Getting older is a wonderful part of life that I'm blessed to have the privilege to do, but the way my eyesight has alienated me is very ghetto! There's nothing sweet or demure about it!! I can no longer see distance, and if I'm required to drive at night, you might as well forget about it.. If I don't have on glasses, Jesus has definitely taken the wheel cuz I can't see sh-t! lol Blink conducted my eye exams and tho I can't remember which doctor did it, she was thorough and kind. The front office helped me choose a frame and it took about 2 weeks for me to get my glasses back. My glasses and exams were fully covered by my insurance but another great thing to point out is they also accept Medi-cal (state insurance) I love to acknowledge this because I was actually referred by my friend who spoke on how hard it is to find places that accept her insurance and still provide excellent service. Hopefully this review helps, because everyone deserves great eye care.. read more

Service was great, and staff was very friendly. I was quoted up to 3 weeks for glasses to come in, and they came in 9 days. It was a great and efficient experience. I had the pleasure of also being seen by Dr. Compton to provide me with the correct prescription. Over the past 10 years, I've seen half a dozen optometrists, and I would say she is the best one of the bunch; possibly even the youngest. She asked all the correct questions, and got the best results possible. I can say definitively, she's the most attractive Optometrist I've had, but you are not going to pick a place because your doctor is hot. She's cool and competent. read more

This establishment is significantly overpriced compared to its competitors. The staff exhibits a lack of professionalism and engagement. Consequently, I will not patronize this establishment again. read more

This location is nice & bright and conveniently located in a shopping center with plenty of parking in the lot. The staff are friendly. And Dr. Monica Slivar is great and very nice! She did the annual exam for me, my middle schooler & elementary kiddo. She was great with the kids! read more

Time frame in which your glasses are received. When calling to check the status some arrogant man answers the phone. Bad selection of frames. Was placed on hold for 25 minutes and had to hang up and call bacc. Sad situation cause I actually was beginning to like this place. read more

Excellent service, quality eyewear and professional staff. That's a trifecta! Have recommended them many times and will continue to do so! read more

My old optometrist retired. (And the one before that, too.) Now I've landed at Blink, and it's delightful--bright, fresh, helpful, with a good selection of frames and very helpful staff. I've seen both Dr. Slivar and Dr. Compton, and can cheerfully recommend both as smart and thoughtful and kind. Both actually read through my chart and talked about what was best for my vision. I didn't feel stressed out or scolded or rushed at all. Also--early hours! For some of us an 8am appointment works best, and makes the whole day better. read more

Made an online appointment for February back in December. Get a call the week prior to my appointment, that the online appointment I made was already booked over? Weird considering I had made it over two months ago. Rescheduled for the following week but continue to get texts over the weekend for my original appointment date. Called to get an irritable receptionist on the line who claims I don't have ANY appointments on the calendar. I told her to remove me from Blink's calendar altogether thanks to the crappy service I've received time and time again, and I will find somewhere else for my annual exam. read more

Dr. Slivar was awesome. She was very professional and very thorough in her exam. I was a little frustrated in Betsy, who helped me pick out frames. I felt she wasn't listening to what I was looking for. Eventually we got there but I was definitely a little irritated. Overall, the experience was great, and I would recommend them. I would go back again assuming my glasses turn out well. read more

Everyone who works here is so friendly. Also they got my glasses right on time and had great communication about it. Their frame selection is really good too with lots of variety. read more

Absolutely horrible experience, I got sick for my initial appointment, so I rescheduled for a different date. I show up on that rescheduled day and they tell me there is a problem in the system, it didn't record the new date and they don't have it. Just wow, one hour of waiting later - nothing. I have a record of my call to reschedule and everything but guess what, it doesn't matter. Waste of my time, waste of gas, just absolutely a waste. Would not recommend a business that has workers that don't know how to reschedule customers properly so customer doesn't waste their time and effort. Or at least if they made a mistake don't know how to accommodate a customer. read more

Sad. Had glasses done on 12/2/2025. Doctor made a mistake, had to re do refraction and lenses. I called, staff said fixed on 1/5/26. Jan 5, still not fixed. I asked if I should wait another 2 weeks because the unfulfilled promise is messing up my trip. Manager denied Jan 5 promise, got angry instead of apologizing still unable to say when glasses are fixed. I should not have paid in full until glasses are done correctly. I regret going to this optometry and will never recommend them to anybody. read more

We've been going to Dr. Ivor Meyerson for over a decade when he was in the Southbay Galleria Mall but recently moved to this new location. Service is always excellent and this new environment is sleek, cool, and we can see outside! Love this new location especially because I was able to grab a bite a couple doors down before my appointment. So convenient for parking too--do not have to circle up the parking structure any longer. All the support staff is lovely and makes it a smooth process for the entire appointment. The most challenging part was selecting new eyeglass frames. read more

I had 2 pairs of glasses made, they were very fast and professional. I always have a great experience with the team.

This optometry office is simply the best. The staff are all gracious, efficient, and proficient in assisting with selection of frames and fitting them. Prices are very reasonable and staff are excellent in explaining them. They are conversant in what is covered by insurance.
