I had a pizza here today for the first time and it was awesome. Here you have the option of building your own pizza with unlimited toppings or just a plain pizza will run you about six bucks. They also have about eight signature pizzas available here. I was in the mood for something simple so I just got the plain pizza with tomato sauce and cheese. There are salads available here as well and a few desserts including s'mores pie and chocolate brownies. They had cookies there as well. They have a nice dining area and there is also seating at tables outside if it's nice out and you would prefer eating outdoors. The help was very friendly here. The pizzas are also quickly prepared and I got mine in under five minutes so I was pretty impressed with that. I effen love this place! The people that work there are so nice and friendly! I think there may have been a visit or two where this was not the case, but I'd say 95% of the time, I receive excellent service with big smiles. And yes, the pizza is really delicious and I love the cauliflower crust, but it's really the employees that make it great. But this was a great place for pizza, the crust was thick enough to feel like the real deal and thin enough to be crisp and delicious. I usually go to the boston university blaze pizza but I was near this blaze at the time. I walked into the store and placed an order for 2 white top pizzas. But since it was pretty busy, i understood that there was a wait. But when the workers started making the dough, they skipped me and helped 3 other people behind me and I did not appreciate it. But not only that, there was only one person watching the oven and then when that one person was packaging 4 other pizzas, my 2 pizzas got burnt. When you are super drunk, Domino's always sounds like a great idea. But when you are stone cold sober, and craving a fancy pizza, Blaze does the trick. You can either make create your own pizza (they do have an unlimited toppings option for $8 ish) or choose a ready made creation. The employees are so nice here. They asked me how my day was going, and were all absolutely wonderful. I hate it when you go to a place and the grumpy employees look like they hate their jobs. First, you choose your pizza dough. They have gluten free as well for an additional $2, but of course I stuck with normal. I wish they had whole wheat pizza dough, or honey wheat pizza dough. Then you choose your sauce- white, tomato or spicy tomato. I opted for spicy tomato, which was actually pretty spicy. Next, you can choose your cheese. I had mozzarella, because I like to be boring, but there are fancier cheese like gorgonzola. Next, pick your toppings! They have chicken, bacon, pepperoni, salami, artichokes, onions, green peppers, mushrooms etc. I personally created a chicken pizza with artichokes, mushrooms and red onions. They then put your pizza into this huge oven, then out comes your pizza. WAHHH LAAAHHH!!! Pizza is done, nice and crisp out of the oven. I really like the fact that the crust isn't too thick like Domino's. Its pretty thin... which means that you can easily gobble down the entire pizza. I ordered four personal pizzas for a little over $50. 1 was burnt/inedible... and I NEVER throw away pizza. 2 were just wrong (for example, they put garlic cloves for no reason.. a lot of them). Just ordered pizza from this location an hour or so ago. I ordered 3 different Pizzas. One was customized specifically for a person with allergies that is also sick with the coronavirus. First, the name on the boxes were mixed up therefore the person with the virus and the allergies got the wrong pizza. Second, when we tried calling the phone was answered and hung up right away. So not only we had to throw away two pizzas, but we also couldn't talk to anyone to explain the situation. I am very disappointed because I am a big fan of blaze. I always come to this blaze location whenever i'm in the area and it never disappoints! The staff is incredibly patient so take your time deciding what toppings you want. I recently tried the simple pie, which they offer 4-6PM everyday and its exactly what it is...simple with mozzarella, parmesan and red sauce. The location is clean and new, it's a walk down the street from me so the convenience is great and dangerous! We had the make your own veggie pizza and their BBQ chicken one; both were flawless. Amazing ingredients and flavors, we enjoyed every bite! In fact the only complaint anyone could really have is the pizza sizes; they're about the size of a traditional medium pizza. Finally! It's about time we got a Blaze in Boston! I tried Blaze for the first time in New Orleans last year and I was hooked right away. This is definitely the future of pizza, can't believe there are people still ordering Domino's and Papa John's. You walk up, order what you want, choose your toppings and you pizza is ready 2 minutes later. It's amazing how quick they are and the quality of the pizza is just amazing. The praise is well deserved. My business is next door so I sometimes come for lunch. Been here 20+ times if I recall. Do not come during rush hour. Come at 11:15, or 1:30. No wait, streamlined make your own pizza all day- You'll thank me. Also, this place has better crust and slightly fresher ingredients than PizzaRev at the foodcourt. Their employees goof around quite a bit, wasting time when it's critical, but I don't blame them, the machines are confusing, training short and turnover high. That's why the proprietors overstaffed, good business decision. And to be fair, the staff is very friendly and helpful, even though some of them can be redundant if everyone worked at capacity. There are restaurants that overwork their staff. This place is not one of them, and I actually appreciate that. I realize this is a new store so they want to boost it. Let's see if their capacity is the same in 6 months. Cause the overstaffing really helped. Verdict for now- Decent enough pizza any way you like it for $8. Shut the fuck up if you want to complain. If there were 6 or 7 stars I would give it. I called Blaze for a catering type order when my 160 person conference was one hour to lunch time and we found out no food was coming. We called several places in the area and they quoted us 2-3 longer than Blaze could do and way more money. In just over an hour Blaze got us 70 pizzas and 20 salads delivered to our conference. What was amazing about it was: The manager on the phone was so supportive, confident they could help, and came through with an amazing staff on a big order Our conference had every kind of dietary restriction from vegan to vegetarian to gluten free to nut allergy and they had something for everyone (not just plain ol' salads for vegan and gluten free folks) That staff can work... flat out. They pulled everyone from the back of the house and front of the house to get 70 pizzas done in less than an hour and delivered These pizzas are done fast and REALLY GOOD. Gourmet ingredients, flavor, and doesn't taste like dominoes. Great pizza. Amazing customer service. And showing up in the clutch! So grateful!! read more

What can I say? It's the Chipotle of Pizza. Quality and price, I have to say it doesnt get any better. I do the selection where you can build your own. They do NOT skimp on the toppings either. My pizza probably weighed 2lbs heavier than it should have been. The topping seems fresh to me since the rate of usage is high, so the refill of ingredients is high. Because they have to bake the pizza, you don't get your food *instantly*, but still, it's pretty fast. The staff are really friendly and efficient! The food is ok. Because their goal is to give you fast pizza, most of the ingredients are pre-prepared, so they weren't that fresh to me. They really tasted kinda like what you'd get on at Subway. Went for the soft opening and was SO IMPRESSED by how smoothly they're operating. They moved us all through from entering the restaurant to leaving in less than 10 minutes. Lots of quality control as they get things started. The pizzas are great and they definitely have tons of options. We were a large group and everyone was very happy with their food. They're conservative in their cheese placement, but that's totally fine. Love the posted calorie counts and the ability to customize your food. My Art Lover pizza had tons of flavor and really hit the spot. I also got to try some of a coworker's Red Vine and it was equally delicious. Other members of my group tried the Veg Out (loved it!) and two people did customized pizzas (also awesome). Bring your food restricted friends! First for the employees and service they were incredible you order then go down the line then pay go sit and wait they call you name and you get your pizza. Since it was our first time there the guy behind counter where u order explains everything he was so patient and thorough and it wasn't just him every station we got to up to and including when we were eating they had employees cleaning and making sure you were satisfied with your food very refreshing they make you feel like your business is very important to them and that's exactly how act. The place was very clean restrooms too. Now the pizza and the price. The pizzas are personal size 11 inch there's all different ways you can order plain build your own ect. We got the build your own my wife got plain tomato and mozzarella I got tomato sauce extra Mozzarella cheese roasted garlic and jalapeños and we both got a drink. The price was less than 22 dollars and the pizza was delicious I was actually shocked at the price and how quickly everything moves along. Okay, I'm hooked! I had been meaning to try Blaze Pizza for the longest time, and so happy I did and even more thrilled they opened another location in Boston. Blaze is basically Chipotle for pizza. Personalize your pizza, pick your sauce/crust/unlimited toppings, all for ~8 bucks. What a steal! It's also a great size and basically makes for two meals if you can't finish the whole thing. Also, you can make a pretty nutritious pizza if you don't overload on cheese (but what is pizza without extra cheese?). The process is simple, the staff at this location were super friendly. You start from the very beginning by picking your crust (3 options) and your sauce. The spicy red was delicious. They have quite a few cheese options (mozarella is always a hit, add some ricotta for extra measure), and then go crazy with the veggies and meat. The end product will leave your heart and stomach satisfied. Honestly, I think I'm about to get into a serious relationship with Blaze Pizza. read more
