Customer service is terrible. Just bought a house and tried to set up an account with them. I called yesterday and the individual I spoke with was professional and tried to connect me with the Harrison office. (She is why I gave them 2 stars instead of 1). Was put straight to email where I was promised a call back. Never happened. I called back today at one o'clock and this individual while sounding fairly nice was condescending. This time, she took my name and the address and promised me a call back in 1/2 hour. Here is the kicker! I was to keep the phone with me at all times and not use it. I would receive one phone call back from them and ONLY one...... It is now almost 2 hours since I was promised that one phone call back. They really must want my business. NOT. read more

Terrible customer service. Terrible place to do business with. Moved out of state 6/30/ 20 and they mailed my refund over three weeks ago and refuse to issue another check and told me to call back 9/1/20. You know if you were late on a payment, they would lock your propane tank ASAP, but if they owe you money, they could care less. Customer service is rude. read more

This company has got to be the worst propane company ever. There customer service reps have no quality of actual customer service. If you want a delivery on any day of the week and it's off schedule they will charge you a extra $150 just to come emergency or not. Don't bother using this company, there are many other companies that don't even charge to come and are open 24hrs. I was over charged multiple times they said they'd credit my next delivery and yet they never did. I had to press for a refund because they don't have their billing straight. They don't have anything going for them at all. I would NEVER suggest using their business services ever! Save your money and choose a business who appreciates their customers and is also loyal to their customers. They just want your money and will charge you before they even deliver the correct amount of propane. Do not set up a card payment either you will be over charged, check your receipt and check the amount charged on your account guaranteed to be two different amounts. Plus their tanks don't even have any sort of gauge letting you know how much is in there. I found a company that was able to service same day no extra charges/fees. read more

My gas has run out for the 4th time since we signed up with Blue Flame less than 5 months ago, and we're on auto refill, which means this should never happen. Today it is -3C / 27F outside, we are buried by snow, and we have 3 young children in the house with gas wafting through the air (when it gets really low, there's not enough to cook or have a shower, but still enough to be seeping into the air).
