She was very accommodating and was able to fit me in the next day. I would recommend calling earlier though as I did go on a Sunday morning and that may be a less busy time. When I arrived at the salon, I was immediately greeted and asked to have a seat in one of the salon chairs. I was glad that my appointment time was respected and I could get started right away. The experience of getting my nails done was overall a pleasant one! I was given some water and a Madeline which was sweet. I got a gel mani + pedi and had two people working on me at once which I appreciated time wise. I had a design in mind and Michelle was happy to accommodate. I will say that the design isn't as intricate as the reference photo, but she did ask me if I was happy with the design and I was so I said yes. I also wanted a stone like the reference picture but Michelle did mention that she could not guarantee that it would stick. She offered some alternatives but I didn't like them so we went ahead with the gems. I will say that I felt a little pressured into not getting the gems which I didn't totally appreciate. I was okay with the disclaimer and accepted it. She really took her time with my nails, making sure I was happy with how everything looked. If there was something I didn't like, she would redo it. This really stood out to me and I really appreciated it. The pedicure was also nice! The french tips were done very cleanly (with no direction which was nice) and they used a scrub + hot stones as a part of the service which was pretty cool. The price breakdown was as follows: - gel mani + pedi for 100 including gel removal - french tips on hands + feet for 10 each, 20 total - floral design for 12 dollars, 6 per hand (2 nails each) - total = 132 before tip I thought the price was pretty fair for the work done! I will say I would've hoped the french for my hands would've been cheaper since I didn't get it on all my nails but a difference of $4 dollars seemed pretty trivial. Overall I had a good experience here and would definitely consider coming back! PSA: They do require cash for tips and take card for service. No Venmo (which I would've probably preferred as most other salons take this form of payment).
