We heard nightmares from friends of IT service requiring massive purchases of crazy equipment and still having problems. Curtis was amazing. He answered our questions over the phone and was able to make an appointment to come out a few days later. He was communicative via text (key for me) and on time. He did a very quick evaluation and it was clear he knows his stuff really well. Then he managed to make our home a bomb of connectivity in about 4 hours. Insane. He did same day work, answered all our questions, had all the supplies we needed in his truck. He was totally reasonable. He offered to answer any follow up questions via text. I have used BlissVector quite a few times this past year/2021. Curtis, as a technician, is highly knowledgeable. If Curtis is unfamiliar with an issue, he will attempt to learn what needs to be done to complete a job. However, as with any vendor, but particularly when doing business with BlissVector Tech; ensure to receive the agreed upon price, specific parameters of the job being done, and cost for any parts that need to be purchased IN WRITING BEFORE a job is started. (And yes, I know that all these things are like "Vendor Relations 101" but I felt it important to stress nevertheless) Especially if contracted for multiple jobs. He charges 150.00/hr. for his time when doing a job. He does not do half hour increments. Ensure you are well aware of what he will be doing for the full time allotted for ANY JOB. read more

Blissvector Tech's low rating reviews refer to "communication issues", "surprised by the price on the invoice", and other reasons that seem like they have more to do with personal issues the reviewers have that are outside of Blissvector's control. I was very happy my service. Communication was NOT an issue, and I worked with 3 different employees. Someone checked me in. Someone else serviced my broken hard drive. And a third employee assisted me when I picked up my cpu. (By the way, they did the work they said they would, and it took them less than 24 hours.) Very fair. Very Personable. I'm so glad I connected with Bliss Vector!! We've been having WiFi problems at our house for years, and I was convinced the bad signal was due to thick plaster walls, and needing to add more hard-wired WiFi signals. But after a few minutes of discussing our problems and checking out our system, I learned that we actually had too many mesh units already--the opposite of what I thought was the problem. Apparently all of our mesh units were too close together and confusing our Sonos and other wireless devices. So we simply removed a couple of the units and voila!! My Internet connection has been suffering for the past few years, capping out at 100 MBps despite the fact that I am paying Spectrum for over 600 MBps. Curtis came, inspected the system, and within 30 minutes figured out the bottleneck. He was able to fix the problem at a reasonable fee. Before contacting Bliss Vector Tech, I brought in different networking "experts" but no one was able to pinpoint the bottleneck and instead proposed grandiose projects (i.e. Replacing all of the switches, routers, modem, and wiring within the walls) at a cost many times what Curtis charged me.
