When Blaze first open, they made a very good all you can add on pizza. So if the pizza was not prefect, it's your fault because you made it. Now, the pizzas are skimpy, even when you ask to add more of that topping, they limit you are will NOT add more on. The pizzas are rushed and it doesn't seem to be given the care it used to when it was in the oven. So we don't go there very often anymore. read more

Waited 15 min for the 3 people in front of me to finally get served, then I finally got to place my order. I tried to order an extra cheese and pepperoni. I was told that I couldn't have extra cheese because "we need to make portions". I told her that's fine, I don't mind paying for it. She said it's not allowed. Every other Blaze across America will let you pay for extra cheese. So I left and she threw the pizza with the cheese in the trash. I guess that helps you "make your portions". Be ready for slow service and not being able to get what you want to order. FWIW, I wasn't asking for an absurd amount of extra cheese, just enough to cover the sauce. Ordered 2 large 2 topping pizzas special which was pretty reasonably priced - and honestly, I wasn't really expecting much. What I mean by that was that I wasn't expecting the pizza to be really great, however, what I got was literally not much. It is as if they have a policy that no topping may be within 2 inches of another topping. They were cut up so small, and there were so few that it was comical. I imagine the person making the pizza was even laughing because there is no way that anyone could look at those sad, mostly just sauce-covered discs and say to themselves "that looks like a pizza I am proud to serve." That's right - I said mostly sauce-covered because apparently even the cheese was not immune to the no-touch, maintain a minimum distance mandate. If you are ordering for a bunch of elementary school students who like (but don't love) just cheese on their pizza, this place is probably fine. Otherwise, I would try somewhere else. read more

I'm always a fan of Blaze Pizza because pizza is bae. Hehe.. especially customizing your own pizza! I met up with my cousin Megan D here for late lunch/early dinner a few days ago. Pizza was yummy, and I absolutely love the blood orange lemonade. I probably ended up drinking about an equivalent of 3.5 cups of that! I got a brownie for later which when I ate it the next day, it tasted a bit burnt flavor. So that wasn't as good as the pizza or the drink. Place was clean, and pricing is good. No complaints except for that brownie. read more

This past Friday I was around the area shopping and came here with a group of friends. I left my purse there and I didn't realize until I got back to Stockton. I tried to call the store, which is a whole mess in itself because I'm given generic automatic messages that tells me to go onto their website and also says that the store doesn't pick up phone calls because they're too busy to. At this moment, my friends decide to call Five Guys next door to help. They were super friendly over there and they go in to ask and the Blaze worker said "nobody turned anything in but we haven't gone around to look". We call Five Guys again later (again, I was desperate because I'm 45 minutes away). We asked them to check and the Five Guys worker said she checked and didn't find anything. She also said she asked the Blaze worker and they said they didn't have it still. I decide to make the drive anyways for peace of mind. I get in and I'm waiting then I ask if they have seen it. The girl proceeds to say "I've been working all day and I haven't seen anything" and doesn't even try to help. The man working beside her was very nice and offered to walk with me to look! The girl then says "he can check with you but I haven't seen anything" and rolls her eyes and gives a bit of attitude. The man in the front gave the effort to walk to other workers and looks in the back and IT WAS THERE! I was very grateful for this worker and if you see this, you're great!! I'm glad I made the drive and found it. But I'm just really disappointed that I called 5 times and no answer on the Blaze phone. Seriously....? How do I go online for this kind of situation? And that Five Guys workers went out of their way for me (a person that wasn't even THEIR customer) and asked TWICE and looked around for me whereas the girl Blaze worker didn't even try when I came in and did not show any type of sympathy. She's always handling many customers, and yet still somehow remembers my name, what I like to order, and makes me feel super welcome! Blaze has awesome Pizzas! I understand that covid 19 is going on. As a returning guest to an establishment to see an employee sitting with a guest with gloves eating! then proceed to come around the counter towards the dough side of the line (with same gloves) AND then ask me if I'm picking up an order then tell me "we're only making online orders right now" This was right after we saw a couple walk in maybe a few minutes ahead of us and make their pizza as soon as they walked in.
