Steering wheel 10 degrees out of alignment? That is just an alignment! I know a lil bit about cars, mostly from having to work on my own because I'm broke, and I can tell you, the steering wheel being out means the rack had been disconnected. I wanted my son to learn a valuable lesson about how cars (buying of them specifically) would work. And wrenching on his own car. By the time I got involved, was during the power steering pump replacement. To be fair, I had never looked at the rack... Until firing it up upon completion and the noise it was making. I called ahead to let Johnny know my car was coming and I needed him to look at it. I have to say I have only dealt with Johnny and John lol and they were both so extremely amazing. Johnny can literally fix any kind of vehicle. I really love the work they do. I really like that they get back to you quickly to let you know what is wrong with the vehicle and the prices are great. I've dealt with other places before and I was initially informed that my transmission was blown and it would cost 3k. My coworker said to bring the car to her husband he will tell you the truth so i did just that and he actually told me it was not my transmission and the price to fix my car was 2k less. I honestly would not take my car to be looked at or repaired by another mechanic or facility. For me if a mechanic and auto shop can be honest doing great work they will have a customer for life. I have been sending everyone I know to Pat's Towing they really are great when it comes to repairs.

I brought my truck to Danny with a clear deadline, which he agreed to upfront. I was quite clear…read morethe deadline was a dealbreaker and he should not accept the work if he could not complete it on time. The timing was critical to my family's long-planned RV trip. Despite promising it would be done in "one, maybe two days tops," he missed the deadline completely without proactively updating me. He later told me he delayed my job to take a higher-paying walk-in. Ultimately it took him six days past our agreed upon deadline to finish the work. During that time, none of the completion timelines he gave proved accurate, leaving me unable to plan, without a vehicle, and uncertain if or when I'd get my truck back. As a result, the experience was extremely stressful, my family lost five days of vacation, had to cancel multiple appointments more than once, and was out over $200 in non-refundable reservations. To add insult to injury, when he finally presented the bill, the price was inflated -- followed by a long speech about how much he cares about his customers. Unprofessional and unreliable. Do not trust him with your truck.
