My pizza was amazing!! I built my own!! The beer selection, I really didn't check out because I had to get up and go look and then didn't have a menu for their selection! I'm still kinda use to being served my alcohol beverage, so I asked the girl who issues cards to pick one for me an IPA over 9.%, I got an 8.1,% and can't recall what it was called! But the major distributor is fire stone so I imagine it was something of theirs? It was ,meh! read more

My wife and I enjoyed our visit. She isn't a beer drinker so she sometimes has trouble finding something she wants to drink at a tavern/pub style place. But she found a wine and a cider she liked. She even bought a growler of cider. We shared the Pig & Fig burger. The flavors were good, but it was very dry. We prefer our burgers medium or medium rare. We didn't think to specify this when we ordered and our server didn't ask. What we got was well done. The crunchy sear on the meet was nice, but the interior of the patty was completely grey and completely devoid of any juices. It wasn't bad enough for us to send it back (and it had been a bit of a wait to get it), but I'm left wondering how awesome those flavors would have been in a juicy burger. read more

Her name is "Kassie with a K" but her boss calls her "K-Dog." Chill, friendly and polite with a calm, "I've-been-doing-this-for-a-long-time" experienced voice and manner. The grill side of the kitchen was slammed while the pizza side was empty. Half of our order came from the pizza side, half from the grill side. Kassie was up front with us and told us it was going to be a while but brought every dish out to us the second it was ready to be served. I don't know when she's usually on shift, but we will ask for her by name every time. 4-star food for Paso, exceptional service for anywhere :-) read more

Rudest employee i have ever encountered. We made a reservation over the phone. We arrived and he met us at the door questioning our story. We asked he double check with the female we spoke to. He very rudely said he was not going to do that and even if he did check we still weren't getting a table. Ill be spreading the word about this place. read more

I enjoyed killing some time here while waiting for our table to be ready across the street. Always enjoyed the concept of "pour your own" beer and the variety it offers. The service was excellent, especially considering we were not interested in a full meal. Off the top of my head I think there were somewhere around 16 beers on tap. My only gripe is that they had too many generic beers (bud light, Coors light, pacifico, modelo negra, etc). Would have liked to see more local brews in the mix. read more

Wow! This place was such a treat! We never spend time up the grade but we're out on an errand and decided to check this place out and we were not disappointed! My husband prefers a vegetarian diet so it was nice to have the impossible burger as an option. My two young daughters split the Margherita pizza. I had the Cajun bowl and was not disappointed. Oh my gosh and the beer wall! Such a cool experience and so easy to use! I had the Cali Squeeze and my husband got to satisfy his stout craving with the peanut butter breakdown. The final cherry on top for me was the server we got, Zach! He answered all of my questions and was very prompt. Popped in while return road-tripping to San Diego from NorCal and drove by Blast & Brew, looked like a great place to grab a mid-afternoon nosh and a beer. Great service from Zach - cool guy, good menu advice and took great care of us. Food here is tasty, freshly made, didn't appear warmed over. Big open doors/windows tells me this place was poppin' pre-pandemic. The woman got a custom cauliflower-crust pizza and wine, I got Asada fries with lots of pico de gallo. Way too expensive! $28 for 2 small pizzas!!! I got one mushroom and Olive and one pepperoni pizza and paid almost $30 for them both. The pizzas are small with very little toppings and there's nothing special about them. Unfortunately I won't be getting pizzas from them again. read more

This wonderful sports bar is our go-to place after church. Haha they have the best hamburger I've ever had in my life and I'm 62 years old and also a great Asian salad. They have a huge selection of beer. The food was awesome! However, the service sucked! They messed up our order 2x's. Each time they brought us our food they had the excitement of a sloth with a frown. This place has seriously went down hill. The service was terrible. They had a lot of staff but our server came to the table to take our order then give us our food 30 min later. We ordered an appetizer. It didn't come before our order. They brought the Asada Fries at the same time they brought my order. The sausage mushroom penne. My wife's pizza came about 15 min later. When I finally went to eat my penne it was cold. It was supposed to come with a "creamy Alfredo sauce ". It had no sauce on it. It did have olive oil on it though but no sauce. It was less then good. It tasted like plain pasta. My wife said her pizza was pretty good. It was tough getting a refill on the coke I had ordered. This visit was not good. I have been here dozens of times and the last couple have been pretty bad. I think this will be my last. NOT recommend any longer. read more

This place is perfect whether you want to just hang out and have lunch or you want to go watch some football with your friends so we come about once a week, at least, for lunch or dinner to this place. The food is always on point and I love the beer wall. I never have to wait for a beer and I can always just go get what I want. On many visits we've had the kitchen managers come out and check to make sure that everything was amazing with the food. They're always friendly and very caring. My friend and I wanted to have lunch around 2pm on Tuesday 03-30 When we walked in most tables outside were empty as well as half of tables inside. A gentleman who worked there said it would take 15 minutes to sit us and after I questioned why, he said he would not serve us at all and asked us to leave. I requested to see a manager and he replied that he was one but would not give his name or title after several inquiries. When my friend (a lady) asked him if we did something wrong, he replied it was not our business, proceeded to clean a table and said that we should leave. This type of service (or lack of one) is completely unacceptable and I would appreciate if an owner of this establishment gets involved. read more

I absolutely love this place!!! The food is awesome and the beer selection is great. The atmosphere is really chill and relaxing...and the service is second to none. The GM Guy (that's his name) really cares for his guests and it really shows by the fact that he will stop by and chat with everyone who walks in...always asks if the food is good, if the service is good and how the beer tastes. Not many Managers will do that...usually they just leave it to the Servers. Speaking of which, I've been here many times and haven't had a bad experience yet in terms of the Servers. For the limited number of chicken wings options in Paso, I really love that these guys are here. Someone asked me about a month ago who had the best wings in town and I told them this place. They said they agreed, so it's official! They have a good Happy Hour, but their regular price point is very reasonable. We like to come and watch games and have pizza and wings. Or favorite is the Italian with pepperoni, mushroom and sausage it's like $10 bucks and I've had all the different wing flavors. The garlic parmesan and the original are my faves. They serve this really yummy aioli with the sweet potato fries, nice and garlicky. I just realized everything I am recommending is has garlic. That is just the kind of food I like to have when watching games, but they do also serve pastas, burgers and salads. The food way better than Chili's or some other chain and the setting and service are excellent. Plus, you don't have to wait for a drink. You can have as much or as little as you would like and you don't have to stick with beer, they have wine taps too. This is a great place for a last minute meal if you have a large party. There is plenty of space and they seem very accommodating. Just a little tip there, because I have a huge family and we aren't the best planners. read more

Poor customer service, we arrived and it was about to be 6:20 and asked how long wait time would be for a party of 8 the host told us it was about half an hour and wrote down our name and told us a table would be ready at 6:50 so we went to go walk around the park came back at around 6:52 and they told us they had already taken our table for another party, claimed they had the table wait "a couple minutes " before they sat them down, so they had told us 6:50 and sat down another table at 6:52 so a couple min was only two min wait time for the other party but had us wait 30 min just to not be able to get seated and have to go elsewhere, you would think they would have at least let us know they would give up the table at exactly 6:50 with not even a 5 minute grace period. read more
