My sister ordered the chai. She loved it as well! We also ordered the zucchini muffin... OMG! It is the best zucchini muffin I've ever had! I am literally drooling thinking about it. The environment of the coffee is nice, spacey, very baby blue, and somewhat hip. They carry some Native artwork. The service was good. Although I wish the baristas were more enthusiastic. Such a cute local spot. The food was delicious. We had a larger group so we were able to try a bunch of different items and nothing disappointed!! Notably - the bacon & cheese croissant sandwich and the honey lavender custard tarte were sooo yummy. Coffees were all also amazing! Strawberry vanilla iced coffee was a group favorite!! Really cute cafe, I loved how it looked! I got the last loaf of sourdough and am looking forward to making some awesome toasts and sandwiches with it this week. I also got an iced oat milk chai which was so awful that I immediately threw it in the trash on the way out. Watery, bland, would not recommend and was disappointed I spent money on it. Definitely a little pricier than expected but not terribly so. No complaints with customer service at all! Just the chai. But I wouldn't be opposed to coming back. read more

Like steady. Good people watching for 900am on a Thursday morning. Oh goodness this guy will fill you up on the goodies before you even decide, all the samples. The carrot cake is good but dammit I forgot what the first one was, apple crumble? It was delicious ! He was handing out zucchini samples to. We got the blueberry muffin, confetti cookie and panini with tomato pesto and mozzarella. Unpressed panini as it was for lunch, threw it in my air fryer and soo delicious. And fresh pesto? Tastes like it. But get it pressed, it'd probably taste better than you doing it at home. Definitely would go 5 starrs but this is only my first visit...maybe second a year or so ago? Scoop! Came here to try the coffee and baked goods! I ended up buying a cheesecake and some quiches, wow, really enjoyed it. I think the decor is really cute and it feels like something you'd find in a super trendy metropolitan. Docking off 1 star because they had run out of coffee when I got there. That isn't a crime, of course! The worker I talked to just didn't seem to want to help me, so it felt awkward asking for something that was out of stock. My wife and I went here a couple weeks ago and we were pretty disappointed. The quiche and the sandwich we got were cold and weren't properly heated up all the way. I was excited for the breakfast sandwich but it definitely didn't look fresh. There was no menu at all for the drinks or food. Also the place itself was setup very odd. It was a mix-match of furniture and the place honestly didn't have an identity as you would see at other coffee shops/cafe's. The service was great however with the owner very friendly and personable. We are hoping that these were just growing pains of a new business and we will be back to give them another try and update our review. read more

I have now been to the blue corn Café twice and everything I have eaten here has been ridiculously amazing. I had the tomato bisque with the fresh sourdough which by the way is made from 100 year-old starter. Freaking amazing. The coffee is good. The treats are great. The quiche is wonderful.
