Aaron showed up exactly when he said he would, handled everything professionally, and made the whole process incredibly easy. I did my research, McGrady's pricing was by far the best compared to other companies I contacted and had previously used. The service was actually better than the more expensive options. It's rare to find a company that combines great communication, top-notch service, and unbeatable prices, but this one absolutely does. If you're facing a home or estate clean-out and want a company you can truly rely on, I would highly recommend them. We're very grateful for their help. Thank you Aaron! It took four days of chasing after him by text, phone, and email before we had to hire another company. It took almost two months for Visa to complete the chargeback process as Mr. RUSSO DID NOT REFUND THE $724.68 HE TOOK FROM MY ACCOUNT FOR A SERVICE HE NEVER PERFORMED! Do not believe any excuses he makes regarding this review. I have all the documentation from my bank and Visa. I was lucky I kept copies of all written and oral conversations pertaining to my dispute. Save yourself and anyone else you know from using Mid Hudson Container. As expected joe russo's response to this review is full of blatant lies. One - he took our order a week before we wanted delivery. All that stuff he writes about offering a discount. Mailing a check. Etc is absolutely not true. I would be happy to share his texts. Phone calls and emails with anyone who after reading this and other reviews on yelp still thinks doing business with this man is a good idea. In addition, the company I went with is out of Kingston and was very accommodating. It was not a referral by Joe.

The whole "We respond/answer to every request/email" bit? Flat out lie. One of the six companies we called didn't even know their own pricing, scheduling, or availability, and told me to call back in a few days after they had some time to research where their containers were currently at and to find a price sheet. Ahhhh, no. None of these places should brag about how great their customer service is on their web pages - total joke. The seventh company I called to get information from, On Time Disposal, was THE ONLY ONE who was ready to do business. Faigy provided easy to understand pricing and was happy to answer our questions. On Time Disposal also offer the longest time to have the containers (two full weeks versus five days) and by far the best price of what we could find out online for the other six companies who suck at customer service. We didn't have to wait weeks to get a dumpster, either. Within a couple of days, a big roll off dumpster was dropped off right where we asked them to put it in our driveway. We kept it for three weeks, and called for pickup when it was full. No fuss or stress involved. Upon pickup, absolutely no mess was left by On Time Disposal (no bits fell out when bin was loaded or driven away) when they picked up the dumpster. We definitely can't say the same for the company who picks up our weekly trash! No damage was done to our driveway or yard by either their truck or the container. On Time Disposal Inc is a great company and easy to work with. Couldn't ask for more or better.
