Was moving , needed a tow quickly since it was the last day to move from one house to another. Didn't mind paying even if it was about a mile away between the two houses we were moving to. Called them directly and fortunately they told me I didn't have to pay if I already have AAA and do it through them. Did so and fortunately got blacks towing. Took a little under 45 min to arrive but the tow was swift and without a problem. Forgot the drivers name but even though our car couldn't get put into neutral he was able to get it on and off the bed with no problem. Smooth service, thankful.

I've used them before. The interaction while requiring their business, through AAA, was professional enough, and I do not remember if they were worth it or not (price wise) but, admittedly, prior to this interaction, I would have used them again. However, It was their professionalism outside of our contract that was completely inappropriate. Inappropriate enough for me to file a report with the police department, as well as with AAA. Though I know full well nothing will come of it. On one of my regular routes, driving down Jefferson, the towing truck pulled up next to me. At first, I thought the driver was trying to catch my attention, or catch my eye. I had been behind him prior, but had made my way in front of him. (Several minutes prior to this encounter, the truck, along with the rest of the traffic we were in, was in the same group, trucks are hard to miss) as far as I know, there would not have been a reason for the road rage, if this was that. However, I, after turning towards him, realized he was being angry and aggressive. He was hanging of his car window, almost mocking me, (as I sang to the radio). I turned the radio up, and looked away, but he persisted. He continued to make aggressive and inappropriate gestures towards me. He maneuvered his vehicle to be behind me at one point, even after using his right turn signal. Up until then, I had been led to believe the encounter was almost over. When it wasn't I called into the office in a panic, trying to figure out what was going on. I will admit to screaming and cursing. It was my first interaction with such an aggressive type of man, one I have only had the pleasure to read about in horror stories and see in movies. This guy makes the back of your hair stand up.. I use the word inappropriate, but there isn't a word for this type of behavior. She, the woman on the phone, did not believe the driver was in the wrong, or had done anything wrong, and she did not even know who it was I was speaking of yet, but the woman on the phone called me a liar, and hung up. I called back with the plate number after I pulled over, and told her I was calling the cops. I don't know who ended that call, but I didn't care. I called the police. The officer had already been made informed by the blacks of my pending call. He had already spoken to them. Now, I'm not sure exactly what he thought I did to him, to deserve what he did to me. I'm not sure why a company would stand by a man who would want to instill fear into any driver, especially a woman anyway. Nor would continue to employ a driver who clearly needs to work on his rage. My complaints went unheard with them, and that's ok. I hope I was wrong about that man. I hope I got the wrong impression of him, but hope is sometimes all we have.. I hope even more that he reflects on what THAT type of behavior could come across as..... TERRIFYING TO WOMEN.... The question is, why.. why would he want to instill this type of fear? Does he feel good about it? What did I do to deserve all of that? Ask him. I did express my worry here, I need too. I would not be doing my duty to women, one's who are looking for a service they can count on, a service without fear, if I did not. My takeaway from the experience is: 1. Drivers should be respectful at all times, as they are a representation of your company, as well as AAA. 2. All employees, especially Drivers, should undergo sexual harassment education, and perhaps gender sensitivity education. 3. Documentation should be occurring, in case a pattern develops(ed), with this, or any other employee. Please document this in HIS employee records. 4. Videos focusing on the drivers face would keep them a bit more honest, had a video seen his face during this encounter, I have no doubts that I would be holding an apology, while he was either fired or reprimanded for such a distasteful encounter. 5. Training videos for complaints will help with customer service. Your phone operator should be able to handle panic. Calls for tows happen under stressful conditions. Understanding calms a situation. Now I will not be using their business again, the encounter was extremely unprofessional, lacked customer service, and opened up a space that can create an unsafe event in the future. Even more, I was made to feel "dramatic" about the event, so, with as much dramatic flare as I can muster, I leave with this quote from Margaret Atwood: "Men are afraid that women will laugh at them. Women are afraid that men will kill them." Road rage, anger, hate, just a bad day... whatever you call that, it was inappropriate.

If you need a tow just go to the 7=11 off eastman in murrieta. I don't think they have a yard and they block the driveway there 24/7.

They're all scumbags. Dealt with them a couple times now. All they care about is squeezing more money out of you.

10 STARS FOR MOISES!!!!…read more All right, so the question is what went well... well everything and nothing all at once! Let me just start off by saying that MOISES is a frickin GOAT!!!!!! My Audi has a snapped serpentine belt, and a few flat tires, and he still managed my car and getting it on to the bed of the tow truck with absolute and utmost care. My crazy neighbor across the street that lost damn near all her marbles kept on bothering him and he was even tolerable through that. Fast forward to getting to the mechanic shop where I needed. My car dropped off my dumb self put the key through the mail slot.... Before we put the car in neutral to drop it from the bed. Moises was able to get the key out, not only once but twice when the second time I locked my other vehicles key inside of my Audi within the same 10 minutes span of time. He was very patient with me in trying to figure out a way around my stupid issues, he did not get frustrated at all. He was very chill.. THANK YOU MOISES!!!! On another note, I was in a car accident on October 11, 2025, which resulted in having glass shattered all over me. That tow truck driver picked up my car and before I left the parking lot, used the air compressor to blow all of the shards of glass off of my skin and body. The guys that work for this company always go above and beyond, and I could not be happier with Steve's towing service!
