When each slice has maybe 2 pepperoni slices on it and about as little cheese as possible to place on it while still calling it a pizza, the restaurant is not prioritizing the customer. They are prioritizing profits. And the taste is so average. And it has gotten progressively worse. It was not like this years ago. They have lost our family forever as a customer. read more

I'm a huge believer in Blaze Pizza as I love being able to customize the pizzas but this location has been unfortunately more miss than hit. The employees always seem annoyed about asking for more toppings and on my kids' cheesy bread there were patches of bread that had no cheese. I asked for more cheese to be added and the staff refused. In addition it seems like Blaze is making it harder in general to claim the deals. The family pack can only be placed online and the website often malfunctions. The sides of sauce are now 79 cents extra. Unfortunately blaze is losing the ease that makes it accessible to the public :( read more

Went to Oder pizza, left the house at 9:20 and arrived at 9:35. Posted closing times is 10:00 online, 10:00 on the door, yet the door is locked. Tried knocking on the door as there was an employee behind the counter. They never bothered looking over. So, if you try going near closing time, be careful becuase they close at least 30 Minutes before the posted time. read more

I visited this location on Memorial Day and had a very disappointing customer service experience. I ordered a build-your-own 2-topping pizza with pepperoni and jalapeños. I simply asked if extra pepperoni could be added, and the staff member refused, claiming the store has "portion control" or "rationing" policies on toppings. I explained that I've never had this issue at other locations and even offered to pay extra for the additional pepperoni, but he still refused. What made the situation worse was the attitude. Instead of trying to help or provide good customer service, the employee acted as if I was asking for free food or making an unreasonable request. According to him, there was no manager on site, and he was the person in charge at the time. He identified himself as "Dario" or "Lario," although no employees were wearing name tags. It's unbelievable that a customer cannot request extra pepperoni on a pizza -- even when willing to pay for it. That is not customer-oriented service, and it completely took away from what was supposed to be an enjoyable Memorial Day weekend meal. I will be going to a different location in the future, and I believe customers should know what to expect before visiting this store. The bottom of my pizza was cooked perfectly that you can grab the slice, even packed with toppings and it wouldn't flop when holding it with one hand. All the topping were great and all the sauces I tried were very tasty. The buffalo and pesto was my favorite. This place is huge and can surely handle a crowd of people but when I came in it was chill, people here and there but the two girls that were running the place seemed on top of it from making pizza, prep work and register too firing the pizzas in the oven! Avoid at all costs. I am leaving this review to highlight a complete lack of empathy I witnessed at this Blaze Pizza. Recently, the person I was with was experiencing an urgent and distressing biological emergency that required immediate restroom access. While I was at the front of the store looking at the menu--with every intention of purchasing food as a courtesy--the person I was with headed toward the restroom. They were intercepted by an employee named Jonathan, who asked if they were looking for the bathroom and then immediately refused them entry, stating that the facilities are for "paying customers only." Why this was a massive failure of service: Presumptuous Profiling: Jonathan assumed we were not customers before we even had a chance to order. I was standing at the counter when he turned my friend away in a moment of distress. Lack of Compassion: There are times when "store policy" should take a backseat to basic human decency. To block someone from a restroom during an emergency is cold and unnecessary. Defensive and Unprofessional: I returned later to calmly explain why his snap judgment was wrong. Instead of apologizing, Jonathan doubled down, telling me it was our responsibility to have been "more clear" about the nature of the emergency. No one should be forced to explain their private medical or biological situation to a fast-food employee just to be treated with dignity. I gave this employee the chance to make it right with a simple apology; he chose to hide behind a policy instead. If this is how Blaze Pizza trains its staff to treat people in need, I'll take my business elsewhere. There are plenty of other spots in the Orange Circle that understand basic hospitality. Wow! My last review was in 2017 so I guess it's time for an update. I've been here a handful of times over the years, mostly when there is a special through the app or just on a whim because I was nearby. This time, I received a "we've missed you" offer for an 11" pizza for $5.00. Considering what used to be $7 is now $12, that's a deal I can't pass up. Ordering through the app was easy enough. Since I live about 5 minutes away, I placed the order at home for immediate pickup. It probably took 7-8 minutes by the time I got my keys, left, found parking, etc. When I arrived, 6 pizzas were sitting out waiting to be boxed up. I could see my pizza in what I would call 6th position. As I watched them box up the pizza, I could tell people had ordered multiple pizzas as the customer in front of me took 4 of them! The next person took 2. I finally saw them box mine up, so I walked to the counter and told them it was mine. He verified my name and did apologize for the wait. I could tell they were working hard so I really couldn't complain. It was just my luck in timing. I then left to head back home. Now, here's the deal, and if you see my other reviews, I love my pizza, but honestly, this pizza is just OK. It's very thin, almost flimsy. Don't expect a lot of toppings, nor a lot of cheese. It also wasn't very hot, probably because it is so thin and cools down fast. I do like the sauce. Is it better than frozen pizza? Of course it is; but considering the other options out there, and with a starting price of $11.99 per pie, there are better options out there for a similar (or lower) price. Very open and clean environment. The system they have is like a food line for the topping request. You watch as they place each fresh topping on the 11-inch pie. No limit to the amount of toppings. The pizza was delicious, wish it was more toasted/extra crispy but how it was was good too. The store wasn't busy when we came in, just two people ahead of us. It was before noon too so it wasn't busy. The store was well kept and clean. The service here is why I'd give it a 4 star rating. No one working was really talking to the customers or being personable. We waited a few minutes before being helped because no one seemed to have a sense of urgency. The way he washed his hands was incorrect and when he finish washing his hand he did not use a napkin paper to close the fausset he used his hands . He put back the germs in his hand again. From the moment I walked in the establishment I was greeted warmly by the staff. This location was very clean and friendly (which are must in my book ) As I ordered my pizzas I did not know what to get because I'm picky lol. Henry was very attentive to my needs, I asked a lot of questions before I ordered and he gladly answered them. I apologized for asking so many questions , he assured me that it was no problem at all.
