We have a monthly unlimited membership at a Mister Car Wash location in Milwaukee and so were delighted to find a location here. Love the unlimited membership, which makes getting the car washed even while on a road trip a breeze. We have a sticker/barcode on the corner of our windshield that identifies us as unlimited members. We simply drive up, it's automatically scanned, and the gate opens. This location is great. Not only were we able to get in and out quickly, they took the extra effort to give a little pre-wash as well. Aside from the pre-wash (done by the attendant), the automatic wash was great, with all parts of the functioning properly. Best of all? It got our car sparkling clean! Get to it!

Needed and expected my car to be vacuumed thoroughly, (or at least look like it) but upon entering my car I noticed crumbs were still visible. It looked like they only vacuumed my floor rugs. When I got home and looked at my car, I noticed two scrapes on the passenger side of my car that were not there before. I don't know what happened because I was in the lobby while they were taking care of my car, but I'm not happy. It looks great from far away, but with the visible crumbs, and adding the new scrapes, I will not be going back.

A lady yelled aggressively at people coming through the front door (there is a difference between friendly and loud, and aggressive and maliciously compliant. She hates her job). Bathrooms were nice. Fudge chick was deliberately ignoring the huge line at the fudge counter. After 16 minutes (waiting in my car to charge) I kindly called to her and made sure to smile and she was not having it. She left the zone, complained at the sand which counter, came back and left. Older guy came up and was a complete angel! Love him. He is the type of hype I'm used to hearing about. Tried the fudge. It's so dry!!! It's some of the worst fudge and it's because it is dried out. I think the flavor could be good but the crumbly mess is just inexcusable for the hype. Check out the lady was bare minimum until I asked for a bag. Then she rolled her eyes and made a snarky comment. Like lady, I have sandwiches and waters and bbq sauce, I need a bag. I didn't say it outloud but really?? That guy was amazing and she was a trash can. Honestly do not get the hype. This is a convenience store people, not Disney land Shoutout to the sweetheart man and clean bathrooms that were the only pleasant part of this stop.
