I also felt I was unnecessarily upsold. I specifically asked if the hummus came with pita and was told no, so I purchased pita chips separately. When my order arrived, I discovered the hummus already came with pita bread. For paying close to $50, I also received very little meat on the plates. I don't think it will be retuning or recommending this place. The lady serving me was friendly, but overall, I left disappointed with the food, portions, price, and communication.

The storefront isn't much to squawk about, but it's clean, well lit, and there's a couple of TV screens that you could watch while you're enjoying your food. As we looked at the menu, we discovered that in addition to kebabs and other exotic offerings, they had burgers and it really peaked our interest. If you love a good burger you'll enjoy what they have to offer. I do not know what they are using to season their patties as it was so unique from what I've eaten before, but the burger patty was moist and perfectly cooked, very tender and juicy as well. In each bite there seemed to be a symphony of flavors that I couldn't really name, but that had me wanting more after I finished it. It was the most exotic tasting burger I've ever had, yet at the same time, it had all of the fixings of a traditional burger. We found it to be an absolute delight. While the restaurant appeared to be unstaffed when we entered and nobody came out to serve us until we were just about to turn around and walk out, we observed that the young man who came out had gloves on and he was probably in the back doing some sort of food prep, so the delay was reasonable. He swiftly and politely greeted us upon sight, and answered our questions about the menu. I appreciated his hospitable demeanor and the food was amazing! I'm going back for kabobs and I want to try their colorful desserts. So glad to have found them.

The food took a little longer than I expected, especially for a quick burger stop, but sometimes that's just how it goes. Overall, the meal was decent, though the burger and bread were underwhelming. Not one had the decency or professionalism to acknowledge us. No greeting, no welcome, not even a simple "We'll be right with you." And they weren't remotely busy. This is the second time we've experienced this disgraceful lack of hospitality. What's truly astonishing is the arrogance coming from a restaurant serving mediocre food. You would think exceptional service might compensate for an average product. Apparently, neither is a priority. Your customers are not an inconvenience. They are the reason you have a business. If your staff cannot master the basic human courtesy of acknowledging a family walking through the door, perhaps hospitality is the wrong industry for you. The food is forgettable. The arrogance is not.

Once again, we brought our daughter to your special night for families like ours,…read moregot there with an early reservation (our daughter eats early!) and yet again had a very lovely time. I was trying to figure out what to do for our daughter's 13th birthday that wasn't too "little kid" themed and thought maybe we could do an early dinner before your typical crowd comes in. When I looked at your website it was like it was meant to be that ON her birthday you were having your special event. It was perfect. Food- she still prefers her safe food so her meal was the Golden Arches ;) but thank you for letting us bring it in for her. For mom and dad- this time instead of just appetizers we opted for an appetizer (garlic bread), and two main dishes: the pernil and the creamy chicken pasta. Everything was delicious. My husband took one bite of the pernil and I heard him say "oh yeah" lol. My chicken pasta was flavorful and had plenty of veggies and chicken and the portion was perfect for me to have leftovers at home. That garlic bread though-- you are not kidding around with that! It was very tasty! Thank you for the little birthday dessert, while we knew she wouldn't eat it, it was important for her to have the candle/singing experience. Then of course she made us eat it. (And yes it was also delicious.) Hope we can return on other nights both with our daughter and if ever possible for a mom and dad date night. There are many other dishes we want to try.

There was one person ahead of me, and it seemed like he'd been there a while, so I was like, oh goodness... why is it taking so long? lol. But I waited patiently. When it was my turn, the young man at the window was welcoming and kind. He took his time showing me that my garden salads were actually the salads I ordered (and not a Caesar) by opening the containers to show me. It was cute. He also went down the receipt, checking off each item. I guess that's why it was taking a bit with the guy ahead of me. He even showed me the transparent containers to make sure everything was what I ordered. It was pretty adorable, actually, how much he wanted to make sure everything was there. But I can also see how it could take a bit of time when there's a line. Everything was packaged well, and all the toppings were in their own little to-go cups. I got a half dozen of their rolls, which I had not ordered before, so it was a nice surprise to see there were **8 rolls inside!** :) It's like finding extra fries at the bottom of the bag. He also offered me 2 bags of peanuts, which was nice because my husband loves peanuts. Our steaks were delicious. Everything was delicious! Our entrees came with 2 rolls each and a side of their cinnamon butter, which is delicious. I asked the young man if I could get a few extra sides of the butter (for the half dozen), and he said he could give me 3 for free. It sounded like if I had asked for more, he'd have to charge me. So I do wish, though, that the 1/2 dozen rolls included a side of the cinnamon butter w/o having to ask. Great food, great service.
