Been here several times. Pizza is OK, not great. But service is seriously lacking. Last time I was here I was overcharged, time before that garlic bread was missing. This time I called for takeout an hour before closing. They took my pizza order but said they stopped making pasta an hour before close. Seriously? 60 minutes? Family wanted spaghetti. I continued with pizza order, stopped by the grocery store for some spaghetti and sauce, went home and cooked it before they closed. I guess when you are the only game in town you can get away with it. I keep going back for more punishment. :( read more

We ordered take out for lunch and the place was hopping! They still managed to get our order ready in a reasonable amount of time and seemed to be doing their best to honor COVID regulations. Based on another review I saw I ordered the pepperoni extra crispy, and let me tell you life changing life hack there! We also ordered a side Caesar salad which was delish. Our only disappointment was we had ordered the kids spaghetti meal and did not realize until we had gotten home that they instead gave us what looked like an order of noodles with cream sauce, our daughter was not a fan so that was a bummer. Our family isn't really a pizza family - with exception of our oldest son. He LOVES pizza. But his younger brother always has to get pasta dishes because he just doesn't like pizza that much. My wife also has been known to have nervous breakdowns from ordering too many pizzas out of convenience (before Grubhub and all that). So no, we only get pizza once in a while. Then there's Blondies. We go to Sunriver every year. LOVE the place for the outdoor leisurely activities. So decided to just order pizza one night... and Blondie's was the closest. Of course the older one loved it. The little one actually ATE UP the pizza, it was so good! Wife also loved the pizza! The fact that we wound up ordering pizza on the trip a 2nd time says a LOT. Now, she's looking where we live if there's a pizza joint that comes close to Blondie's. Why? This isn't one of those foo foo pizzas that are being "sold" as "the best pizza"... you know... the millions of woodfired, we char the crust (it's called creating carcinogens) "let's put exotic ingredients on it and make it not even recognizable"... Blondie's is NOT one of these. It's simple... almost "tavern style" pizza with very little dough crust edge. You know the pizza is good when the pepperoni have all curled up and the entire rim of it is crispy? Yeah, this is one of those. And the veggies are fresh, crunchy... not soggy things buried in the cheese and sauce. Blondie's does pizza GOOD and RIGHT. If you have a hankering for pizza while in Sunriver, don't hesitate... We really like their pizza and stop by to pick one up anytime we're in Sunriver. I wish they would re-open the seating inside or at least put some picnic tables outside. We were really disappointed with the food at Blondies. We hadn't eaten here in about five years and so I guess we had higher expectations. We ordered two small pizzas and some pasta. Of the five of us four of us thought that things tasted awful. The garlic bread was good and the one chicken Parmesan fettuccine was good. Their pizza sauce is really strange and I believe they use the same thing on their spaghetti. Serving sizes are large and so is the bill. We ordered delivery. First of all, they had no idea about our address when they only deliver to sunriver resort locations and we are in sunriver. Second, it's pretty expensive for what you get! They're not very accommodating for special requests, such as a certain side of a sauce. Third, the breadsticks were just the plain old ones you can find in the freezer section at Walmart. Not very impressive at all. Our price came to over $30, for a medium pizza (that was half plain cheese!) and an order of the lame breadsticks. We probably won't eat here again, just because the price. There are more affordable options. The pizza tasted good. But that's about the only good thing I have to say. read more

Even with a 2 hour wait during a busy night I still recommend this spot. It's really one of the only joints in town but the pizza is really solid for vacation destination food. The cheese pizza is delicious. I would avoid the salads and sides and just stick with the pizzas. Will be back! read more

Pretty pricey pizza, but this is Sunriver! And honestly you get what you pay for- fresh ingredients, really creative and delicious options! It's about $16~ for a small 10" pizza. Went half n half with the GASP (garlic, artichoke, *something I don't remember* & pesto!) and the other half Holy Cow which was a bunch of meats and sliced steak. Good quality steak and seasoned nicely too, was a lil worried about that! Service was good. Not the absolute best, somewhat not-so-friendly girls but they all took care of us. The restaurant was absolutely empty when we went in so thankfully no crazy wait times like what other people are saying. So overall, YESSS I will return because it's delicious. Paid $16 for a gluten-free pizza which is the same size as MOD pizza (which I personally think is better) and costs $7.50 and is only 20 minutes down the road. Never felt so ripped off. We will not be going back :( read more

We are visitors to Sunriver in all seasons and have been coming here since the mid 70s as a family tradition. Heavy tourist winter weekend last year, our pizza order to-go was 45 min after staff promise. It was well over cooked but lots of good ingredients. Last night we called in a pizza at 6:00 pm to-go and were told 2-2.5 hour wait. We passed and picked up a frozen pizza at the Sunriver Country Store. It must be hard to be in business when way over sold now ...and will be looking for customers after New Years. We will not give up and will be back. read more

We went in here hoping to have a quiet dinner before we had to attend a company event at Sunriver Resort. We had 2 calzones, BBQ chicken and Hawaiian. The food was meh and the BBQ chicken had so much run off juice from the pineapple in it, it was impossible to enjoy it. It tasted like dipping saltine crackers in pineapple juice. My husbands calzone was edible but certainly nothing to write home about. The real issue here was the snotty brats behind the counter. They were rude and completely unprofessional. There were 4 of them behind the counter and we stood there waiting for them to finish their gossip session before they would take our order. After politely waiting for one of them to greet us the bleach blonde of the group sat on the food prep area (yummy) and scowled directly at me the entire time. We sat outside and waited for our food. The food came in a respectable amount of time but we had no utensils so my husband went inside to ask for some. About 5 minutes later (food was cold at this point) one of the staff came out and literally DROPPED the bundled silverware in front of us not asking anything or acknowledging our existence. The only friendly face we saw was a shorter male who appeared to be a delivery person. He asked if we were having a good day and made small talk about the food (promote this guy). If you request pesto sauce instead of the standard it's considered a topping and charged separately - unique! We ordered salad for four - what we got was a quart ziplock bag with lettuce, a small zip lock a crotons, and a very small container of chopped tomatoes - all this for $30.00. Excellent Pizza. I moved from Portland to Sunriver in 1995 ordered pizza from Blondies and it was the best pizza. In 1996 I moved closer to my job located in Bend and in 2022, I often drive to Sunriver to enjoy takeout at Blondies pizza for lunch or dinner. This is a small restaurant with a dining capacity of ~25. As a result, the take-out/delivery business is hot. The pizza was good with an interesting variety of combinations I hadn't previously considered. I would recommend the Elephant (BBQ chicken, bell peppers, red onion, pineapple, jalapeno) and the Firehouse (bacon, cheddar, BBQ chicken). Caesar salad for 4 comes as a plastic bag full of romaine, a large cup of dressing, and a bag of croutons. Ideal if you are taking home, not ideal for a picnic.The fettucine alfredo with chicken was a hit with the kids. The pizza is on the spendy side ($27 for a large). Overall, it is a good place to order a pizza when staying in Sunriver but I wouldn't drive out of my way for it. read more

My family and I thought this pizza place was really good. We ordered two salads (Caesar) to munch on while we waited for our pizza. The salads were 'meh' at best. Croutons from a bag and "just add mayo" dressing, but that's okay, the sign on the door said pizza place, not salad place. Forgiven. The pizza (a large cheese add garlic), was great. I, personally, like a thinner crust, but this was a good hand tossed crust. There was ample cheese without being over the top and the sauce was tasty. Overall, 4 stars.
