Eugene Safe Storage - I cannot say enough positive about them. I'll summarize and give you the good, the bad, the ugly... here we go! Location: Convenient, right off the interstate, easily accessible, gate under passcode access, well lit. Price: SO FAIR! Gosh, quite competitive to be honest! I never once blinked at the bill. Honest: We overpaid. I had no idea. THEY reached out to me and refunded my money. WORDS CANNOT EXPRESS how I appreciate honesty like this. Facility: Brand new. Shiny, clean, well-lit. Lovely parking spots, great long-term storage spots for RVs, I can go on-and-on. Accessibility: They answer the phone, they answer email, you get near immediate responses. I almost got a unit at the Glenwood U-Haul and I'm so glad I checked with Storitall before doing so, since they are cheaper and have a freight elevator to the 2nd floor units. The hours are really great, and loading in and out while inside is great for when it's raining. There are 3-4 spots inside for doing this, and after making many, many trips, only once have I had to wait a few minutes to get a spot inside. Their staff is nothing but friendly and helpful as well!

My boyfriend and I rented a unit for about 10 months. We were both on the rental contract but the…read moremonthly payment came out of my account. The manager was very nice at first until the day we had to evacuate our home due to the fires. We had no where to go, so we hung out at our storage unit. She showed up the next morning and started yelling and accusing us of LIVING in the unit,not even asking about our situation. Other people that had to evacuate also had stayed at the facility. Another time she would not let me out the gate until we did exactly what she wanted. I think that's called kidnapping, holding me against my will! Now we are trying to clean out our unit, my boyfriend worked all night loading our things. This morning I get a text from her accusing the boyfriend of living in the unit and shaving in HER bathroom. You can look at him and know that's not true! And telling me he needs to get off the property and not come back, remember he's on the contract and we have access 24/7. I called her to discuss the issue with her and she hung up on me. How professional! It's a very nice clean facility but the owner needs to put their manager in check. Get the facts before accusing someone. We have taken pictures of the unit before returning our keys, there was a $50 deposit and rent is prorated for the last few days of the month that we had paid. 8 days to be exact. I'll tell the rest of the story after she inspects the unit.

They have a stellar sign up deal which is why I went with them in the first place. The manager is really cool and understanding and the staff as a whole has been nothing but kind and professional. All in all I have no complaints aside from the pricing after the new costumer deal isn't the best but it's not terrible. I have a 5X10 unit and it's $100/mo which isn't a terrible price but my boyfriend has a 10X10 and he only pays $15 more at another location that's newer and set up in a better way. I would recommend this place to anyone needing a storage facility located in Eugene.
