I've heard about this place for a while. My coworkers were raving about getting a Russian manicure and how healthy it is for your nails so I finally decided to jump the gun. I was able to get a same day appointment after 5pm which is ideal cause I work till then! Came in early and was able to wait in the waiting area and was offered drinks from their menu that are complimentary. I booked with Siia, which first of all, she's so sweet and amazing. We immediately got aquinted and she informed me on the process and what I wanted and how to achieve the look I'm looking for. I love how thorough she was and felt seen on all parts. They had a TV playing a show which was nice. Overall the process was nice to see as a first timer with a Russian manicure! Siia also got exactly what I was looking for. I've been a loyal client at Look At Me Nails for the past year, coming in every month, and I used to absolutely love it. The service and quality were fantastic, and I genuinely felt the premium price was worth it. That's why it's so frustrating and disappointing that my last three visits have been such a letdown. The main issue is my nails now lift after just 2-3 weeks, which is painful. On top of that, small things like hair or debris get stuck under my nails, which is incredibly annoying--even if it doesn't hurt, it makes them feel uncomfortable and messy. Before, my nails would stay strong and perfect for a full month (or longer), so I never had to worry about this. I also suspect that the technician I had last time might have been a lower-level technician than what I paid for, because the attention to detail just wasn't there. Adding to the frustration, the TV hasn't been on during my last two visits, which used to be a small but important part of how I enjoyed and relaxed during my appointments. Overall, it makes me sad to say this, but the quality no longer feels worth the price. If I have to go back every 3 weeks just to maintain them, I might have to consider a cheaper salon where the appointment only takes an hour and costs half as much. I truly hope Look At Me Nails can get back to the level they were before because I loved coming here. read more

Reduced from 3 stars to 1. They texted me offering $50 on my next visit lol. My French tips chipped in exactly 7 days ( they offer 7 day guarantee). I will not be going back to have them fix it nor ever again. They are so lazy and unprofessional. I have been doing my own nails for years, so I knew when they added French on top of my top coat then cured another layer of top coat it would chip so easy. These people take advantage of customers who they assume know nothing about nails. Not the worst experience ever but worst "luxury" experience for sure. read more

I've been here 5(?) times now I think. I've always seen a middle tier nail tech. Started at $100 for a Russian hard gel manicure (dry manicure). Recently went up to $110. I think it's worth the price. I try to go every 5, sometimes push it to 6, weeks. Everyone pays so much attention to detail. The cuticle work is great, the painting also great. The nail techs are pretty quiet because they're very focused on your nails. I only had an issue my very first time here with a nail chipping, but they have a 1 week free fix if something happens. I got my nail fixed a few days after the week passed because I was on vacation when it happened, and they fixed it when I got back into town. I haven't had issues after that so was probably a weird fluke. My nails last 5 weeks, and if I didn't have nail growth showing, I could go longer between appointments. I always get compliments on my nails because they're always so perfectly polished and clean. The shop is very clean. I think they have 3-4 chairs for pedicures and 9 stations for manicures. They also do lashes and brows here, but I can't review that because I've never had mine done here. read more

I was very surprised that they are able to book me the next day service. Love it when they can fill you in last minute. My nail tech is super nice, she makes sure that I was satisfied what I needed. I had the most lovely experience this past weekend, getting a Russian manicure. First off the salon is so beautiful. I love all the interior decor. It has high ceilings, and just such a large space for a salon, which is unusual. I was offered a choice of coffee, tea or champagne when I walked in. I opted for the coffee, which was brought out with a few chocolates. My nail tech did such a great job with my nails. She was very efficient. The last time I did a Russian manicure it took almost 3 hours. She was able to do my nails in under two hours. You can tell she was very experienced and detail oriented. Overall, I had a lovely experience. However, I did ask to do a French manicure and unfortunately, she said she didn't have time to do it and I should have to mention that when calling for an appointment because it takes longer. It's just something to note if you want to do French, or something other than a usual color. It might be good to mention that when booking your appointment! read more

Truly recommend their model program! For a discounted price, you get paired with a junior tech in training and it takes a little bit longer than your usual nail appt. However, the results are worth it!! I have had a great experience with my nails and love how clean & beautiful they look after every visit. The nail techs truly take their time in making sure you're happy with your shape and color. My first experience here was disappointing. The technician was rough with my hands--pulling and yanking my fingers--and came across as impatient, even checking her watch several times throughout the appointment. It made for a very uncomfortable experience, especially for something that's meant to feel relaxing and is quite expensive. To their credit, after I left an honest review, the business invited me back for a complimentary redo. I decided to give it another try since my nails did look flawless the first time--that part I really appreciated. The second visit was just okay, but still lacked any warmth or friendliness. The overall atmosphere felt cold--barely a smile from anyone. At one point, I accidentally bumped a nail and needed a quick fix. I was very apologetic, but the technician was visibly very annoyed, which made me feel even worse. Also worth noting: the "complimentary" redo ended up costing me $140. Overall, I'd skip this place. There are plenty of other salons offering similar-quality manicures with a much more welcoming and professional experience. read more

The Russian manicures are amazing & I love their attention to detail, especially with cuticle care! Most of the times I've been, they use a low speed on the drill so I don't get that burning sensation. I've also gotten a manicure from one of their staff in training - Nargiza did a wonderful job! Since she's training, it did require a little bit more time, but worth it! While they have a ton of neutral colors options, I do wish they offered some more brighter & fun colors. read more

First time getting a russian manicure and at Look At Me and Im hooked on both. Highly recommend coming here for your next manicure. The beauty salon is very clean and incredibly aesthetic. I was welcomed when I arrived, checked in, offered refreshments and directed where to wait. They had bridgerton - albeit without sound- playing on the tv which fun to watch while getting my nails done. The entire manicure process was a great experience. They were very up front about any extra added costs when I asked for one: hard gel, nail art, nail extension etc. My nail tech was very meticulous applying the gel so that it was even and had a nice shape. She checked in with me throughout to make sure I was happy with it. I had broken a nail and needed a hard gel extension and she was able to match the shape and length with my existing nails. The attention to detail practically deserves a doctorate degree.
