Pizza was cold, and the only thing I can say it had was the crust which was burnt. It lacked sauce cheese and toppings. The crust was like eating cardboard. read more

The pizza is good, not over the top exceptional but certainly better than Dominos or Papa John type chains. The service is fast and friendly. But the drink selection sucks big time. Their tap has been broken for at least a year. Why doesn't the owner get it fixed? I mean, if they offered decent beer in bottles as an alternative it would be slightly more excusable (although draft beer is always better than bottled, as every beer drinker knows). But they don't. Coors Light is the only option? Are you kidding?! Coors isn't even a real beer, according to German beer purity laws, as it's made from rice not wheat, so it's false advertising that they sell beer at all. Not to mention it's a horrible tasting "beer." C'mon, owners--fix the tap! You might get more sit-down business if you do. I mean, we're here during dinner time on a nice Sunday evening and my husband and I are the only customers in the place. read more

I contact guest services at blaze Pizza and did not get a response. I truly feel that blaze has poor customer service and very rude employees because the day of of my order I called and spoke with a guy and he was very rude. After telling him there was hair in my food which is unacceptable reached out to me still no resolution. Nothing has gotten resolved. I will continue to post. read more

Blaze Pizza - Hair in my food - Salad Near Me - Lancaster, California

This place is usually hit or miss but on 12/30 it was definitely a hit. The service (by Rosa) was outstanding. She was very friendly and took extra care in avoiding cross contamination in making my gluten free pizza. Michael cooked my pizza and was friendly as well. He is the only one that has cooked my pizza to perfection. Normally, I am served an under cooked pizza. I hope the company keeps this two employees! read more

Favorite pizza place hands down! Love the pizza and crust, as well as the service. The place is nice, but need better waiting area as it bleeds into the restaurant with the people who are dining in. read more

EVERY TIME I come here there's an issue. Usually orders are wrong or aren't ready until 20-30 mins past the promised time. Today it's that they made one of my pizzas and not the other one that I ordered in same order. They lied and said my other pizza was in oven when my other one was sitting on counter ready but it wasn't even made yet. They realized it later and then told me they had to make the second pizza and my first pizza sat there for 15 mins while they made the other one. When I told them they should have remade my first pizza they didn't offer to do so and apologized only. Now I have a cold pizza. Not cool. Won't be coming here again as it's always something they mess up. UPDATE: got home and BOTH pizzas are wrong they put topping on one that were not asked for and left off toppings on the other one!! read more

What is this Blaze? Where is the chicken & fresh mozzarella??I have tried calling 5 times and no one answers, I keep getting sent to the website. I ordered a pizza with chicken as my meat choice and I only got like 5 pieces of chicken and all on one side. Very disappointed all I wanted to do was enjoy a delicious pizza. read more

Horrible, pizza was cold and it was picked up exactly when app said to. No sauce, 8 pepperoni and garlic ordered couldn't even be tasted. I will never order Blaze pizza again and will tell each friend my experience. read more

I placed an order online Coming out of Costco. And decided to go home and come back for it, thus, given Blaze pizza time to get my order cook and ready. Anyhow, it was not even prepared when I got there cause some of the ingredients were not available. Long story short, complete chaos upon arrival. There were people that had ordered online just waiting there, for about 45 minutes or so. Aside from Aeiri/employee every body else was either new or clueless about their job. And what's worst, they keep creating new orders as customers where coming in. I don't believe is their fault, but the owners. And from prospective, short staffing or putting one too many new employees on the line is not a good mix. I I'll never order online again. read more

Jesus took my order promptly and didn't seem bothered with my presence, as some staff has in the past. Ciera, the shift leader, made my pizza today... She is AMAZING... very polite, very professional. I ordered a 2 top pizza that looked and tasted great. She was patient and efficient... She also cooked my pizza... it was great. Chantel was very polite at the register as well. The staff today has restored my faith in this particular location. I noticed how Ciera complimented and showed appreciation to the other staff, that is awesome... Happy appreciated people make great tasting food! GREAT JOB, Blaze -Lancaster, read more

Blaze Pizza - What is left of a HR 2 TOP PIZZA - Salad Near Me - Lancaster, California

Great pizza and customer service by Devonte that we don't get nowadays! Looks like a hard worker as well!

Went to Blaze pizza craving my favorite white top pizza, expecting to get the fully loaded pizza with a golden brown pizza. But instead I get a burnt skimpy pizza that I can't even eat because the flavor of burntness is so overwhelming. It's not just one or two slices it was the WHOLE pizza. Which is sad because when I go during the day they make the pizza good and the night crew just doesn't seem to care.... you can see it in the pizza. read more

I am a regular here and I love the team there. Fast, efficient, and fresh food. Certain team members such as Arie and Citlaly make me feel extra special cause they always call me by my name. Darein always makes my pizza cooked to perfection not burnt on the edges. Kudos to all the staff there, unfortunately I don't know them all by name yet. Keep up the personalized service it makes a huge difference. read more

This blaze is the worst. Their customer service sucks. They give you burnt or cold ass pizza. Have been trying to get a hold of a manager to see if they processed my refund because my food was burnt and cold so I didn't take it and somehow they're always on break or busy and never answer. They're also rude about. read more

Pizza is fantastic and always so fresh!!!! Devantea was so helpful!!! The staff at this location is always so nice.. Thank you Blaze!!

Service is always friendly but today they were out of Italian sausage, red onions, and mushrooms. It's always disappointing how stingy with ingredients Blaze is, but running out of basic ingredients is inexcusable. read more

I love make-your-own pizza joints. Blaze is up there on my top pizza list in Lancaster/Palmdale. The ingredients are always fresh and the pizzas are very tasty. Choose from their favorite pizzas or make your own, the taste is always flavorful. From their sauces to the meats and their plentiful toppings, you can't go wrong with any combination. They are generous with the servings and very helpful if you need recommendations. The dining area is kept pretty clean even though they are usually busy. During the holidays they even offer a $1.99 delivery! What a great deal for make your own pizzas! This is definitely a staple in our household! read more

Davonte's customer service was amazing, my app wasn't working and he was patient. Thank you!!

The food was amazing. And Devonte gave great service 10/10. And it was quiet and peaceful

Devontae was super helpful!!! 12/10 food was bomb would come again this place is such a vibe if you're not coming here for lunch wyd ??

Shitty customer service. The pizza is overrated and average. What really irks me though are the attitudes of the employees. My mom and I ordered curbside and not only did it take forever, the guy had a fucked up attitude once he finally brought our food out. I don't get it, you guys offer curbside as an option through the app, why r u gonna give customers hell for requesting a service that's blatantly offered? I feel disrespected af. read more

Service was terrible. They forgot to make the third and last item on my order and lied about it to stall time. My order was completed 20 minutes after the scheduled time. The oven girl named Asia was very rude and dismissive. She would not answer questions honestly and would not admit her mistake. Instead she chose to prolong the incident. As a result of her frustration, when my pizza was done she threw it onto the counter and the toppings and pizza came apart. When I got home I realized that in their haste to complete my order they had forgotten to put red sauce on my pizza as requested via the app. read more

Blaze Pizza - Burnt pizza - Salad Near Me - Lancaster, California

We used to love going to Blaze when the chain was new and unique. They throw a mean pie and have quality ingredients, and of course you get to make it your way. I especially appreciate that they now offer vegan cheese, so it's been a great place to go... until now. We were glad to see Lancaster had a new store, so we visited last weekend. Unfortunately, they were super skimpy with the ingredients, barely sprinkling on any of the toppings. Everyone was urging the servers to add a little more, but each time they'd only add an extra shred of cheese or whatever, to the point that the guests were feeling embarrassed. Seems like this is the trend whenever a restaurant chain starts getting too big; I hate that this is happening with Blaze. read more

Great service! Devonte helped us this morning and he was so pleasant and polite. Blaze is lucky to have him.

Devonte was great. he had great customer service and was extremely helpful went in to feed my hungry children

I'm so glad this new location opened! As much as we love going to the big one in Palmdale, it's more of a trek and mall parking is rarely fun. This location can be tough to get to, though (you can only enter if you're southbound or westbound), and parking was busy on the Saturday we came since Blaze shares a parking lot with Duncan Donuts and Jimmy John's. Compared to the Palmdale location, it's a lot smaller, but the customer service is as friendly as we've come to expect. We also love the military discount. On Saturday, my phone was busted so I couldn't use the app, but Blaze was running a two-flame promo that day. I love the high-rise crust and hubby gets the gluten free. I usually go all-veggie with my pie overflowing with roasted garlic, fresh arugula, spicy marinara, and a little goat cheese with the regular mozzarella. They have a lunch special--half a pie for only $5. I've never tried it, but I'm sure it's perfect since I always have leftovers. I also love their drink options including the lemonade. Go check them out! read more

Service was great Devonte was amazing! Great customer service Food was great and fast!

4/23 someone at the kitchen is not playing games! Who ever you are, you can cook and make me a better version of my regular pizza

Blaze or pieology, always have left satisfied with my pizza everytime as they don't skimp on toppings. And I'm not the type to overdo the toppings only because it's unlimited as I don't like my pizza soggy and too heavy. Not this location. Unfriendly service compared to all I have ever been to, and they give the most minimal that I had to ask for her to put some more (mind you, a few pieces of chicken for having to ask twice, see pictures). And that's exactly how they cut my pizza, but at least that guy was nicer. read more

After waiting in line (nearly 15 minutes), I got to the counter to order 2 large pizzas. I was asked to go to the cash register to pre-pay for the large (I guess that's their procedure). After paying, it was unclear what the process is --- DO I GET BACK IN LINE IN MY ORIGINAL SPOT or what? I stepped back while still in the line and the team members assisted 5+ customers who had come in after me and it wasn't until I stepped up and asked if someone was making my 2 large that they started my order. BLAZE needs to get better procedures for ordering and making large pizzas...removing me from the line and not placing me back in my original spot was ridiculous. Also, once you order the large they don't seem to want you to tell them what you want on the pizza --- THEY PUT WHAT THEY THINK SHOULD BE ON THE PIZZA and don't allow you to see what they are placing on the pizza. They then proceeded to put items on the pizza I and my child is allergic to...I paid and ordered ONLY cheese and sauce (not spicy) NOTHING ELSE. --- IF YOU CONTINUE THIS ROUTE YOU WILL HAVE TO REMAKE A LOT OF PIZZA AND WASTE TIME AND MONEY!! I believe here name is ERIKA acted like I was in the way - as she headed to the oven with one pizza I asked what was on the pizza since I only wanted light cheese on one with no oregano or sea salt. I don't have to ear BLAZE pizza there are numerous pizzas in and around town. So, I cancelled my order that I paid for and left and went elsewhere to order pizza. BLAZE needs to come up with a better procedure for requiring patrons to pre-pay for large pizza, not allowing the pre-paid customer to see what's being placed on the large pizza, the cashier is not able to indicate on the receipt (which it appears it what the pizza making staff sees) what items is not to be on the pizza and not placing customer back in their original spot. GET IT TOGETHER BLAZE you are not the only pizza place in town!!! read more

Good, solid choice for a tasty pizza. Love the thin crust and toppings. I especially like the staff, they are helpful and fun.

My husband and I ordered 2 pizzas from this place Friday, May 8. When the delivery driver came, he only delivered 1 pizza and said he did not want to bring the other one because the restaurant had burned several pizzas and he didnt want to wait 40 minutes. The pizza he brought was also burned. I tried to call the restaurant, but they do not take calls. I went on the website and made a complaint but they have not got back with me. I am amazed you cant talk with anyone in person at this place! I checked my account at my bank and they put my payment through! $49.68 for nothing! I just want my money back. I will never give them my business again! read more

I love Blaze, but this is shit. I ordered for curbside pickup to be safe and still support local food. First off, the guy brings out pizza, says oh O don't have your order, takes all the pizza back in and another 15 min goes by. I call the number and it turns out it WAS my pizza. So now I have freaking cold pizza. Second, usually blaze is fair about toppings. But this? I paid 9$ for this? There are barely any toppings. Dominoes does a better job for less money. Don't go to this one. read more
