Came here for my BLS renewal since I'm a nursing student and my certification was expiring soon. Instructor kept everything simple and straight forward. You can tell that he's very knowledgeable and passionate about his job. Also had a great sense of humor. The class itself was around 2 hours for students who just needed the BLS certificate but if you're there for first aid too, then you stay a little longer. During the class he gave us a free snack to munch on & at the end, gave us a keychain with an emergency bag mask in it in case we ever need it for CPR. Very accessible location and instructor. He works very well with each individuals knowledge and learning pace. My original appointment and instructor with another company canceled on me last minute and needed to find a replacement quick to meet my renewal deadline. Even with it being a national holiday Rupinder was nice enough to work with me to meet my deadline. At this point, I think he saved my nursing career! Haha.. He throws in humor every now and then, setting his class apart from every other mundane one out there. Very informational, down to the physio of it all. I took the BLS cpr class for my dental hygiene license renewal and it was a great experience. Rupinder does an excellent job at teaching the class and keeping it interesting and engaging. He is very passionate and knowledgeable about the topics covered in the class. I also did a finger print live scan and Rupinder made the process easy and straightforward. Another great thing was that both of these services were fairly priced compared to other places who seem to charge so much. Did my ACLS with Steffani on 3/16/19 and had the best experience! She was really helpful and made it fun for the classes. She broke it down for us and went into depth in areas that we might struggle with. She made the mega code run really smooth and cued us when needed that made it super helpful. This was a great class!! Rupinder was a great instructor. He was very serious about BLS, yet manage to teach the class with some lite humor so that you understood exactly what he was teaching, and removed some of the intimidation of training with people you don't know. This was one of the coolest cpr classes I have been to. It's my first one but well worth the money. The instructor was so helpful and patient. He answered any question without judgement. Taking this class made me realize if something were to happen and I wouldn't have taken this course. I could have potentially have done the wrong procedures. Sadly losing a life. Wonderful class! The teacher is super thorough and explains the techniques very well. Some BLS classes just follow a video only, this is not one of those! Video presentation is part of it, but the hands on real life experience makes this class above others! The cost is very affordable and you receive your certification card at the end of the class!
