Been a fan of pieology for quiet a while now , but since it's close to my place so decided to stop by and try it out since I heard pretty much the same like pieology .. place was pretty busy noticed that their pizzas are bigger, the concept pretty much similar with pieology they ask you what sauce cheese veggies then lastly meat . Was not pleased I'm not sure if it's only in this location but their pizzas are under cooked and not done evenly ask the guy but again they said that's how they are done oh well. Will try other locations and see give it another try. But for now it is what it is . read more

FIVE STARS!!! i went at around 8:40 and Fernando (the man who helped me) was AMAZING he was generous with the cheese and got the pizza cut and boxed in record time! The pizza was cleanly cut with perfect lines and boxed extra neat! NO toppings were spilled! FIVE STARS EOULD COME AGAIN! read more

Yesterday I placed an order for 3 pizzas online at 8:53pm, paid online, pizza was supposed to be ready at 9:10pm for pick up. My husband picked up around 9:25pm. My Order 1 cheese 1 pepperoni 1 build your own with garlic, pepperoni, and basil with high rise dough. 2 out of 3 pizzas were burnt on the bottom. See attached pictures. Also there were charred pieces of I don't know what on the custom pizza. I will not be returning as there are many local options for Pizza. From reading other reviews, it looks like burnt pizza crust is a common occurrence here. High Rise dough is a waste of $2.00 extra in my opinion. Not coming back. read more

It took 25 minutes to get the food. Paper-thin crust. Very little sauce and a bit of cheese. 6 pieces of stale pineapple. It was like paper dipped in leftovets. Not pizza. read more

After visiting the Blaze in Azusa and having delicious food... came to the store in Glendora. Food was poorly prepared with little attention to details. Salad was not ready with food.. The team member working the oven seemed preoccupied... They refused to take my 100 dollar bill...they were out of two beers I would have liked to enjoy... Daughters food had to be remade... so we ate separately at the same table... read more

This place is a joke . I thought I was in the twilight zone no I'm still here I think I am in the twilight zone. They have a bunch of kids not knowing what's going on. I asked for something they looked at me like I was from a foreign country. I will not be back. I'll stick to Pieology thanks. read more

Blaze Pizza - Line going o out the door. guys in there chopping it up. NOT helping - Salad Near Me - Glendora, California

I don't get this location, I don't know if it's because the workers are young college kids or recent high school graduates but they always manage to burn the pizza or give you attitude when you complain -just this location all others locations we go are fine. Update: someone please send management to this location I love blaze and this location is the closes to my house, but the attitude and burn pizzas need to stop! Just today as I am walking in I am told by another customer not to come in because they had really bad pizza makers today. However I took a Chance and once more my pizza was given to someone else and had to wait to remake and the final result after 43 mins was a burned pizza. I complained and once more was given attitude not even an apology for having to wait to remake me a burn pizza!!!! So frustrating The oven worker was so frustrated he started to argue with another employee blaming him for mixing up pizzas. Please send someone from the West Covina location to help them run this Glendora location. read more

If i could give them a 0 i would. literally waited 40 minutes in line and when i got to the front they said 20 minutes wait because they are doing online orders. Ridiculous!!!! And the workers there were literally pulling up their pants with the same gloves they were touching the dough with! Disgusting!! Never going back read more

Whoever is in charge needs to be fired right along with the next pizza that will NOT be ordered by me. I ordered curbside, showed up in the time window promised only to find after sitting for 30 minutes that ours were not even started. We left and came back, still not done...and the "we are really busy right now and can't bring it out." Was the final nail. Going elsewhere read more

Curb side Service was really bad today. Pizza was supposed to be ready at 2:05 pm. I drove up at 2:05. I called & the phone rang about 10 times, then stopped ringing- nobody picked up. I called again - same thing. I called 7 or 8 times - same thing. Finally someone answered and asked what model car I was in (that info was in my order). The young lady said she'd bring out the pizza when it's ready. I waited 15 more minutes for the pizza. She did apologise saying they were swamped, although during the 35 minutes I was waiting I n my car, I saw only a couple of people go in. One person arrived after I did, went inside, and 10 minutes later came back to her car with her order. A really bad day for Blaze curbside service. Good thing I like Blaze enough to overlook it this time. read more

Ordered on the mobile app. The pizza was 20 mins late from the time it said, which was 20 mins after I ordered it. While sitting in the store waiting for my order, customers who ordered in person got their food before me. The employees look like they don't care and I didn't get any type of apology. read more

Sonny was so patient and made my pizza perfect and exactly how I want it. I will DEFINITELY come back. Thank you Sonny!

Blaze pizza has become one of my go to places when the munches hit! They always hook you up with the toppings and make the best damn pizza. Try one of their pizzas for yourself and see what I'm talking about. read more

I have consistently ordered for delivery from this Blaze location. I can't order for delivery from a different location. I really like the pizza and breadsticks; however, over the last six months, 5 of my orders have been delivered without sauce for my breadsticks and two of my pizza orders have been missing an ingredient. I was missing arugula and my breadsticks were missing pesto sauce once. I reached out, but there was no resolution...not even a discount or something on my next order. My days as a Blaze customer are over. read more

Amazing pizza, cool people, great service, also seth makes the best pizza in San Dimas

With my two experiences here at Blaze Pizza, I haven't had the greatest experience. It was jam packed and took them 40 minutes to cook my pizza both times and both times it was burnt (even though I prefer it a little burnt). Also, the tables weren't very clean but the staff was very friendly and professional. read more

Steven was really great, had an amazing attitude and was really good with his customer service. He made the atmosphere feel great and I will truly be coming here from now on because of the great service. Amazing pizza when I got home as well. 10/10 read more

I wish I could give this place 0 stars. This is the second time coming to this location and both times I have been meet with extremely rude service, while in line asking for an ingredient and not knowing the cheeses name, the employee rolled his eye sighed and, told me "why didn't you just say that" in a rude condescending tone. I would understand a little if it was busy, it was dead we were the only customers in the store and we were kindly trying to figure out the name of the cheese. I honestly will never come back to this blaze. read more

This Blaze has fresh food and ingredients, so there's that. Lots of attitude at the front several times now when I request a gluten free pizza due to allergy restrictions. I love pizza and was so happy to hear that new options were available in the restaurant universe for us allergy sufferers so this was annoying to say the least. The location is clean and most staff is friendly enough. Skimpy on toppings and inconsistent with quantity provided. Also the crust is almost always raw. As in, gummy or stringy dough in the middle of the slices. I have to ask them to burn it to make it edible and it only works half the time. I've never had an issue with this at any other blaze. read more

What's the use of placing a mobile order if they are not going to start it until your order is due?!!! This is now the 3rd time at this location that this has happened. The last time they didn't get my drink order correct and there wasn't even anyone at the counter when I came to pick up. For all they know the right person picked up the correct order. Now I have to place the rest of my afternoon on hold for this BS. Oh, and the app won't let you use your rewards on the app either. I better not lose my free pizza that I couldn't get for paying on the app! I work in retail, I understand that people and businesses get busy. I get on my own managers at work for improper staffing. read more

Been occasionally going to this location but just went in on Tuesday around 3pm and by far best experience I've had here since I started going. I think the hours online are incorrect or the crew working just closed early? I stopped by like 45 mins before 10 and the employees were cleaning and the floor was covered with soap and water so I figured it was closed. I was confused, maybe online hrs are wrong? read more

Best service ever! I definitely will be coming back soon! the workers were so nice and smiling the whole time. They were also asking me if i wanted more of toppings or if how they did it was good. The guy with the horror pins and the girl with the glasses were so helpful. They definitely got a good tip from us! read more

I've been to about 3 blaze pizzas. Great ingredients, good vibes, and they are all busy. The Glendora blaze makes good food, but the building layout makes it heard to get in the door, as the line often crowds the entrance. The food here is as good as any other blaze, but the service staff move at a glacial pace. They dawdle, get confused, and don't get me wrong... they are all polite, but they are UNREASONABLY SLOW. I've eaten here 5 times since they've opened a few months back, and I was forgiving of the slowness at first, but several months in the slowness become harder to overlook. If the building layout were better, the slowness wouldn't be so bad, but it often backs up during mealtimes. Hopefully management will read this and it will become another top-notch Blaze. read more

I used to love this place until recently I just witnessed their gross negligence on food safety. I can't tell you how disgusting it is that you witness someone cleaning and even picking up something g off of the floor and immediately use the same gloves and try to prepare my food. I mentioned that to the manager immediately and he said something to the girls but, resulted in still no glove change and now receiving attitude as they remade my pizza. I reached out to corporate but no response. So their lack of customer service and cleanliness is sickening. read more

Service non existent! today July 31st , girl behind preparation table making pizza with minimum amount of ingridients..i had to ask multiple times to top it with more items. At the end she hit woden platform on the table and literally half of the ingridients slides off and bold spots are being patched out with cheese..she does not even flinch when imade a comment that I am not happy with outcome..her facial expressions tell me that she does not want to be working here..no smile, no courtesy, and i can"t even "THANK" her by name because there is no name tag. After this kind of threatment i did not even eat the pizza. Young deneration, u are the future of this country please be proud of the job u do, even if it is just making pizza!!! read more

I got the personal pan for Pie day, My pizza was cold, too much pizza sauce, too much balsamic dressing on it. It was a very poorly made pizza sloppy. Got charged full price instead of the pizza special. It was supposed to be 3.14. Blaze you need to refund me. This was my 1time using your application. It didn't give directions how to order the special until after it was already ordered and paid for. I am only giving you 1 star because I can't give a ZERO. read more

So happy this place is open especially since they have diet and allergy friendly options such as half pizza half salad, keto crust, and cauliflower crust. The staff is super nice and friendly and it makes it even more fun to be there. The only problem I have is that they always seem to put enough sauce that ensures the toppings do not stay on and sometimes the toppings do not feel as if they have been fully cooked. I understand that they can be busy however I feel as though there should be better quality checks when it comes to these things. read more

Terrible service. They just set the pizzas on a counter and don't call you when your order is ready. The place is empty and they just let you sit there while your food gets cold. They were fully staffed and just didn't want to be there. We walked in friendly and like to tip too. read more

My favorite place for pizza, build your own is my favorite. The spicy sauce is what I prefer and I always ask for pesto on the outer part of the dough. Gives that perfect crispy bite.
