If It was me that went down to the office and was told that they don't prorate, I would of keep the storage empty and leave at the end of the month , so they wouldn't be able to make double there money off of me , but it was my husband that went down there. Why would you not prorate? It's the right thing to do . Why would you charge for a service you didn't provide? Is to get every penny possible out of people? Just not a good business practice. so make you leave at the end of the month.

'There is even free coffee, etc. in the lobby, as well as a selection of moving supplies. I accidently locked my keys in my car a couple of months ago, and the office was extremely helpful in helping me get on my way. The rates beat my old unit by $100/mo., and I couldn't be happier! Eugene Safe Storage - I cannot say enough positive about them. I'll summarize and give you the good, the bad, the ugly... here we go! Location: Convenient, right off the interstate, easily accessible, gate under passcode access, well lit. Price: SO FAIR! Gosh, quite competitive to be honest! I never once blinked at the bill. Honest: We overpaid. I had no idea. THEY reached out to me and refunded my money. WORDS CANNOT EXPRESS how I appreciate honesty like this. Facility: Brand new. Shiny, clean, well-lit. They have a stellar sign up deal which is why I went with them in the first place. The manager is really cool and understanding and the staff as a whole has been nothing but kind and professional. All in all I have no complaints aside from the pricing after the new costumer deal isn't the best but it's not terrible. I have a 5X10 unit and it's $100/mo which isn't a terrible price but my boyfriend has a 10X10 and he only pays $15 more at another location that's newer and set up in a better way. I would recommend this place to anyone needing a storage facility located in Eugene.

There was no favoritism or anything, they just communicated every time there was a problem before taking any drastic actions, they gave me reasonable leeway, they were always respectful and they went above and beyond to reach me if there was a hiccup. And they were super happy for me when I finally got to empty it! They've treated a friend I recommended them to exactly the same so A+ for consistency. They're friendly and reasonable as long as you pay your bill, because it's a good business and that's how a business should operate. The place is clean, there's a second section called the annex around the corner for even more units so there's regular availability, the units are secure and well maintained, the hours are awesome, and the dragon sculpture is my favorite.

My husband came to help me but we had no jumper cables. I asked and Dean did not hesitate to search for and find jumper cables that he loaned to us to get me out of this bind.
