The staff were super friendly and attentive! I came in for a heat mold for my boots for the upcoming season. I had called a day prior to get a price quote on the service and was satisfied with the answer. When I came in, I was told a different price. After explaining that I was originally quoted the agreed upon price, Reili (staff member) agreed to honor the original price I was told. Once we got started with the heat mold process, Reili continued to be attentive and gave me time-reminders. Once I put the boots on, I still had a couple pressure spots that were bothersome on the top of my feet, he continued to observe and offered a solution to fix the issue. Overall I am extremely satisfied with this place and would HIGHLY recommend it for anyone looking to get their snow gear!

After lessons, i paid to have skis waxed to use rest of my trip. Icing on the cake was Clark's tried to charge me another day for being late to drop off by 2.5 hours even though the roads to Tahoe have been closed due to the storm. In short, had really high hopes but will try another rental shop in future.

My recent experience was no different. Jonathan Van Patten came to our Loomis Pack 12 Boy Scouts meeting to teach the kids about bike safety and maintenance. The whole team (including Eddie and Tony) were nothing but supportive and helpful. The kids built their confidence and will be safer riders now thanks to them and better understand the rules of the road. I will not go anywhere else for the biking needs my family has and super appreciate their support always!

When I was a kid I used to do every work on my bike but I don't remember that simple stuff anymore. I guess he was he was racist to brown people because the whole time I was there he did absolutely nothing that's how small the fix was. He wasn't even working by the time Ben fixed the bike. A little advice if you want to do well in business customer service is the number one thing . Would have took him 5 mins I just didn't have the right tools since I haven't ridden bikes since I was a kid and I was fixing this bike for one of my many employees in the area. I bought this bike for her she only lives .6 miles away but it is so much more convenient especially in the heat. Oh well at least Ben stepped up without saying a word and made sure everything on the bike was tightened and in the right position. I would recommend requesting to only working for Ben especially if you are a different ethnicity. Remember the energy you give off initially towards someone and don't expect them to forgive you for nothing
