This place is lucky it makes good pizzas because the employees are the worst part about this spot. They are snarky, rude upfront, and talk in a tone that is belittling. On multiple counts there have been times where I genuinely question if having a stick up your butt is a qualification for this job. I only go back because the pizza tastes good but there is no good reason for why this is how they treat their customers. Please do better. read more

I always get a build my own meat lovers cauliflower crust pizza from Blaze. After placing the meat toppings , I ask for a sprinkle of mozzarella on top to keep the toppings together. Jonathon told me that he couldn't do it due to a cross contamination policy. The mozzarella station is at the very end and would not have crossed any food group. He refused to do it. I asked for the manager and was told Corina was not present. So I had the choice of walking out, but was told they would throw it away if I didn't want it. Rather than waste it I paid for it and ate it. There was no flexibility on Jonathan's part. I even tol him that all the other locations do it, so why is it different today? Blaze Pizza has lost my business for the future. Dean Deralas read more

Been coming here for years and today they were not busy but they refused to add extra cheese on top of toppings . The skinny little Mexican kid rushed us through as if there was a crowd. Suggestion either add more cheese before topping so they don't fall off or put another tub of shredded mozzarella at end of toppings. read more

Blaze pizza is always a good choice for quick pizza cravings. It was national pizza day so I stopped in. This Blaze in the orange circle also has outdoor seating covered by a tent which is very nice. The customer service was very welcoming and polite. The cauliflower pizza is my favorite! I enjoyed a one top cauliflower pizza with spinach and extra shredded mozzarella. It came out perfect and the pizza had no flop and it was cheesy and crispy at every bite. What I didn't enjoy was as customers, we had no restroom access nor the outdoor dining area was attended to. So the overall cleaniness was subpar to dine outside. Luckily enough I was prepared with Wet ones to clean my hands before I ate pizza. They did offer us hand sanitizer which was kind. However it just isn't ideal when eating with your hands. I understand during a pandemic things are not normal but if you offer outdoor seating you should be prepared to provide a safe clean restroom. A park has a restroom but a restaurant that offers outdoor dining does not?. Overall Blaze pizza is amazing for personal sized pizza. But I recommend avoiding outdoor dining due to cleanliness. read more

where to start......... today 10-20-25.at noon .. young man making my pizza was soft spoken so i had to have him repeat himself a few times, which isn't his fault but i think he took it as me being disrespectful.... not the case. he preceded to make my pizza .... a sad sad pizza with 4 cubes of chicken .... 7 leaves of spinach and when i asked for more cheese ...... he literally told me no.... mind you ......a pinch of cheese was on this crust...... you would think im exaggerating by description... but im not..... paid 18$ for this sad pizza.... came back to the office and showed my coworkers the sad sight and proceeded to make this review. literally the only review i have ever written. if you enjoy rejection ...run on down to blaze pizza at the orange circle. you might actually feel like punting kittens after..... read more

Appreciate this chain of pizza and the style of build your own creations. Was my first time at this particular location but did not get the same amazing results as others. I placed my order and scanned my app to get points and a promotion deal which Blaze offered for a $5 pizza. Three cashiers could not figure out how to access the discount, they called their manager; which was displeased as she was on her break. She also could not figure it out, so after about 15 minutes and my pizza getting cold, the manager charged me for a cheese bread which was more than the $5 deal still but explained that is all she could do. So at the end I got a cold dinner, paid more then the offered deal and was told that is all they could do. Might just try another location next time. read more

I like being able to make my own pizza and i like when they keep asking if I would like more meats on my pizza and it doesn't cost an extra 1.00 for each topping either. I had a sausage, pepperoni, olive, artichoke heart, onion, red pepper yellow peppers some feta cheese pizza and a Passion Peach ice tea all for about 13.00. Get a hot right outa the oven pizza with very nice customer service. read more

I ate there on 8/31/24 during the Orange Street Fair. I finished up my meal there and needed to use the bathroom and they were hesitant about giving me the code and they questioned if I ate there. They even asked me to Show a receipt despite them not asking if I wanted a receipt after I ordered. They reluctantly gave me the code. I will never eat at this location again since they were really rude to me. I would not recommend this location. I'd even give this place zero stars. read more

Blaze Pizza - Pizza Build Your Own Pizza (11-inch) - Salad Near Me - Orange, California

I ordered 4 pizzas through Postmates for delivery tonight. All of them came as ordered, except the one that mattered. I ordered a large veggie with no cheese, note the receipt, because my wife and I are vegan. The receipt is according to what was ordered, but the pizza was smothered in cheese. Not a problem. I called the location and they offered a refund, credit for my next purchase, or to remake it, but we had to pick it up. I guess we we're out of luck because I ordered it through postmates. I told them we would pick it up if they could remake it. They said they would. I drove there to pick up the remade pizza, and they said they again made it with cheese, and it would take a bit longer to remake it again. Okay. No problem. They gave me a gift card to use next time we were in the store for a free pizza. A nice gesture, which I was not expecting at all. I waited and when the 3rd pizza came out, the guy assured me there was no cheese. Once we got home, it was evident that they did not put any effort into remaking the pizza. There was barely any sauce, only a couple veggies, and none of the choices that were on the original order. (Please see pictures). We have ordered from this location several times for delivery and take out, and they usually nail our orders. But, tonight was awful!! Hopefully they just had an off night among the staff, and are better next time. By the way, there were no customers in the store when i arrived and waited for the 2 incorrect pizzas. read more

Omg, I was so impressed by the service I got last night at late 9pm wednesday night. no one was around and I did see that they had their chairs up. the guy who was cleaning had told me that they arent serving but the girl behind the counter was like " come on in" i got my regular combo pizza. she was great and sweet with the ingredients. she ran the whole darn front by herself. making my pizza, cleaning, taking pizza put of oven. heating up the dessets I got for the bf. and rang me up. sadly... she said they arent allowed to take tips. which made me sad. I have never been more impressed with service before. I wish I took her name down. anyways. the girl who was working the front area late 9ish on Jan 31st wednesday night at blaze orange circle pizza, you def deserve a raise. You were so kind, such a boss, the place was looking dapper... my pizza was good. anyway, THIS IS MY FAVE BLAZE. read more

PIZZA LOVERS BEWARE! This location is "Not as it was" in the early years of opening . The rules of pizza engagement have changed, they are now skimping on BYO pizza topping volume leaving for massive void on the so called pie itself, this is a disappointment. They really should eliminate the idea of build your own at this location because the service team will not allow patrons to add "more cheese" or give you sides such as olives, of hot peppers... those were the days when there were actually patrons and a good pizza experience. Now it's "we don't do that"...,"this and that". I suppose if you just want bread with a few strands of cheese and a drop of sauce then this is the place for you. Bathroom smells horrendous. Owners need to address. read more

Love this blaze pizza! Great customer service and the atmosphere was nice i always enjoy coming to this location The food is consistently excellent! it is clearly better than other Blaze locations. We always have good experience here. They are always good to take the order. Never had any problems with the orders or the staff.

The older lady that helped me with the order barley put anything on my pizza. I asked if I had to pay Money to get a decent amount of meat and veggies. I had to asked everytime for additional toppings. I offered to pay extra but they said it's not required because it's a build your own pizza. I ask for some chicken and she gave me attitude and put 3 chunks of chicken on my pizza. So rude , I would of happily paid more for the right size serving. She was in her late 50s lady that was working there at about 5:45 pm today June 8th 2022. Super unacceptable, especially when offering to pay more. read more

At its best, Blaze is 5 star. However, this is the 3rd or 4th pizza I haven't been happy with. If I order in person, they get it right, but they insist you order through website than call. Thought this place would be top notch but nah. The ingredients weren't that fresh. You could tell when they were making the pizza that the toppings weren't new. They looked a few days old. The employee who made my pizza for sure wasn't in the mood to work there either. She was going thru the motions with this attitude like "eh whatever." Anyway, pizza was gross. Place is packed though but pizza was average as best. Won't be coming back here. I prefer the one at Mainplace mall. Better service. Better tasting ingredients also. read more

Blaze Pizza is a Build Your Own Pizza style pizza joint and this particular location is located in the Orange Circle. There is public parking in the nearby areas but it can get pretty busy around lunch time. My coworker happened to have a Buy One Get One Free coupon so I came along for the Free!! :) I feel like the essential recipe for a Build Your Own Pizza business to be successful is high quality ingredients and a good crust. Blaze does it pretty well. I had my pizza with marinara sauce, extra shredded mozzarella cheese, fresh ovalini mozzarella, sausage, bacon, spinach, cherry tomatoes, chopped garlic and barbecue sauce. Yummy!! Both of my coworkers got their pizza before me. Four pizzas who were in line behind us had their pizza cooked before me. *Sigh* I think they cooked the pizzas in the wrong order. And then when I saw my pizza removed from their oven and transferred over to the cutting board, it sat there for a while longer while their staff were at other areas of the restaurant. When I finally got my pizza, it was pretty good. It's hard to mess up on a pizza where you pick all of your favorite ingredients. I was only able to eat half of the pizza and I saved the other half of the pizza for dinner on a later day that week. Blaze is definitely a decent spot for lunch and they are close enough to my office that I can see us coming back. read more

I walked into the fast food joint to simply ask to use the restroom. It was around 3:15 and the person upfront responded with attitude just for simply asking if i can use the restroom. He replied with "isn't Urth across the street". I was shocked at the unprofessional response from the worker, while being a regular. I have a condition that makes it urgent for me to use the restroom and i can't help it. When i was walking out until the next unit he kept on starring at me when i was outside , i felt horrendously uncomfortable and bothered. Ate there on 11/29 at 5pm. Female employee seemed upset with the world when we were ordering. Menu board shows salad but doesn't show what kind. As we moved to the other counter to continue with our order, we noticed that they had a strawberry type salad. We told the employee we wanted that salad along with our pizzas and she seemed upset with our request. She then said that the next time you order, order your salad at the front counter. I tried to explain to her that the menu board facing the front counter doesn't show types of salad and her response was "it's not a big deal". During the whole transaction with this employee, she never said thank you or you're welcome. This employee needs more training on how to deal with customers. read more

I like this place. The Pizzas are good. I always get the 1 topping pepperoni with buffalo sauce drizzle. They have aqua Fresca and two kinds of lemonade. The lemonade is just ok though. Stopped in at Blaze Pizza in Orange. Wanted to use the bathroom before ordering. Was stopped and yelled at by a male employee who was standing behind the register who told that I had to order food before using the bathroom. (I was standing next to a table in the middle of the store). I told him I was going to order food after using their facilities, but he continued to yell at me in front of the whole restaurant, that it was not possible. Are you serious? He said it's now store policy! Well guess what? Won't ever be back! Would rather give my business to a company who allows patrons to use the bathroom. Plus what would be the harm in allowing potential customers to use the restroom? Wouldn't it allow your business to possibly receive more customers? Blaze Pizza needs to train their employees to not embarrass customers and that using the bathroom before ordering is acceptable! read more

Y'all suck at your job. The night shift (11PM-12:30AM) on Thursday/Friday (9/5-9/6). How do you get back to back orders wrong immediately after the customer lets you know the order is wrong? (This order is through Postmates by the way) So, I order my custom pizza and they send Postmates off with a pepperoni pizza to deliver. I call them to let them know and the girl who picked up the phone told me that my Postmates order never came through! WTH?! Then how would Postmates know to deliver anything to my door?! That's besides the point... she then instructed me to inform Postmates through that app that I got the wrong order so I could get a refund. Done. I then order again, this time with garlic knots (for the free shipping) and I CALL BLAZE to make sure they build the correct pizza. My delivery comes and? NO GARLIC KNOTS + INCORRECT ORDER OF PIZZA. First off, they have a tasty cauliflower gluten-free crust pizza available. Many pizza parlors don't, and I need it due to Celiac disease. The build-your-own is the way to go. They have a ton of ingredients, so can get exactly what you want. The service is fast and friendly. It also is located right on the historic Orange Plaza, so you get a fantastic view of the old town center, and is a perfect place to people watch, and to see the happenings, like guys driving their classic or other interesting cars around the traffic circle. Parking can be difficult, but I can usually find a space within a block, unless you go at peak time. There is a public parking lot south of Chapman, heading east from the circle. read more

How does ordering online, waiting for 30 min, and getting burnt pizza do it for you. Ordered 2 Large pizzas and this is what we get it. Be the judge for yourself. Look at the pictures. Ordered cheesy bread for the first time and once it was done I asked the girl to add olive oil and arugula, just like I love on pizza. Not thinking it was a big deal, but the girl finishing my order gave me the dirtiest look and was like "on cheesy bread?" ... ummm, yes!! Why not... what's the problem? So she gave me scraps and said they can't put it on the cheesy bread. These are free options and I paid for my food... get your lame ass attitude out of customer service. Very very generic tasting pizza. Somewhere between papa John's and pizza hut...nowhere as good as papa Gino's (the best chain pizza restaurant in the world, North Eastern place). I would never eat blaze again, the staff and everything was fine, but the pizza was sooooo blah it just isn't worth it. I absolutely love this place. One can customize their own pizza and can have unlimited toppings. The ingredients are fresh and the taste is heavenly. Dear manager. As you can see you have a serious problem and it starts and ends with your staff. You aren't the one that needs to apologize. It is your staff that needs to get it's act together. They work for you and the customer. They don't care. They are a group of entitled persons who look down on the customers. I went to the Blaze Pizza in Seal Beach and the service was nothing like the one in Orange. If I owned your business I'd give them one chance to change and if this continues you need to fire them.
