the location they had been busy and didn't look at video. My truck has been damaged, and you are worried about existing business and ignoring mine!!!!!!!!!! I have not even been called by Mark who is in a position above the terrible GM. I have pictures... Have been a member here or have visited monthly for a long time. The last time we went was very disappointing. We decided to give them one more chance because we had always enjoyed the service before. We will not make that mistake again. We paid for the most expensive package was $46. When we pulled out, we realized that the dash had not been touched. We could wipe the dust off with our hand. The doors had also not been touched when you pay for service. It's just ridiculous to not get it. We will not make that mistake again. There are plenty of other options. read more

Fastest. Oil change. Ever. I timed it...14 minutes from the time that I entered until I drove out and that included replacing my cabin filter (which was never changed in 7 years)! They did not over charge for the cabin filter (I Googled the cost while I waited), and they got me in and out of there in a flash! I also received a free car wash code on my receipt, which I gave to my Dad since he lives in Springfield and I was just visiting. The waiting area is clean with windows overlooking the bays and honestly the leather chairs they have in there are legit comfortable! I spun my chair around to watch them work and was told I was the first person they ever saw do that. Leave it to me! :) I highly recommend them for their fast, efficient and friendly service. P.S. They offer free coffee and popcorn, which I didn't take them up on, but smelled good! read more

Have a comment that comes hard for me. Step by step- as I approached the gate, the gentleman was giving me hand signals to bring me forward so I slowly proceeded but was being cautious because of his positioning- he then abruptly puts his hand up for me to stop! Then with an attitude he says, "Trying to hit me?" I mostly let that slide but it set wrong with me. Next was a young man who gave directions into the wash bay, very direct and capable directions to line up with tire rails. The machinery washed the outside excellent. Did the exit and the loop to have the interior cleaned. That "driver" was courteous, polite, efficient and respectful. However, when I went out to accept my vehicle, that's when things changed. The bottom of the door entrance was still dirty., the carpet had multiple tidbits of debris, the door armrest was dirty. I then walked around the vehicle with the employee in tow. My vehicle entrance doors were 75-90% clean. Truth appeared to be, that young man could care less as to my satisfaction or happiness. As I was driving away into the sun I saw that my instrument display wasn't properly wiped, the top of my dash had streaks of unwiped dust and there were fingerprint smudges on the inside of the glass. This was totally unacceptable and disheartening. And No, I doubt I will ever return to that location, even though it is convenient. Fancy equipment but very poor customer service. read more

I've used Mr car wash for several years n it seems whatever adjustments they have made have made things worse. recently started noticing peeling paint on my hood after a car wash. I kept a watch on it n literally the brushes r peeling the paint. started with a small crack n the brush just made it worse. today the top brush pulled off my antanee cover on the top then next car in line drive over it n it bent back my other antanee. Mr car wash does not cover antanee damage u am told. so here I am gonna be out of pocket for $200 in Anyang fixes n roughly $200 in paint touch up. thank you n I'll b canceling my titanium membership. read more

Spent nearly $50 to have truck washed in and out. The job done on the inside was borderline at best. When I looked in back and asked why seats weren't clean I was told we don't clean seats. Really? Also the attendant at the gate spends their time trying to convince you to buy a membership and then NEVER forgets to ask if I want to tip. Tip, for what? I'm at a kiosk. I came to Mister's Oil Change Express and got a free outside car wash with my oil change purchase. My rental car needed to be serviced and I didn't want to exchange it for a new car so I took it here. The guys were great. I was concerned about the big antenna on the front of car but they were able to remove and then reinstall it after the car wash. The oil change department was also really good. The gentleman helping me was knowledgeable and a friendly professional. He seemed to car about my car about the other customers there. The service was speedy fast. I was in and out of there pretty quickly it felt like. They offered free popcorn and water and had really comfortable leather seating area with windows to watch the service being done. Great service. If I lived here I'd be a regular customer. Thanks again. read more

They were suppose to vacuum and wipe everything down, armor all the dash and that's a quote from the guy taking my money... they didn't even dust the console or dash! I wasn't expecting a detail job but I was expecting it to look different than when I dropped it off. I have a Porsche Cayenne and I went through the car wash and as I went through all of the stages of the car wash. I came out to vacuum my vehicle. I've noticed that a piece of a trim from my trunk lid that holds the Porsche emblem was missing. I went back and told one of the workers what has happened. He went back and found the piece but said that someone has run over it. I spoke with Mark their General Manager and he was rude to me and didn't let me finish my sentence. He said he watched the video and their was a "blind spot" where it actually tore it off. I've been coming here for years since 2012. This carwash made a few scratches on my cars, ripped off my wiper blade, nothing significant and costly as this. I escalated the incident to HQ. let's see what they say. read more

Paid for the Full Service # 1; Only complaint is they left some dirt scuffs on the driver door (from opening the door with my foot), but I borrowed a rag to wipe it off. Today I was informed that they will no longer rinse off my drivers side rubber mat which used to be included with my high priced package and that my package price has gone up in price as well... They do about the bare minimum they can. Paid for a full detail once. When I checked it afterwards, several crevices were not vacuumed or cleaned. And the wheels were still dirty. When I asked about it, I was told the dirt was baked on and could not be removed. I barely scratched it with my fingernail and it came off and asked them to please clean them. They finally got the necessary tools out to clean wheels properly. But it wasn't until after a manager came out and told me that they don't do wheel polishing. This is even after I paid over $100 to have my car detailed and there is no explicit statement that they do not take care of wheels. They did do a relatively good job on the vacuum and the shampoo though. If this is the case, then I would say that they are drastically overpriced. What they charged me a hundred dollars for I used to get done in Chicago just a few years ago for forty. read more

I bought the monthly package for $22/month. I use it multiple times a week. $5 for a thorough vacuum job with the package. I have a yellow lab and black interior, so I use it after every trip with the dog. Super nice people, car always looks great. Hard working young men vacuuming and wiping down my SUV. The girl at the counter is super nice and personable. Don't forget to leave a tip in the lobby. I didn't see it my first few times. They deserve it. read more

There was a guy at the front entrance with a blond ponytail being very rude. I paid for a 15$ car wash and was told I can use it one more time throughout the week on Monday. This guy tells me it expired and it's not his fault that I was told wrong. He asked me twice if I was "sure" about not knowing and was not symphatic at all, just extremely rude about the whole situation making it seem as if it was my fault for not knowing. He then proceeded to try to push me into buying for another wash. I was ripped off unknowingly and he could have gave less then a damn and still expected me to pay for another wash. When I first started bringing my car in to be washed inside and out, they did a decent job. Not the case anymore. I took my car in today and the inside had not been cleaned good at all. There was lint from the towels they use everywhere! I went from the $49.99 a month unlimited inside and out to the $33.00 a month outside only because they were raising the price by $10.00. Now I have to pay an extra $8.00 each time I need the inside done. $40.00+ is a lot of money to have your car done and to not have it cleaned better than it was to me is just a RIP off. The outside of my white car had blue dots all over from where it dripped from the spray they use and not wiped completely. The inside door had scuff marks from their shoes getting in and out. I just refuse to go back and pay this kind of money for a crappy job. The one on east Sunshine sometimes does a better job. I will just save my money and do it myself. read more

Ive beem going to octopus washfor years and have always been more then satisfied with the level of service provided, now that they've been sold to Mister car wash, however, we won't be going back. The prices are way too high for the service provided. 2 vehicles with normal dirt & road grime, both went back for 2nd wash & still dirty? For $18.99 my vehicles should be clean, right? The previous company pre-washed the vehicles which the new company does not do, they've added 3 lanes though so they can pump even more cars through though. You guys bought an impeccable service oriented company, it's sad, that profits are more important then providing the quality service this location has been known for. On a side note- your signage no longer stands out like your predecessors did, it blends in with the Sherwin Williams sinage with the same coloring, being a seasoned customer I still almost drove passed twice. read more

Great place! I have washed my car at many car washes and even many times out of state and I could say this one is hands down the best place. I noticed many times that they switch up machines and add more washing arms to improve the overall wash and for an automatic car wash it washes cars pretty good. I always keep coming back to this place and will continue coming back. read more
