What I love about Blaze pizza is that we can all go and get our own personalized pizza. My husband is a cheese and pep kind of guy. I love mine loaded with everything! We were greeted right away. The young man asked what we were ordering and got the process started. My husband gotten taken care of the same time as my pizza was being worked on. He did get a little confused working on both of them at the same time. There was another guest after us and another employee was helping him. He was grabbing for toppings over the employee that was helping me. It honestly made it very awkward when my guy was trying to help me and his co worker is cutting him off. The guest after us actually got finished before I did and was pushed out of the way. At that point it was whatever to me. My pizza overall was great. The gentleman that helped me was a little heavy handed with the sea salt so it was on the saltier side. My husband's pizza did have big gaps of empty space. He didn't lay the crust right which probably caused the gaps but it was still a good pizza. We will more than likely be back if we are in this part of town again. read more

Pizza had hardly any cheese on it, too much sauce and too doughy. Salad lettuce was old and brown. Girl said it was just filled. So? The lettuce was old coming out of the fridge or bag then. "Just filled" meant nothing. Girl wasn't happy when I asked for fresh, green lettuce. Chicken was processed and not real fresh chicken. Asked for artichokes in my salad and she put 1/4 of a pice of artichoke in it. NO pepper in the restaurant! Cheese bread was thin, dry and hard. Marinara sauce they gave us was ice cold and not warm. Just a horrible food experience. Never going back to a Blaze Pizza again. Way too expensive for GARBAGE food. read more

We have made it a tradition date night to come to this Blaze every Friday night. After just a few weeks, the awesome staff remembered us and now they can put our pizzas together without even having to make the several adjustments to the build your own pizza. The store is always clean, the young staff always engages in conversation with us and it appears that they take pride In the work that they are doing. As for the food, it's always delicious. Ingredients are fresh and I'd take Blaze pizza over any other. We went to the Boise Blaze by Costco. The two young women who were working were very kind and attentive; something that is rare to find in any restaurant nowadays! This location is the best! My family and I went tonight and were very pleasantly surprised. There were lots of people working, which made the line go very quickly. Everyone was friendly and helpful. This has to be the slowest, most confused business ever. The app is failing, I call in, "no sorry.. failing here too. You will have to drive to the store to order." I drive down, "oh sorry, you can only order large online". Then when they finally get around to making your pies the sauce is one molecule thick, toppings are spread apart as far as stars in the night sky. This really deserves zero stars. read more

I few weeks ago I ordered 4 pizzas online for pick up. When I got home pretty much every pizza was made wrong and 2 of them were not even cut. I had to drive all the way back to the store because they don't have a phone number and wait another 20mins while they fixed my order. Reached out to customer service and was told they would put a 'reward' into an account for me if I made one. Was ignored when I wasn't interested in more pizza. Reached out to them in private messages in social media, and was told that the store would reach out to me. Waited a few weeks and never heard anything. Followed up with them, and was again told that the store would reach out to me. Waited again, and never heard back. They're now simply ignoring my messages when I reach out. I've been continually trying to get someone to talk to me for over two months, and Absolutely no one will take me seriously. Do not waste your time or money here. You'll get meh food with a bunch of hair in it, and then be treated like an inconvenience for two months when you try to get someone to talk to you. Pizza was delicious as always, but my god, this place needs to hire a new manager. It's obviously disorganized to the max. Me and my roomate went to blaze to get a good pizza. There were other two people in the line with us and they took forever to even start putting toppings on the pizza. No one was doing anything but staring at the empty dough. Terrible service. They had an add for 5$ off if you purchase a 25$ gift card. After you buy it they told us it was for our next visit. Not a real problem until we look at the promotion code , it was expired. The cashier told us sorry she keeps forgetting it's July even though we are into the second week of July and took down the sign. We ordered two pizzas at the same time but we had to wait ten minutes for the second pizza even though they came out of the oven at the same time.
