Build Your Own Pizza (11-inch)

Blaze Pizza is always a reliable pick when I'm craving something quick and customizable. I go for the build-your-own and load it up with all the cheeses--no regrets. The crust leans on the softer side, so if you're all about the crunch, just a heads-up. Love that you can add finishing sauces after it comes out of the stone oven--those little touches make it fun. Not gourmet, but consistently tasty and satisfying!

2 Top Pizza (Large) Cheesy Bread

Average brick oven pizza. Crust is too thin for my liking. Overall decent size and good pizza. Had the pepperoni and sausage which the toppings was impressive on the size and had an order of Cheesy Bread which was great. The right amount of cheese and thickness of the bread was excellent. Temperature for both items was very good. Had there House lemonade and by far the best lemonade I have had. Rating this a fair 3 Star

Build Your Own Pizza (11-inch) Cinnamon Bread

Blaze always manages to scratch the pizza itch for a relatively good price especially for all of the customization options! The cinnamon bread was pretty good as well. The line usually moves fast and there is plenty of seating for dine-in. Overall a great place for a quick bite especially if you love pineapple pizza

If you're in the mood for wood fired pizza without the hefty price tag... check out Blaze Pizza! With the rewards plan and value offerings, you really can't find a better deal! They even have a pi day deal/birthday reward, where you can get an 11in pie for $3.14 (all of us math nerds can truly appreciate this deal) :) Opted for the Mega Mushroom Pizza at the special price of $8.99 (part of the 'What's Hot' Monthly Value Special). I chose the balsamic glaze, but there are a variety of options to choose from. The service is fantastic. It's basically Chipotle style...choose you crust/pizza (vegan/gluten free options available), walk it down the assembly line, after which it goes straight into the wood fire oven. You can watch your pie come together in less than 10 minutes! It's great :) And as soon as it comes out, you can choose how to dress it up with the various sauce options! The place itself is pretty nice! Dimly lit, spacious. I've dined in and taken out in the past. The pizza tastes great either way! If you want a quick but delicious meal, I definitely recommend checking out Blaze Pizza!

Great place to visit. Tues is Children eat free. For every purchase, a child eats free. 2 parents, 2 kids, eat free. You build your own pizza from the ingredients they offer. Simple as that, and you pick it up fresh out the oven. The folks are friendly and very patient as you decide what it is you want. I am sure it can get crowded, so seating may be limited if you come prime time. The price is moderate and easier on Kids eat free Tuesday.

Blaze pizza is the best pizza. Every time we order we go a ce little crazy with the toppings to get our money's worth. We picked up the order and the cashier was so nice. Highly recommend dining in too kid / family friendly environment

My favorite thing about Blaze is it didn't leave me feel bloated after eating the whole pie

Finally tried this fire oven pizza chain near our town. The place is bigger inside than we expected so plenty of dine in seats if you want to make a stop. They have a couple of outdoor seating as well so that's a plus if you want to enjoy the last days of summer. Food is surprisingly fresh and won't leave you feel bloated even after a whole pie. I am giving this an overall 4/5 rating because the mozzarella cheese could be better. When I eat very thin pizza, I always look for that distinct cheese taste and I did not find it here. Other than that, the toppings and the choice to top it off with fresh arugula was a great add. I would recommend this place to someone watching his/her cheat days but really craving for some pizza cure. Or if you hate Papa John/Dominos during game days, this is definitely a great alternative!

Meat Eater (11-inch)
Barbara J.

This place is fire...pun intended. The meat eater is my favorite pizza and their cheesy bread is delicious. Their Caesar salad is also really good too. All the ingredients are fresh and they always have some deal going on or you can sign up for Blaze Rewards and earn points that way. Every time we go we are greeted when we enter the store and the staff is great. It's also cute and cozy for dining in if you want and they have some outside seating. This is a must stop for pizza for sure!

Gave it a try per reviews. Their process sounds cool, but disappointed with the generic quality & taste of the pizza.

Ask the Community - Blaze Pizza

Is the grilled chicken coated with starch of some kind? I have searched online for the ingredient list but cannot find it. If you have a link or know how the chicken is prepared, please comment below. TIA!

I am looking for a list of Blaze Pizza restaurants that are participating in National Pi Day. You can get your pie for only $3.14! I will post a list if I find it. Does anyone know if the Clark Blaze Pizza is participating?

They did last year

Upon arriving to Rahway, my coworker and I were starving. We didn't have lunch due to our long…read moreflight, so I was very excited about this Italian place. And surprisingly, this happened to be a very well known restaurant as our other coworkers knew about it! It's located across of CubaNu Restaurant & Lounge on the corner of Lewis St and Main St in downtown Rahway. There's paid street parking and parking garages around the area. My coworker and I shared their Calamari Al Forno, tossed with Italian sausage, hot cherry pepper, and balsamic glaze. And wow. Who would have thought balsamic glaze with calamari would be sooooo good! I'll definitely be ordering that combination again. The mix with the Italian sausage and cherry peppers added a nice kick to the dish. Both of us could not stop eating it even though we wanted to save room for our pastas. Our meal was off to a great start! I ordered their Linguini de Mar which was supposed to have four seafoods: shrimp, calamari, mussels, and clams. Unfortunately, mine was missing the calamari. However, the pasta was incredibly flavorful and the seafood was cooked perfectly - not overdone or underdone at all. YUM! My coworker got their Cheese Ravioli with the Bolognese sauce (unsure if it was extra as I didn't see the check). She loved her pasta as well! She's usually a light eater, but she devoured half the calamari appetizer and all of her pasta, which speaks volumes about how much she enjoyed the meal. I felt that the one downside was the unusual amount of water I drank (maybe ten cups?). This was my own personal indicator that there was definitely some sort of flavor enhancer which wasn't a negative thing. I'm not certain, but the food was very good, so kudos to them if that's the case. Overall, definitely a hidden gem! We unfortunately didn't try their pizzas/pies but this will definitely be on my list again the next time I visit. Or I may opt in for another round of calamari al forno and pasta again, haha!

A medium sized venue with low mood lighting. Gives upscale energy & vibes. Staff were very friendly…read more& efficient. They also were fun, not afraid to joke around with you as part of your experience. Parking here is a true pain though. Metered street parking mainly (Free after a certain time), but there is also a parking garage. It does have a very nice bar area, but I did not take a picture of it. For food we had the Dumplings appetizer, El Presidente, & Mama's Chicken. Drinks we had The Purple Drink (Yes, that's its name) & Simple Man. All of the food was absolutely delicious. Even the complimentary bread was great. It comes with a "cinnamon apple" butter? Not sure, but it was excellent. Overall, worth a return trip. I started with a drink that was just okay, nothing special, but not terrible either. For an appetizer, we ordered the octopus, and unfortunately it was not good. The sauce didn't taste great, and the octopus itself didn't taste great either , which already set the tone for what I was about to have next. For my entrée, I had the Dijon salmon (not pictured), and it was honestly so bad. It had a very strong, fishy taste, and I couldn't get through it, I left most of it on the plate. I'm not one to complain, and since I was there with my kids, I just paid the bill and left. The space itself is pretty, but the food is no bueno. Also I found the menu was limited, it wasn't clear what their specialty is, and nothing really stood out or made me want to try something else. Overall, not a place I'd return to nor recommend.

What Thai food dreams are made of…read more I first got hooked on Thai food about 20 years ago--grabbing takeout from random food carts and a tiny Midtown spot called Rain. One bite in, I was done for. Since then, it's basically a rule: if I see a Thai restaurant, I'm stopping. Over time I've graduated beyond pad Thai (growth), and I'm always on the hunt for the next standout dish. This past weekend, I found a hidden gem. And I mean hidden. Don't let the exterior fool you--it looks like the new owners took over a long-retired diner that last saw its glory days sometime around the Reagan administration. Inside doesn't do much to change your expectations either... very "vintage 80s diner chic," and not in the trendy way. Then you're greeted by a kid who looks like he's juggling high school algebra homework while simultaneously bussing tables, taking orders, running food, pouring drinks, and working the register. Absolute Swiss Army knife. Honestly, I've been to fully staffed restaurants that don't run half as efficiently. Now the food--this is where things get serious. I usually start with papaya salad, but I saw they offered soft shell crab for an extra $3 and thought, "say less." The crabs came out perfectly fried--crispy, not greasy--two generous pieces sitting on top of a bright mango salad with a light vinaigrette. Ridiculously good. For mains, I went with my usual benchmarks: beef pad see ew and duck in red curry. Both delivered. The pad see ew had a solid portion of Chinese broccoli, noodles cooked just right, and that perfect balance of savory flavor. The red duck curry? Rich, fragrant, and the kind of dish that reminds you why you fell in love with Thai food in the first place. No exaggeration--these might be the best versions of both dishes I've had in 20 years of eating Thai. And I don't say that lightly. I was just in Vegas and went off-strip to try a highly recommended Thai spot... this place beats it, easily. My wife agreed, and she doesn't hand out food compliments like participation trophies. At that point, we figured dessert was mandatory because clearly this place refuses to miss. Mango sticky rice came out and--shocking--also excellent. Sweet, balanced, and a perfect finish. Total bill was around $100, including a large Thai iced tea (also on point). Bottom line: this family knows exactly what they're doing. If they keep this up, they won't be "hidden" for long--they'll be packed with repeat customers who, like me, came for curiosity and left planning their next visit.

Initial impressions, the interior is a lot nicer than the exterior. The thai iced tea was really…read moregood and you get a pretty large quantity for what you order. All the food came out hot and you could tell it was just made. However, items on the menu felt hit or miss. The tom yum soup, personally a miss, something about the smell of it was off which affected my taste. The roti in the roti thai style was really good and flaky, but the massaman curry was too thick. Drunken noodles were well made, and I had asked for spicy which the waitress gave us a warning that I might be "too much." However, it was quite the opposite and a bit below the spice level I was expecting. Also, felt like if you were ordering outside of their lunch special, the food is a bit expensive for what you get.
