Avoid at all costs. I am leaving this review to highlight a complete lack of empathy I witnessed at this Blaze Pizza. Recently, the person I was with was experiencing an urgent and distressing biological emergency that required immediate restroom access. While I was at the front of the store looking at the menu--with every intention of purchasing food as a courtesy--the person I was with headed toward the restroom. They were intercepted by an employee named Jonathan, who asked if they were looking for the bathroom and then immediately refused them entry, stating that the facilities are for "paying customers only." Why this was a massive failure of service: Presumptuous Profiling: Jonathan assumed we were not customers before we even had a chance to order. I was standing at the counter when he turned my friend away in a moment of distress. Lack of Compassion: There are times when "store policy" should take a backseat to basic human decency. To block someone from a restroom during an emergency is cold and unnecessary. Defensive and Unprofessional: I returned later to calmly explain why his snap judgment was wrong. Instead of apologizing, Jonathan doubled down, telling me it was our responsibility to have been "more clear" about the nature of the emergency. No one should be forced to explain their private medical or biological situation to a fast-food employee just to be treated with dignity. I gave this employee the chance to make it right with a simple apology; he chose to hide behind a policy instead. If this is how Blaze Pizza trains its staff to treat people in need, I'll take my business elsewhere. There are plenty of other spots in the Orange Circle that understand basic hospitality. Was craving some pizza and wanted to come here as I was able to make my own pizza. The amount of toppings were endless and the portions for each toppings were decent. The price was about $15 including tax. The pizza itself was delicious and the crust was crispy which I liked. The workers were friendly and handled the pizza with care. read more

Decided to stop by on a Monday and grab a pizza, and man did it not disappoint. I went with a high rise crust with an assortment of toppings. The bottom of my pizza was cooked perfectly that you can grab the slice, even packed with toppings and it wouldn't flop when holding it with one hand. All the topping were great and all the sauces I tried were very tasty. The buffalo and pesto was my favorite. This place is huge and can surely handle a crowd of people but when I came in it was chill, people here and there but the two girls that were running the place seemed on top of it from making pizza, prep work and register too firing the pizzas in the oven! Wow! My last review was in 2017 so I guess it's time for an update. I've been here a handful of times over the years, mostly when there is a special through the app or just on a whim because I was nearby. This time, I received a "we've missed you" offer for an 11" pizza for $5.00. Considering what used to be $7 is now $12, that's a deal I can't pass up. Ordering through the app was easy enough. Since I live about 5 minutes away, I placed the order at home for immediate pickup. It probably took 7-8 minutes by the time I got my keys, left, found parking, etc. When I arrived, 6 pizzas were sitting out waiting to be boxed up. I could see my pizza in what I would call 6th position. As I watched them box up the pizza, I could tell people had ordered multiple pizzas as the customer in front of me took 4 of them! The next person took 2. I finally saw them box mine up, so I walked to the counter and told them it was mine. He verified my name and did apologize for the wait. I could tell they were working hard so I really couldn't complain. It was just my luck in timing. I then left to head back home. Now, here's the deal, and if you see my other reviews, I love my pizza, but honestly, this pizza is just OK. It's very thin, almost flimsy. Don't expect a lot of toppings, nor a lot of cheese. It also wasn't very hot, probably because it is so thin and cools down fast. I do like the sauce. Is it better than frozen pizza? Of course it is; but considering the other options out there, and with a starting price of $11.99 per pie, there are better options out there for a similar (or lower) price. The pizza here is consistently decent and for the price, it's not a bad value. The location specifically has missed an ingredient on one of the pizzas for online orders the last 3 visits. They haven't run out of the ingredient, since the same ingredient is on another pizza on the order. I'm not sure if it's an issue with their system or a human error. read more

Whatever you do, if you have a craving for Blaze Pizza, do not go to this location as you will be greatly disappointed and ripped off. Judging by the condition of our pizzas you would think the ingredients came directly from the employees paycheck. The sauce was maybe a total of the size of a dime for the whole pizza. Pizza should not be drowning in sauce but you should at least be able to see that it's on your pizza. I had a total of maybe 10 small squares on chicken on my pizza, the roasted broccoli was almost blackened broccoli as well as the edges of my pizza was charred. The pizza was lukewarm at best. My husband's pizza was subpar as well but as he was starving, he ate it. Our friend's pizza literally had 6 pieces of pepperoni and abrupt the same amount of olives. Definitely not worth the almost $43 for the three pizza's. We were disappointed as we have never had such bad pizza at any other Blaze location. Haven't been to this location in a while. I remembered why. Store was not busy at all around 6:30 on a Saturday night. Tables were dirty. The sunshades were not lowered. The sun was unbearable so we took it to go. The staff seemed uninterested in their job. Not very welcoming. Not even knowledgeable of the menu. Almost a decade ago, I worked at one of the first 50 Blaze Pizzas and worked in every section of the line including oven duty so I know what a Blaze Pizza standard looks and tastes like. It was a slow evening, about an hour and a half before closing and there were around four people working with one person right ahead of us. Once it was our turn to order, the guy originally working the oven came over to the dough station, went back, and then came right on back before even stopping to greet us. We finally got helped by him since nobody else wanted to help us out. The guy spread everything nicely but there was little to no conversation while he was making our three pizzas. Once we got to the register/oven area, I asked for my pizza well done. Judging the bottom of the pizza and the crust, it seemed like a light well done, but the pizza itself was very runny and still really doughy. I had to grab the slices with my whole hand to be able to eat it. It was good though. The quality here is below average and the customer service is very poor. I've been to a couple other locations after my departure from the company, but this place is definitely not a location I will be returning to. Please retrain your staff with basic communication skills and teach them how to cook a pizza well done. read more

usually pretty chill here unless you have to interact with the older lady. she has an attitude and corrects you on things for no reason. i asked for a simple pie with added meatballs and she tried to tell me its the wrong item despite it costing the same. I can tell shes a joke with customers based on reviews and coworkers based on them laughing and shaking their heads at her. to top it off she gave me a wimpy amount of meatballs to punish me for my transgressions! everyone else here is cool and the food is good usually. my friend got a great pizza made well by someone else but mine is severely lacking. do better read more
