Was craving pizza so decided to try out this place. Did some research online and from the photos it looked good. I got the large pizza, half pepperoni, half cheese. It took about a little over 20 minutes to make but it was worth the wait! The pizza is massive. The cheese is flavorful and they use cupping pepperoni so it has that crunch effect when you bite it. The undercarriage is slightly charred (how it should be), and the crust is crispy but not burned. Overall, the pizza was great! I could have probably finished the whole pizza by myself, that's how much I liked it. The restaurant has a chill ambiance too. The only con is that it was a little on the greasy side but other than that it was ideal. read more

Best NY style in Boise imo. Service is good and they consistently make a great pie. Love the simple throwback pizza shop ambiance of the place. Right next to the skate park makes it even better. read more

Excellent pizza/great yummy dough all fresh ingredients, when you ask for extra sauce they know how to do it. I ordered 6 pies to be delivered to Vista Uptown Bar for Top Mesa Jazz Group to be delivered hot, which they did perfect the pies were shared with the audience, great music and great pie. read more

I want to continue loving Americana but this latest experience was a disappointing letdown. I arrived for my pickup at least 10 minutes before the time they said it would be done, and unfortunately the pizza had been sitting a while because it was not hot. By the time I got home which only 10 minutes away, it needed to be reheated. I don't know what happened with this cook, but it was mid. I'm hoping it was just an off day for them because we have had pizzas from Americana many times and every time before it was great. read more

The pizza was damn good and really reasonably priced. If you're visiting this is definitely a place you should come try if you love pie like I do. The workers were super friendly and fast with their service. Inside was absolutely thrilling. Beautiful little pizza pub. Could have included a little more large size ranch servings for such a ginormous pizza! read more

Amazing experience here! I was visiting Boise with a friend and we popped in to pick up some slices. I was going to order a few plain cheese and some vegan slices for myself. Unfortunately they were out of cheese but they gave us an entire vegan pie for free! Such kind staff here! read more

Good pizza for takeout. Guys inside were friendly and were quick to give us our pizza. They also had some buttery bread that was also good. We ordered a Caesar Salad but I didn't think that was great. They use a lot of corn meal, not my favorite. Probably will try again when we need takeout read more

Great pizza! Whole pie or by the slice... Prices that will have you feeling you went back to the future... The decor is likely to stir up 80s/90s nostalgia. Grab a slice or two and slip across the street to Rhodes Skate Park to watch the local thrashers. read more

I like this place. The aesthetic was cool. The pizza was great. I highly recommend it.

Do not order pizza delivery from this place! I've had two drivers show up to pick up my pizza that still hasn't been made. I placed the order over an hour ago. Are there app keeps saying that it's ready, but when the driver shows up, they haven't even started it. I'm looking back through their reviews. I am not the only one who's had this issue. read more

Love this local pizza place!!! Crispy crust, yummy sauce, hot and cheesy! Both locations are great but Vista has been killing it! read more

I didn't want to put a thumbs-down on this but: Got it last Wednesday and it was DELICIOUS! Ordered it last night (son took the leftovers Wednesday night) and it was SUPER (barely edible) salty. Inconsistency was really disappointing. read more

Amazing vibe with even better food and the service is great as well I wis there was more seating but that's it the tables are almost always open cause most people by slices then go skate. When you get the pizza put the cheeese they give you and red pepper on it it's spicy but super worth it read more

Frankly I wasn't impressed with this place. I'd read all great reviews on here and was really excited to try it out. Swung by and got a vegan pepperoni slice and a house salad. The slice had ONE pepperoni on it. The vegan cheese was a gloopy texture. There were a few banana peppers and red onion slices and nothing else. I just didn't enjoy it, sadly. The salad was just ok. Large spinach leaves with stems, lots of croutons, and a few random mushrooms and sun dried tomatoes. There was no readily available descriptions of the salads. I wasn't given a choice of dressing either, it just came with balsamic vinaigrette on the side. I finished about 1/3 of my meal which was over $10, then tossed it. They ask for tips too which I find annoying. I didn't get my food delivered or anything, and I don't get tipped just for doing my job. But of course I felt pressured so entered a custom tip of $1.00. So over $11 for this unenjoyable lunch. Sad. read more

I wish I could give this place 10 stars!!! Got a Margherita pizza to go and it was absolutely spectacular. Hot, fresh, perfectly cooked, the perfect ratios of cheese and basil. Thin, no flop! WOW! So pleased to have found such a gem in Boise read more

Always fresh and delicious. I love the ricotta option. Also stoked to try the new location- go ninja turtles!

Fave, fave, fave, FAVE! White sauce, everything crust (amazing), with whatever toppings plus vegan chorizo might be the best pizza on earth... and there are a lot of pizza places! Americana, a slice of NY nestled under the Boise connector. Americana, savory morsels just past the scoundrels shredding at the skate park. Americana, a refreshingly tasty pie awaits if you can hurdle the sleepy homeless surrounding the joint. If you like new York style pie then this is gunna be your joint. Great ingredients, spot on texture, and the location is very fitting for one of the best pies in boise. Yes, I do believe this is one of the best pies in town "but don't take my word for it" (Lavar Burton), get out there, support these guys and give it a shot! It won't dissapoint. High quality cheese, chewy crust and crunchy where it needs to be, natural cased pepperoni.....damn son! Americana got it going on! Eat up Boise. read more

Delicious pizza, fast service, the coolest pizza boxes ever! I can't believe it took me so long to try this place!

I heard and read the rave reviews so I thought I would give Americana a try. I placed an online delivery order - super easy website to navigate and use and bonus if you're inside their radius, you get free delivery! I got a 12" pizza with white sauce, peppers, onions and mushrooms. Pizza arrived in about 40mins. It was warm - not hot on delivery. The crust had sesame seeds on it - which was a new thing to me. The bottom edges of my pizza were a little burnt. I like crispy but this was a little much. All in all - it was okay but don't think I would order their pizza again. With tip it was about $20. For the small pizza I got I feel like it's a bit pricey. read more

Passing thru on a road trip and I had to snag some vegan east coast style ZA. It knocked my socks off. Being from NJ I'm pretty critical of my pizza and it did a great job. I never had a sesame crust before either and i didn't know what I've been missing until now! So yum. I got a large pizza, sesame crust, olive oil and garlic base with vegan cheese, vegan sausage , onions and sundried tomatoes. I don't eat pizza that often but I'm super happy with this stop! Thank you! read more

I am rating this five stars because I consider this one of the best restaurants in Boise and easily the best pizza when it is good. However, about 20% of the time the pizza is burned, so that's something to bear in mind. read more

I wish I could comment on the food but I never got it. I ordered online, the money was taken from my account, I was sent a confirmation and an estimated time for delivery. 45 minutes later I was sent a text that my order would not be completed and I'd get a refund within 2 business days. Waste of time and inconvenient. If you can't complete online orders, turn off the online order option for the day. read more

Warning, it is pretty obvious this place is habit-forming. I wanted (ok, truth is my spouse wanted) another pizza and we headed their way. Feeling a little adventurous, while I waited I thought I would try their vegan slice menu option. They served the slice quickly and wow! It was great. For me, the best part was being introduced to their "Everything crust". I am not much of a pizza adventurer; I like what I like and I do not tend to change my ordering. When you order a slice, you get what they have. Lucky me it was really good. I LOVED the Everything crust. My eyes were opened to the possibilities. For my whole pie I ordered my "regular" which was very good and it did not even notice I had Everything breath. ;) shhh. A couple of days later I remarked to someone that I had discovered Americana Pizza and their first question was "Have you tried their Everything crust?" My reply was "Oh heck yeah, isn't it great? ", not wanting to let them know am a newbie. read more

Upon moving to the North End, my goal in life was to try every local pizza restaurant that would deliver to me. I drove by here first and it caught my eye! What a rad little spot. I quickly looked it up on my tele, and HELLO EASY ORDERING AND FREE DELIVERY. I was hooked. We ordered that night. Don't tell anyone else BUT THIS IS MY FAVORITE FREAKING PIZZA we have tried so far. Actually we've ordered from Americana twice already! haha!!!! This pizza it's thin. It's cheesy and delicious. The topping choices are great and the pizza is FRESH and hot. I truly want to order some tonight for dinner. GREAT JOB AMERICANA. You will know my address well read more

The pizza here was so good! I really enjoyed the vegan pepperoni and vegan chorizo. Also really appreciated the non dairy cheese. The dough was a perfect pizza texture. Lots of topping options (but would suggest them adding banana peppers as an option). 10/10 would recommend. Ignore the bite mark and salad on my picture - i forgot to take a pic before eating bc it was so good! Also 12 inch was about 6 big slices good enough for two people. read more

Americana Pizza - Vegan Red Sauce with Vegan Cheese Pizza - V Pepperoni and V chorizo. - Pizza Near Me - Boise, Idaho

Thought we would give this place a try, ordered through Door Dash. We usually do Pie Hole or Flying Pie, but wanted something different. I got the large with red sauce - sausage, artichoke hearts, black olives, green peppers, Canadian bacon, and fresh mozzarella. I liked the crust, thin and chewy, but the red sauce had an overpowering taste of oregano. My husband, who is not a picky eater AT ALL, could only eat one slice. I think we will give it another try, maybe with the white sauce and the everything crust? read more

This is THE best pizza in Boise, period. Crust? Perfectly crunchy, bubbly, and chewy in the center with a cornmeal base. Red sauce? Heavenly! Only $12/$14 before toppings? Unheard of! Options for vegans, vegetarians, and meat lovers alike? Awesome! I literally can't name a better pizza and I've tried pizza in every single US state and in multiple countries. Great food and always on time delivery. The people who make the deliveries are some of the very best I've had since moving here in 2018. I'm a stay home retired person and cook who loves pizza so it's very important and the people are extremely good and always have a smile on their faces. It's just a real pleasure to have a pizza shop as good as they are. I've lived all around this country and by far Boise has the best food I've had in years. Thank you read more

The men who work there are so rude! They treat you like an idiot when you even try to order a pizza. So I walked out! Ya that bad.

Stopped by after a nice afternoon hike. Being next to a skate park I dropped my expectations a bit. Kids will eat anything, especially after burning all those calories at the skate park. So, I was a little worried they only get by because their target audience will eat about anything. Well... I was WRONG! Not only is a slice of pizza super affordable, but it was fantastic. Nice thin crust with a nice crunch to eat. Excellent flavor from the sauce and cheese and my slice was ready in just a few minutes. Wish they had a bit more seating, but not going to beat them up for that. See you next time I need to replenish some calories! read more
