We love this place, we get exactly what we want with the wide selections they have. The build your own for the size with as many toppings we want for $7.95 is worth it to us. It's very busy but staff is organized well and you get in and out quick. read more

This is a great place to eat pizza. We came here at 6:00 PM the place was crowded but the line moved very fast. Pizza was cooked just right and the staff behind the counter was very friendly. I like the fact that you can pick any topping that you want for your pizza at no additional charge. The prices are very reasonable. The only downside in my mind is that there's not a lot of seating. read more

Wow! This place is amazing, the pizza is so good and you can't beat the price. One is enough for 2 people or 3 if you're not a big eater. The build your own concept is genius, especially if you have or are a picky eater. Everything is fresh, and delicious. We are big pizza eaters and this is definitely our new pizza spot. read more

I had to wait to pay just a minute or two extra while the cashier was away doing something...during that time the manager introduced himself and then picked up my salad' s cost! (I never said a word to complain.) Friendly people, great service! (My salad was tasty too!) read more

We were served by Tiana, the shift manager. She was courteous, helpful and knowledgeable about the menu and toppings. Our food was delicious! Great restaurant! Food was delivered to our table quickly. Will definitely go back! read more

I just had the best experience at Blaze!!!! The pics was amazing and the service was even better! Highly recommend

Workers are incredibly polite and friendly. Food was delicious and fresh. Restaurant was clean, environment looks modern and appealing.

I come here every now and then and the workers are extremely nice. They actually want to help you. You can tell they genuinely care about their job and how they preform. Every time I come back I'm never disappointed with the service. read more

My husband goes here once a week for lunch. He loves it. In fact, he wouldn't stop talking about it for the first few weeks so we went on a weekend. I got the white pizza with random toppings and it was delicious...when it was hot. This is not the pizza where you can eat cold leftovers. The crust is soft and disgusting unless you warm it up in an OVEN. At that point, all is well again. Atmosphere is fine. Nothing special. It really didn't take long but I didn't care for standing RIGHT NEXT to people while they're eating. read more

This place is delicious! The crust is amazingly light, there are so many toppings to choose from, and every time we've gone the staff has been friendly and happy. There are times when we've driving by and it's very crowded, but when we've gone the line hasn't been too bad. I love the outdoor seating option when it's a beautiful day. Sometimes I also get a small side salad and those are good too. One of the best pizza places around. read more

I went with a group of friends and it was great! We all got our own pizzas and put whatever we wanted on it. It was pretty amazing how quick the pizza was made! The people were super nice! The only thing was that the pizzas were on the salty side but it was still super good! I will definitely come back! read more

Blaze Pizza - The meat eaters pizza with mushrooms. Yummmm - Pizza Near Me - Mason, Ohio

Absolutely delicious gluten free crust! They do charge 2 more dollars for the crust but still, $9 for unlimited toppings?! That's a steal! Also the staff was so wonderful about my gluten allergy, they ask if it's an allergy or just a preference. Since mine is an allergy they changed gloves, and put the pizza in its own pan to dress and cook. I appreciate that so much! The pizza was so delicious and the service was pretty quick, just watch out about going during peak time (lunch time, dinner) because I hear the wait can be a little long. I hope they open another one here locally! read more

Blaze Pizza - Gluten free crust with pesto base, mozzarella, goat cheese, bacon, artichokes and so many other veggies. It was SO!! - Pizza Near Me - Mason, Ohio

Delicious pizza! Fresh ingredients and the staff was so friendly! My husband and I remarked at how well they worked together and how everyone kept their composure during a very busy evening. The lemonade and Blood orange lemonade are both so delicious! read more

This place is awesome!! As a few friends and I took a small vacation this weekend we stopped here at about 11pm and they close at 12 am. The awesome workers did not even try to rush us at all and was more than helpful for us being there for the first time! Cole the manager was very friendly and made a special pizza for us which was delicious! Derrick and Bryce was very helpful and answered all of my questions with a smile! Isaac was making the pizzas in the oven which were cooked just right and tased great! Not doughy at all and the perfect crunch for a pizza!! This team is amazing and I would DEFINITELY recommend!!!!! read more

We have frequented this chain, first in Virginia and now here in Mason. The team members are friendly, and the pizza is made right in front of you. My daughter loves the sausage and pepperoni regular crust. She always has a milk and a brownie. The s'mores pie is equally delicious. The three of us go there and eat for under $30. That would be 2 pizzas, 2 drinks a milk and a brownie. Even with a simple pie, cheese pizza, you can add finisher/toppers after it is baked. I usually add balsamic glaze and arugula. The pizza is fast fired in the massive gas fired oven. The crust is thin and crispy. If you are sharing a pie, ask for an extra plate. read more

Food was trash and entire staff was in high school with no supervision. Would not recommend.

Good pizza but too rushed and crowded to really enjoy. Rude staff doesn't help much either.

So it seems like these kinds of places are popping up all over- but this one is the best, in my opinion, and I travel half an hour to go to this one! The ingredients are fresh and unique, the sauce is a perfect blend of whatever pizza sauce is made of! i love that I was able to choose my toppings- I love the to go boxes for taking home leftovers. The pizza was done by the time I had paid my tab- talk about fast service. Oh, and this is the ONLY place I have ever seen with zucchini as a topping- I didn't even know I could get that as a topping before, but now it is my favorite! My daughter always convinces me to splurge for a S'more for dessert- have them heat it up in the oven! read more

Amazing customer service and friendly staff. One of the best pizzas I've had from a build your own pizza place. Highly recommend because they are fast, reasonably cheap and delicious. read more

Stopped for pizza and saw that we had to order online no big deal. Two pizzas for 10 dollars was a good deal after asking employee if they could cook it longer or add on some things you couldn't add on from the app they said no can't do it. Not a problem we ordered and picked up. Pizza was good but will go somewhere else next time for better customer service. read more

These people had the gall to tell me that my ovalini mozzarella counts as my one topping on my one top pizza. On what planet does cheese count as a topping? Even your own website doesn't say that. Funny how I can get the same order 10+ times in a row at various other chains (including this one the week before my last visit) yet now it's a problem? If I had just placed the order online, it would've gone through with no issues. I don't know if it's management telling employees to deliberately lie to customers or the employees just genuinely don't understand, but I don't appreciate being lied to. read more

This is the best place in the area for pizza! I make sure to come by every time I'm in the area! Jake, Zach, and Emma are just the sweetest! Every employee is so friendly, it's refreshing. I always get a build my own and they have the best selections of toppings. From the fresh made crust, to the freshest ingredients, I am NEVER disappointed. If you're anywhere near the Mason or Fields Ertle area, you have to check out Blaze pizza! read more

I do not usually do places like this put decided my friends all like it so I should try it. The service and food was both excellent the restaurant was clean and smelled like pizza. Definitely would go there again read more

LOVE IT!!! I am a fan of light toppings and a thinner crust. This is perfect just for that. If you want a thick crust with tons of stuff on top- Blaze is not for you...but I would still recommend it. read more

High quality pizza and high quality employees! I walked in today and forgot my wallet. Jake and Dan took care of me with a pizza and a drink on the house. These guys make really good pizza and were more than happy to take care of their customers. I was pleasantly surprised on the quality of this fast food style pizza place! The price was great, $8.50/pizza, ingredients were fresh and with many topping selections! The white sauce pizza was excellent. You can also get a simple pizza for kid with just cheese for $5.50! I will likely visit it again! read more

Blaze Pizza is a fast-casual pizza restaurant similar to Pizzeria Locale, which is right down the road, so I will the compare the two. In regards to the food, Pizzeria Locale is slightly better than Blaze Pizza. However, taking into account the service and the experience, Blaze Pizza outdoes Pizzeria Locale. Ordering is much easier since there is a Build Your Own Pizza option with unlimited toppings at Blaze that has a flat price of $8.45. This is so much easier than paying per topping at Pizzeria Locale. Additionally, there are more options of what to put on the pizza and there are very good looking salads and cookies at Blaze. The restaurant also looks better on the inside and is well organized for ordering and pick up. read more

First time here and definitely not last! Service was fast, delicious pizza and staff were cheerful and nice. Would recommend this place.

Awesome pizza! The place is often busy, but worth the wait. The pizza's are fresh and very tasty. You can order exactly what you would like and it's prepared right before you. What a great concept! Fast food, high quality pizza; woohoo, for sure! read more

Blaze pizza has an awesome staff with good family atmosphere and great prices. We as a family enjoy the choices and allowing g for creativity to make your own pizza. Cleanliness is a definite plus. As a family man I would recommend this to all but especially those with a creative side. The staff is always smiling and seems to me they enjoy working and putting out a quality product. read more

The food is great. Build exactly how you want. Great selection of toppings. Fired pies ofter a different and sometimes preferred taste to oven pizzas, and the Blaze excels there. However, the service delivery model is broken and has been for over a year. Online orders always take priority at this location. But then you get a subpar experience because you aren't there to give that little extra feedback in topping portion size, and the pies may sit and get cold before you collect them. But if you stand in line, the employees don't care that the line is out the door - fill the online orders in front of everyone waiting. I've stood in a line two dozen people that didn't move for 20 minutes because they didn't have capacity among their avalanche of online orders stacked up. So if you get the craving, know that you'll wait forever in line, or won't get a perfect, warm pie through the online approach. read more

Is this a 5 star place? Not really but it's at least 4 stars. The reason why I give it 5 stars is because it is the best tasting pizza within 30 minutes from Cincy. The food is beyond fresh, made in house and the staff is super friendly. They also use a very decent high quality mozzarella cheese. The sauce isn't salty like most places and the dough is as fresh as can be. The toppings are crazy plentiful with indoor/outdoor seating. When I take the trip to Blaze Pizza I usually get 3-6 pizzas so I can freeze some. I laugh at that Piada whatever Italian whatever street food place next door. This place absolutely destroys that place. They'll be times I walk into Blaze and there is 50 people waiting in line to the door/out the door. That other place will have like 2 people in line. It's great to see a chain like Blaze take pride in Italian food instead of what 9/10 pizzerias do and sell glorified frozen pizza. Why bother? read more

Great pizza and not afraid to pile on the toppings. Slow AF tho, at dinner time on a Friday, be prepared to wait 45 minutes in line.

I'm not a pizza lover by any stretch of the imagination. If I have another choice, I get something else. Well, at Blaze I had no other choice (besides salad). And I was pleasantly surprised. Prices were great, the menu and ordering process was smooth, and it was fast. It's rare to get good price, fast service, and good quality food. But Blaze has somehow gotten the trifecta. Keep it up. I don't like pizza but I'd made a trip out to Blaze for theirs. read more

Definitely disappointed in my first visit to Blaze. Positives: Good, friendly and quick service. Very helpful in explaining everything to first-time customers. Custom pizzas in less than 5 mins. The food: there are a lot of pizza options as well as create your own. I went with the specialty meat eater pizza. The toppings appeared fresh but the paper thin pepperoni had almost no flavor. The crust was thin and crispy and cooked perfectly for my liking. However, the overall taste was no better than a pepperoni and sausage tombstone pizza. Maybe I'm expecting too much from a quick service lunch spot. I really WANT to like Blaze and I will definitely go back to try something else. I'm just not sure that I'll ever pick Blaze over Piada when I'm in the area for lunch. Seems like a lot of hype for a pretty average offering. read more
