The best manicure I've ever had! The masters at Zorina Nail Studio really are just this--masters. I've gone at least 5 times now, and I've tried out various nail techs. Each time, my nails last between 4 and 7 weeks and are extremely strong and sturdy because of the hard gel. Every time I go in, Leyla and the nail techs at Zorina are kind, welcoming, hospitable, patient, and will always give me their advice on what will look best if I ask for it. They are perfectionists on nail shaping and take their work so seriously. I've always done my nails myself because I'm quite picky, but Zorina has exceeded my expectations each and every time I get a manicure. The salon is super clean, the tools are sterilized, and there is always a girly movie/show playing on TV. There is a menu available with different drinks and snacks, and I'm always offered a water when I sit down. Zorina employees go above and beyond to make me feel pampered! I have told so many of my friends about Zorina and how happy my manicures make me. My favorite nail color is Albin Skin -- it's perfect, subtle, and complements my skin tone so well. The ultimate soft neutral. Zorina Nail Studio is hands down my favorite nail studio, and I recommend it to everyone I know. I also loved the floral installation they had in the studio today -- I got to pick my own flowers and create my own bouquet (as pictured), which made the experience feel so personal and special. My first experience at the this place was excellent. The nail artist I previously had was kind, attentive, and highly professional. She asked thoughtful questions, ensured I was comfortable throughout the appointment, and provided exceptional service. That positive experience was the reason I chose to return. I even recommended your place to others because I truly believed she was one of the best nail artists I had. Unfortunately, my recent visit was entirely different and deeply disappointing. During the appointment, the nail technician cut my cuticle far too deeply, which resulted in pain and irritation afterward (photo attached). What concerned me even more was the lack of care and professionalism throughout the service. She did not apologize, check on my well-being, or communicate with me during the appointment. I also observed that other customers were offered beverages, while I was not offered anything. I arrived early after work and drove 20 minutes to your salon because I trusted the quality of service based on my previous experience. Instead, I was left waiting and felt unwelcome. I understand that mistakes can occur; however, customer service and professionalism are just as important as the quality of the nail service itself. I tried Zorina out after hearing about the amazing retention. I got a manicure with the junior master. The manicure looked great for the first few days, but after only 5 days the tips started chipping. At 10 days the sides started lifting. While the service was great and the salon was very clean, I am not happy with a luxury price tax and sub tier retention. Please note- my sister went at the same time and had the top master do her manicure, her nails are still looking perfect almost 3 weeks later. My results may be a one off, but when you are paying a hefty amount for a service, you don't want to take the chance of having "one off" results. read more

Had a great first experience at Zorina! I had originally booked with a Master but a few days before they texted me saying she was no longer available but kindly offered me a junior master at same time or master at different time. I decided to stick with junior master at same time. Diora did an excellent job at shaping and helping with chrome color and asking questions along the way! I was very impressed with the salon, someone was there to check me in and show me to my seat. There was a phone holder, chargers, QR code for snacks and drinks menu. And I was obsessed with their color choices! So many fun milk whites and pinks which I usually go for. And the vibe of the salon was calm and welcoming and relaxing which I really appreciated. I used to love Zorina and previously found it to be worth the high price tag for the manicure quality and service but have had multiple bad experiences recently. The woman at the front desk has been rude to me on two occasions now, one of which she chased me down to get me to write a review immediately after my visit and insisted she watch me write the review. Also the manicures themselves are no better than a manicure anywhere else in the city. In short it's really not worth the price tag anymore, which is a bummer because it used to be great. read more

I really wanted to love these nails as the Instagram photos are amazing & I've gotten plenty of pedicures at this location and been very happy. The staff is friendly & everything is extremely clean. However I am quite disappointed in the quality of the work. For $210 + tip I can't say I'm in love with these. I asked for almond shape, medium length. And after multiple attempts to ask for them shorter , I stopped asking. The tips of the nails all flare up at a weird angle making them look like they're about to pop right off, this has never happened with a set before. The underneath of the nail is also so thick and sloppy looking. The nails look good only from the top angle if I stick my hand out, but not from any other angle. I tried this set a few weeks before my wedding in hopes I'd love them to come back for my actual wedding nails, but I'm sad to say I don't :( read more

This was my first time trying Russian nail manicure. And I am in love I made an appointment online. But the computer system scheduled me for the wrong service. Luckily, I received a call and was able to get rescheduled fairly soon. when i arrived, I still had to wait about 5 to 10 mins. But I can say it was well worth it. You are greeted with a nice welcoming smile. They also offer cold drinks if you need it. Yuylia is super helpful. I asked for color recommendations, and I also asked for her to shape my nails so my fingers look longer. and she did a great job. She rotates your hands around to get the perfect angel and gel nail on. She files all my dead skin and cuticle, which I enjoyed. It was a bit different because I never had my cuticles drilled. After drilling your dead cuticles/skin, they take scissors to cut the excess skin. All I have to say is amazing. Can't wait till it grows a but longer so I can get it shaped. read more
