My dad found Blanche Manor after careful research online. He picked it based on how many positive reviews they received. We did the hour and fifteen minute trail ride with with Elizabeth as our guide. She was excellent! Very personable and accommodating. I rode a sure footed mare named Willow. There were five of us, and we all found our horses were responsive and confident unlike other stables to which we have been. In addition to all of the horses, there are two very nice cats and an Australian shepherd to pet. The staff was friendly and entertaining. It was so good we'll be back in a few days!

I went horseback riding with Blanche Manor a few years back when I rented a cabin in Northern Georgia. You check in at this adorable cabin and then they take you to the stables to mount up and ride out. They have different length trail rides, but I booked the 2 hour ride. They have souvenir shirts for sale at the check in area.

Our group of 10 went for a ride today. Amber and Melanie, our guides, were amazing and sweet Lakota, was a great greeter and helper to our 6 kiddos (2 who had rode before, 4 who never had). We had so much fun and laughed more than we have in a long time. Great memories; however, the grown men in our group just wanted me to add that men should probably have a bag of frozen peas on standby for the end of your ride.

As usual we had an amazing day riding with you guys. Rebecca was wonderful and took us for an trip on the most beautiful day we could have hoped for. Your stable is our go to place anytime we are in the Blue Ridge area. You do a lot of work to keep the animals healthy and happy and it shows. Thanks so much!!! Chris Richmond Ty McNeely

First time riding a horse and honestly I was terrified at first. Our guide Theo and Courtney paired me up with Bella, who was the sweetest horse ever. After giving us instructions for riding and controlling the horses we were on our way. We rode for about 15 minutes before we reached the best spot for a picture. They lined us up and took our pictures. The views and the information given to us was very nice. Courtney was very outgoing and friendly and Theo gave me all the inside scoop of all the horses my family was riding. It was nice to step away from our phones and enjoy nature. I would definitely visit again and would recommend

Visiting from the sunshine state, This was the first time I had ever been horseback riding so I was a bit nervous but Brooke our guide was so helpful and so outgoing we basically talked the whole ride and my nerves just went away. The views were outstanding and the service is exceptional the one hour ride went by super fast I almost wanted to go another hour ! My only suggestion is book a longer ride you'll want it!!Also they are very accommodating to your needs, if you need steps, help, tips, don't be afraid to ask these wonderful people!! My horses name was rush, can't wait to come back and see him!! :) highly recommend !!!!

My 6 year old daughter and I wanted to go horseback riding in the mountains. It was our very first time. I was excited yet nervous at the thought of my 6 year old on a big horse. Well Blanche Manor was incredible. Our guide made sure my 6 year old was safe the entire time. The views were beautiful - at the top of the mountain our guide pointed out that we could see Tennessee, Georgia, and North Carolina. The staff was so friendly!!! My 2 year old daughter did the pony experience with Chipper and wil never forget it. We can't wait to go back! Go no where else for an incredible horseback riding experience!

This was a wonderful place to ride the horses. Great scenery and all the employees were extremely friendly and fun. Had a great time even with it being my first time riding.

After driving 4 miles on a windy/steep road you arrive at the barn. There is an intro with instructions before you get on the horse but it is very faced-paced and there is no chance to "meet" your horse or practice your skills before taking off. Our guide quickly introduced herself but we didn't get any interaction with her, it was all fast-paced. The guide did remind us throughout the ride of relevant instructions. I did the 2 hour trail ride, it was a good amount of time and very peaceful. My horse was Redjack and he was the last in line of a group of 7. He liked going at his own pace but would respond when I instructed him. Being last in the line made it difficult to hear everything the guide said. Before we attempted trotting she gave us quick instructions and I felt very insecure once the horses took off on a trot. Once we got back to the barn the next group was getting ready to go out, it seemed kind of like an assembly line. The check-out afterwards felt awkward where the guide took our payment, she did not act appreciative when I left a tip. They have a sign at the checkout where you can get a discount if you leave a review so I would suspect this has inflated their amount of 5-star reviews. Overall the ride was nice but I did not leave feeling like I had a good customer service experience or got any interaction/knowledge from the guide or interaction with the horse other than riding it.

From the moment we arrived, Ray made us feel so welcome. He had the horse ready for us, walked us through everything, and was so patient and attentive making sure my little one felt safe and comfortable the whole ride. You could tell he genuinely loves what he does. What we didn't expect was everything that came after. We got to explore the petting zoo, meet the farm animals, and then a staff member came over and introduced us to a baby goat that was only a few days old, my little one's face was absolutely priceless. And then the moment that made this visit truly unforgettable, while my son was laughing away on the horse shaped tire swing, I glanced over and noticed a wobbly little goat behind us. Turns out we were witnessing a mama goat giving birth right there in front of us. Completely unplanned, totally magical. My little one got a nature lesson he'll probably never forget. This place has the most wonderful energy and the staff clearly care deeply about both the animals and their guests. We will absolutely be back. Highly recommend!

The fields were not too crowded since they are so big. I also liked that they asked you not not pick sunflowers which kept the fields full of them. You could buy pre-picked ones up front for $1 each. They also offered a horse drawn carriage tour of the property for $5 per person. Would love to come back during golden hour.

The Farm Owner is so cool, just a perfect gentleman and loving guy ~ Harold, who came along for the ride and showed me his place. 175 acres of Tennessee's finest land tucked away in the back mountains with Black Angus grazing the land, oh and one special brown Jersey named "Amy" Breath taking views, 2 ponds with a really cool tree forest next to them.
