Located inside of Corte Madera Town Center, pushed back next to Starbucks, there is plenty of parking but difficult to find an open spot. The wait time was 11 minutes around 1:00p. I ordered the Nori Spicy Tuna, no customization. My order was ready before the designated pickup time. I opted in for text messages to be notified when my order was ready. I did not receive one. The Spicy Tuna Nori ($15.99) was soggy, not expected. The roll was sauced so much there was a puddle of it at the bottom of the rolls interior wrapper. The veggies included were fresh and flavorful. The tuna itself tasted of the spicy sauce without any other flavor. The tuna did not taste the freshest which was concerning for me. I did not finish the half I started. Not sure if it was just the day, but I will not revisit to see.

It's inside a mall, and I did not see any directories to point the way. Once we found it and sat down, I noticed the sign telling us to scan the QR code on the table to order. Honestly, that almost sent me right back out the door. I wanted an actual menu, not a tiny phone screen with lots of scrolling and submenus, especially since I had questions about the food. The atmosphere felt a bit impersonal at first, mostly because of the mall setting and the QR-code ordering system, but the friendly staff helped make it feel much more comfortable once we got settled. The two people working the front were both very pleasant, answered my questions, and made the whole experience feel much more welcoming. They had a decent IPA selection and a variety of bar foods (pizza, wings, appetizers). We ordered the arancini, fried cauliflower, and a pizza. The fried cauliflower was the surprise hit for me, especially with the garlic aioli. The arancini and pizza were also very good. The QR ordering setup still feels more frustrating than inviting, but the friendly service and surprisingly good food turned things around. In the end, I left glad that I stayed.

Would recommend getting here around 5-5:30pm on a weekend for dinner to avoid a wait. Service was polite and attentive. The eats and drink: Chicken curry: Had a nice complex flavor, the squash was kind of topped on the dish rather than cooked inside it. Overall it was a good dish, but for me it could have used a bit more spice. 4/5 Garlic noodles: didn't taste enough like garlic, was kind of bland to be honest. 2/5 Jasmine iced tea: too strong, it was bitter 2/5 Samosa: was a bit oily, not that flavorful. Not bad, but not noteworthy. 3/5 Chicken wings: This was the best thing I had here. Good flavor, could have used a bit more kick. The chicken was cooked well and had a great crisp to it. 4/5 Tofu stir fry: good variety and amount of vegetables, cooked well. But overall pretty bland. The staff gave us 2 different hot sauces since we asked for a bit more spice, one of them which was the house special was a bit too watery and heavy on the vinegar flavor. The other one was chopped chilis in an oil base, but was not very spreadable. Would have preferred a paste/sauce-style option as well. The restaurant itself is clean and has nice seating inside and outside. They did a nice job making the space feel comfortable and casual rather than overly fancy.

My boyfriend's eggs were runny despite having asked for them to be scrambled hard. My niece didn't like her pancakes, and the group generally felt the food was bland. The service was also spotty. After remaking my boyfriend's eggs they forgot his toast. Then when the toast came they forgot the jam. The waitress didn't ask about drink refills, though she did refill my coffee. The ambiance was fine, but not the special holiday brunch spot we had imagined. Next time we'll find a different Larkspur restaurant.

Unfortunately, it was closed, so we didn't get a chance to check it out. We noticed a balcony where people dined, and I said, "Maybe we'll try it some other time." About a year later, we spent a night in Corte Madera before heading to Clear Lake. Since it was his birthday weekend, I thought it would be perfect for the four of us to have a celebratory breakfast before our long drive. We walked in, and I couldn't help but exclaim, "Damn! This place is BOUJEEEEE!" (A term I picked up from my millennial coworker, meaning "luxurious in lifestyle.") A tall, dark, intimidating man stood watch at the door, not even greeting us. Maybe we didn't look like we belonged in such an upscale place. Undeterred, we explored each showroom before making our way up the grand staircase to the restaurant. Wow, wow, wow! Crystal chandeliers sparkled overhead, and a majestic fountain with a Roman centerpiece stood in the middle of the dining room. Lush plants and trees hung everywhere, giving the space an atmosphere that matched the showrooms--stylish, elegant, and sophisticated. We received both the all-day and brunch menus. Since my partner loves oysters (and it was his birthday celebration), we started with a dozen. They were plump, smooth, and silky--like a kiss from the ocean. Craving something different, I also ordered the Hamachi Caviar Carpaccio. It was delicate, fresh, and melt-in-your-mouth delicious. I was slightly bummed that my partner's daughter loved it so much, while my own daughter wasn't interested after trying a small piece. I almost ordered another, but remembered we still had breakfast coming. At least I got the tiniest final bite of carpaccio. If our appetizers set the bar this high, I couldn't wait for the next dishes. My partner had the RH Scramble, and I chose the American Breakfast. We were both blown away by the scrambled eggs--so fluffy and creamy, almost magical. I always add milk to my eggs, but they never turn out like this. My partner's daughter enjoyed two enormous slices of avocado toast, while my daughter opted for the Swedish Pancakes, which were rich and buttery. The sweet potato fries struck the perfect balance of sweet and salty. The girls sipped hot chocolate adorned with cute designs; my partner's cortado featured a stylish RH motif, and my chai latte was dusted with cinnamon. Stuffed as I was, I still wanted us to sing happy birthday, so I ordered a crème brûlée for the occasion (they put the candle on the side). Breaking through the thin, glassy top was satisfying, and the silky, ultra-creamy custard beneath was absolutely divine. I also spotted chocolate cookies on the menu and eagerly ordered them for the road trip--they remained scrumptious even after a quick spin in the microwave. What an exceptional meal! The service was just as memorable--every server was outstanding. Okay, that was an expensive breakfast. Looks like it's Taco Bell for the rest of our trip!

Came here for brunch several times and tried a lot of different things, will mention my main recommendations: Swedish pancakes: thin and crispy on the edges, good flavor and just the right amount of sweet. 5/5 Cappuccino: great body and flavor, they had oat milk and served it extra hot like I asked. Their have a fancy La Marzocco Machine in the back which looks really cool. 5/5 American breakfast: soft scrambled eggs were really good. Skip the charred ciabatta (they overchar it) and ask for a baguette instead, it's much better and served hot and fresh. Potatoes and bacon were good too. 4.5/5 DÉLICE DE BOURGOGNE BOARD: The cheese they use for this board is so good, almost like a cream cheese, but with a more complex flavor profile. Perfect balance of bitterness, creaminess, and sweetness. The break, grapes, and strawberry preserves go so well together as well to make the perfect bite. 5/5

If I ever were to go again I'd be sure to state dine-in. Anyway, the real issue is the nuggets. Dry, over-cooked & nearly tasteless. Too much breading although it was crunchy. I'm not a sauce person so I didn't order any. If that is what is supposed to turn these into chicken goodness then it's a fail. They should be tender, juicy & flavorful on their own. The restaurant is bright & clean. The noise level is unpleasantly loud.
