Told us to stand outside in a line in the cold so that people with online orders could wait inside... The place had 20 open seats, no-one seated, and made a dozen people stand outside before/after ordering. Learn how to run a restaurant. read more

Ordered from DoorDash. Though it was on time and fresh. Got a za with mozzarella sausage pepperoni and pesto drips and a cauliflower crust cheese with jalapeño and spinach. So good. Great little sizes for a lunch and dinner. Very tasty toppings and I was very surprised with the cauliflower crust. Didn't have the same soft chewy crust but it was airy and had a nice crisp to it. Highly recommended read more

I placed a mobile order for my lunch. When I arrived they didn't even start my order. The pizza was not cooked well it was greasy and not tasty. The dough was thinner than a potato chip. I was horrible! The lemonade was good. But I was hungry. Never going back. read more

Terrible employees. Super slow service and employees that don't care for customer service . Seems like they purposely work slow. Waited 40 minutes in line. Go to a different blaze, next time I'll drive to Palmdale instead. read more

This place never disappoints. Sometimes the prices are a little high and lines can get long with lunch rush, but overall, so delicious. I love the build your own pizza and the delicious blood orange lemonade read more

Blaze Pizza - 2 Build Your Own Pizza (11-inch) - Salad Near Me - Lancaster, California

Food is a little under seasoned, might be a little under supply perhaps!? Rosa & Ruby are wonderful providers of service! Ambiance is immaculate too. Nonetheless this is one of the best locations I have visited within the years. Thank you ladies!! read more

Tasty food and great service by Devont and Ruby! The pizza was ready quick. The place was a little chilly but all in all, really good.

Devonte , helped me is super friendly helpful and when I came my order was ready and very fresh

This place never fails to disappoint. Every time we come to this location in Lancaster the service is extremely slow. It seems as if the workers are just not interested in working. And for the second time they have managed to burn the bottom of my pizzas. There is no way that whoever pulled these pizzas out of the oven did not see how black and burnt they are. read more

Blaze Pizza - Salad Near Me - Lancaster, California

This store is always very dirty. The pizzas are burnt and salty. Pay your employees well or hire more people who enjoy working. It all starts with the supervisor. read more

Staff is nice in person and I'm sure they mean well, but when you order online, they don't get the order right. Also, if you're sensitive to white refined sugar, the red sauce has a ton of it. Your fingers will start aching before you've finished your meal. At least tonight they actually did extra light sauce. But they left off an ingredient - in their *own recipe* (veggie). It wasn't a complex custom order. Ugh. I order here because both of the gluten-free crust options truly are good, and if you go light cheese on a simple veggie the calories aren't outrageous, but to get your order right you have to go in person and lord over them like a total jerk. I don't want to micromanage anyone. read more

Devante got us right, good pizza good smores aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa

I love that we can make our own pizza and the price is affordable. The service is great and the ambience of the restaurant is cool and trendy. read more

Blaze Pizza - Make your own pizza - Salad Near Me - Lancaster, California

I placed an order at 7:05 and was told it would be ready for pickup at 7:29. When we walked in, our order hadn't even been started. We were told there was nothing they could do because it's first come, first serve, and the employees just looked at each other like we were an inconvenience. To make matters worse, they started pulling out their phones to text instead of addressing the situation. Normally, I'm very understanding, but when the staff is rude and there's no one else in the store, it's incredibly frustrating. It's now 7:50, and our order is STILL not ready. This level of service is completely unacceptable. read more

Manager (Guy with tattoos and glasses) doesn't know how to work under critical conditions & is on the phone behind the toppings like cmon, the dough is getting mixed for you & they leave your ready pizza sitting out for 15 minutes before they sort out the receipts to figure out who's is who's, then to top it off they all wanna socialize through in the doorway to their back room, very unorganized here they didn't even acknowledge us or the customers in front of us. giving them the benefit of the doubt i gave it another 10 minutes then left. be prepared to wait in line like everyone else if you order online. read more

This is my go to place. Love the consistency and quality of their food. Even when I order delivery.

Everything was great just didn't place it where I asked other than that they were quick

This is the worst pizza place in history. Workers do not know how to follow instructions when said "cook well done" it comes out raw like I'm eating straight dough without fail, every single time. read more

Guys, the pizza is AWSOME. My 2 star review is solely based on customer service. I went in there to pick up pizzas I ordered online, and the gentleman there simply ignored me to continue to talk to his co-workers. This is more of a tip for franchise owner/s than a critique of the food. Get some staff that cares about the customers. I'm not walking in for free pizza. Since I'm paying, I expect some sort of customer service. I hope you guys have a better experience at this place than i did. As far as me, it'll take a few months, maybe even a year before I walk in there again. Guess I have to forget what crappy service awaits me before I return. Seriously, little Cesar's has better customer service..... read more

Best customer service thank you Devonte for make this experience magical.......................................

Nooooooope. Had a procedure so I ordered Blaze. Never had an issue with them where I live in North Hollywood, but I was staying with a friend. For one, I never received a text about delivery tracking. Food was late. Came cold. Came incorrect (missing extra cheese and extra sauce). Came scantily clad (VERY light toppings...almost bare). Tried to reach out to Blaze AND Doordash. Was told I'd get another order...WHICH NEVER CAME. Went to Twitter and the resolve was a free pizza. I spent $40 on my original order, so no I don't want a free pizza. Terrible service and food. Completely inedible...and I did try. Also weird that my order confirmation shows a different address from their Yelp page. This type of service will make me ban Blaze altogether. read more

Went to blaze pizza 10/18 and my spouses pizza got overcooked and burnt. We acknowledged it to the worker & she tried explaining why it happened and then she offered to remake it, however, we already waited over 25 minutes for that one to be done, we really had to leave so it was no way to wait again. In that moment, we just decided to take it & leave. I've been here before and I've had good experiences, but this one made me wonder why wouldn't they offer something when we came back instead of making us wait another 30+ minutes for another pizza. read more

Decided to try Blaze Pizza tonight for dinner. The 3 young adults were very nice, smiling, gave attention to detail when prepping. When pizzas came out of the oven they were Sizzling, cheese bubbling, fiery crust was crispy, pepperoni, sausage, onions YUMMM!!! Caesar salad GOOD! BBQ Chicken Pizza, Hawaiian and Alfredo chicken, and spinach all were good! Several sauce toppings to choose from when it comes out of the oven. We all enjoyed our food!!! Thank you to the crew! read more

I dont know what happened to this place but must be under new management. Bad customer service with having a long line wait while they work on online orders intead, saying they'll be right with us. Like we are here waiting in front of you. Handle the line! I was literally in there for 35mins... Also, I havent been there for a while. Price went up a dollar and they are so stingy with the toppings now. You have to pretty much beg them to add a decent portion of what you want. Poor quality of pizza. I didnt even finish it. They just really skimped. If I wasnt so hungry, I would have walked out. I was just not happy with it. They also have a "special" right now for 3 pizzas, a salad or cheesy bread and brownies or cookies BUT they only give you ONE! Like wait.. there are 3 pizzas so obviously 3 people, right? What are we supposed to do?? Split that small ass square of a brownie or cookie into thirds!??? Just stupid. LoL smdh!! And the cheesy bread might as well be called Oregano bread cuz yuck! Smh read more

erica was a awesome host made my experience much more better great customer service walked me through the menu

The service was good. They were very efficient with their cooking skills. Their dine in area was well maintained

Came here today around 5:35 and i witnessed a worker hand the person in charge of the stove and preparing the pizzas for take out a receipt from the trash can and the worker continued to touch on peoples pizzas with the same gloves they grabbed the receipt. read more

Great pizza. Love the variety and can build your own. Good location. Fresh made crust.

The staff was really nice. The pizza just so so for me. Everything is just too measured like Subway. You get to select all the toppings but they were very few on the pizza. Nothing personal, not my type of pizza. read more

This pizza is great! I like the "build your own" option. And it's also lees than many others that don't taste as good.
