I already knew I was impressed after the first class, but just in case I was not hooked I decided to do the new student pack of unlimited yoga classes for the first month for only 45.00. All the staff seem to be very helpful and very nice to talk to. The teachers are very knowledgeable about the practice. Most classes are for about and hour and 15 min and some even offer the essential oil to help relax at the end of practice. If you are new to yoga or looking for an affordable place for your practice you should give Midtown a try.

I never feel like a bother when I have to ask for clarification and generally, I don't even have to ask because it's either been explained well or the instructor is cruising around correcting posture and whatnot as she teaches. I feel completely comfortable here. The studio itself is very warm and inviting. Both of the rooms have their charm and I love the floors, I think they are cork?
