I came in with my daughter and the line was out the door. Everyone else had the same thing on their mind for dinner. The line moved quick and was well worth it. The employees were all nice and had good attitudes even though it was all packed. My daughter (10yrs) has the Simple Pie. I had the Veg out and added some stuff to it. The pizza came out in a timely matter and tasted soo good!! I love how they have inside and outside seating. They have heaters outside. We sat inside in a 2 seater booth perfect size for us. Even though they were packed an employee was walking around making sure everything was clean. I def will come back to this location. I also was given a coupon from this nice couple. Been a fan of pieology for quiet a while now , but since it's close to my place so decided to stop by and try it out since I heard pretty much the same like pieology .. place was pretty busy noticed that their pizzas are bigger, the concept pretty much similar with pieology they ask you what sauce cheese veggies then lastly meat . Was not pleased I'm not sure if it's only in this location but their pizzas are under cooked and not done evenly ask the guy but again they said that's how they are done oh well. Will try other locations and see give it another try. But for now it is what it is . read more

Yesterday I placed an order for 3 pizzas online at 8:53pm, paid online, pizza was supposed to be ready at 9:10pm for pick up. My husband picked up around 9:25pm. My Order 1 cheese 1 pepperoni 1 build your own with garlic, pepperoni, and basil with high rise dough. 2 out of 3 pizzas were burnt on the bottom. See attached pictures. Also there were charred pieces of I don't know what on the custom pizza. I will not be returning as there are many local options for Pizza. From reading other reviews, it looks like burnt pizza crust is a common occurrence here. High Rise dough is a waste of $2.00 extra in my opinion. Not coming back. read more

Curb side Service was really bad today. Pizza was supposed to be ready at 2:05 pm. I drove up at 2:05. I called & the phone rang about 10 times, then stopped ringing- nobody picked up. I called again - same thing. I called 7 or 8 times - same thing. Finally someone answered and asked what model car I was in (that info was in my order). The young lady said she'd bring out the pizza when it's ready. I waited 15 more minutes for the pizza. She did apologise saying they were swamped, although during the 35 minutes I was waiting I n my car, I saw only a couple of people go in. One person arrived after I did, went inside, and 10 minutes later came back to her car with her order. A really bad day for Blaze curbside service. I don't get this location, I don't know if it's because the workers are young college kids or recent high school graduates but they always manage to burn the pizza or give you attitude when you complain -just this location all others locations we go are fine. Update: someone please send management to this location I love blaze and this location is the closes to my house, but the attitude and burn pizzas need to stop! Just today as I am walking in I am told by another customer not to come in because they had really bad pizza makers today. However I took a Chance and once more my pizza was given to someone else and had to wait to remake and the final result after 43 mins was a burned pizza. I complained and once more was given attitude not even an apology for having to wait to remake me a burn pizza!!!! I discovered a top-notch pizza at this location .the pizza look elegant and crispy. Not only the pizza was hot and well seasoned ,but also crunchy and healthy. everything included in the pizza was completely fresh all veggies.(onions, tomatoes, peppers, etc..) were beautifully cut and placed on the pizza. without any exaggeration, this was the best pizza I've ever had. Seth made this incredible Pizza in front of me , next to him I met Brenda, who is making pizza for another customer. Lydia was at the register very professional and friendly. I have consistently ordered for delivery from this Blaze location. I can't order for delivery from a different location. I really like the pizza and breadsticks; however, over the last six months, 5 of my orders have been delivered without sauce for my breadsticks and two of my pizza orders have been missing an ingredient. I was missing arugula and my breadsticks were missing pesto sauce once. I reached out, but there was no resolution...not even a discount or something on my next order. It was jam packed and took them 40 minutes to cook my pizza both times and both times it was burnt (even though I prefer it a little burnt). I used to love this place until recently I just witnessed their gross negligence on food safety. I can't tell you how disgusting it is that you witness someone cleaning and even picking up something g off of the floor and immediately use the same gloves and try to prepare my food. I mentioned that to the manager immediately and he said something to the girls but, resulted in still no glove change and now receiving attitude as they remade my pizza. This Blaze has fresh food and ingredients, so there's that. Lots of attitude at the front several times now when I request a gluten free pizza due to allergy restrictions. I love pizza and was so happy to hear that new options were available in the restaurant universe for us allergy sufferers so this was annoying to say the least. The location is clean and most staff is friendly enough. Skimpy on toppings and inconsistent with quantity provided. Also the crust is almost always raw. As in, gummy or stringy dough in the middle of the slices. I have to ask them to burn it to make it edible and it only works half the time. What's the use of placing a mobile order if they are not going to start it until your order is due?!!! This is now the 3rd time at this location that this has happened. The last time they didn't get my drink order correct and there wasn't even anyone at the counter when I came to pick up. For all they know the right person picked up the correct order. They are very accommodating and always make my visits there a pleasurable experience. I'm very picky about how my pizza is cooked in the oven and the oven master, Steven, never lets me down! Service non existent! today July 31st , girl behind preparation table making pizza with minimum amount of ingridients..i had to ask multiple times to top it with more items. At the end she hit woden platform on the table and literally half of the ingridients slides off and bold spots are being patched out with cheese..she does not even flinch when imade a comment that I am not happy with outcome..her facial expressions tell me that she does not want to be working here..no smile, no courtesy, and i can"t even "THANK" her by name because there is no name tag. Worst customer service today! Only 2 people working and neither even acknowledged us after we stood there waiting to order for 4/5 minutes. One person was preparing pizzas for an online order and the other woman glanced at us and then just kept cutting a pizza. I am extremely patient and understand that many places are closed understaffed HOWEVER-it is unacceptable and rude to not even acknowledge a customer after they stood in front of you for several minutes. I've been to about 3 blaze pizzas. Great ingredients, good vibes, and they are all busy. The Glendora blaze makes good food, but the building layout makes it heard to get in the door, as the line often crowds the entrance. The food here is as good as any other blaze, but the service staff move at a glacial pace. They dawdle, get confused, and don't get me wrong... they are all polite, but they are UNREASONABLY SLOW. I've eaten here 5 times since they've opened a few months back, and I was forgiving of the slowness at first, but several months in the slowness become harder to overlook. If the building layout were better, the slowness wouldn't be so bad, but it often backs up during mealtimes. Hopefully management will read this and it will become another top-notch Blaze. read more

So happy this place is open especially since they have diet and allergy friendly options such as half pizza half salad, keto crust, and cauliflower crust. The staff is super nice and friendly and it makes it even more fun to be there. The only problem I have is that they always seem to put enough sauce that ensures the toppings do not stay on and sometimes the toppings do not feel as if they have been fully cooked. I've been to this Blaze in Glendora several times now. They are right down the street from my gym, so I can go there, order my pizza, and I have a healthy and delicious post workout meal less than ten minutes after I left the gym. They have several special options, like low carb crust, gluten free, and vegan cheese, which I always get. It can be challenging to find so much variety in one pizza place. Also, if you get the build your own, you can put as many toppings as you want and get extra of anything. I load up a ton of different veggies, and it really comes in clutch when I need to get enough micronutrients for the day. I get out of the gym pretty late sometimes too, and they still hook me up last minute even if they're getting ready to close. Really nice employees. read more
