We recently held my daughter's quinceañera at Ellington Hall, and I can honestly say it was worth…read moreevery single penny. First of all, renting this hall in the winter was absolutely the right decision. The space is beautiful, spacious, and perfectly maintained, and our guests were comfortable the entire time. The event ran from 4:00 PM to 11:00 PM, and everything flowed seamlessly from start to finish. One of the best decisions we made was paying for the kids' room. It was completely worth it. The kids absolutely loved having their own space and, honestly, they barely left it the entire night! It allowed them to have fun in their own way while the adults enjoyed the celebration. I would highly recommend adding this option. We also chose to pay for the extra services, including serving and busing, and I am so glad we did. The staff was attentive, professional, and incredibly efficient. There were a few small things that happened during the event -- like a plate of food that was accidentally spilled on the floor -- and it was cleaned up so quickly that we didn't even realize it had happened until after the event. That level of attention to detail made such a difference. David does an amazing job managing everything. He handled the timeline so smoothly that I was truly able to be present and enjoy my daughter's special day instead of worrying about logistics. That alone was priceless. His crew even helped us pack up all the linens we brought at the end of the night, which saved us so much time and energy. Another highlight was the covered outdoor space, which gave guests even more room to gather and enjoy the evening. The lighting inside the hall was stunning -- they were able to match the wall lighting perfectly to our color theme, which made everything look cohesive and beautiful. Every single person commented on how amazing the event was and how much they loved the venue. It truly was an unforgettable night, and Ellington Hall played a huge role in that. I would absolutely recommend this venue to anyone planning a special event. It was organized, beautiful, well-managed, and completely worth the investment.

The counselors were fun and supportive. The activities were engaging. Thomas loved the food. This year he encouraged a friend from school to join him. That boy had a great time, and they both made new friends too. Thomas came back with greater confidence and displaying more independence too. We can't wait to get back the pictures he took with his disposable camera! What I love best, besides hearing the stories about him getting up early to care for the horses that he once found intimidating, was the call we received from Dawn mid-week. We weren't worried. We've had great experiences at Cloverleaf. We know the ratios of campers to counselors allows for attentive care. Still, the mid-week phone call telling us how his week was going just reinforced how much the staff really cares. For this reason, Cloverleaf will continue to be a Cremidis family tradition for many years to come. Next year, little brother will be old enough for residential camp and he's already making plans for how he'll spend his time.

I didn't feel comfortable with this arrangement and am glad I didn't sign my daughter up for sleep-away camp. She enjoyed the day camp but the staff seemed more concerned with protecting themselves rather than allowing parents to protect their children. I was expecting some nice local horse riding girls to mentor her and instead had to leave her with boys who wouldn't tell me their names. She won't be back.

It was held at a beautiful winery and Healdsburg, and we were greeted with a glass of rosé. Donna was very communicative about the event, details and weather conditions before the event and engaging during the event. While she obviously couldn't control the weather, she was very effective at accommodating different comfort levels for walking in the rain. About half the group went back to the tasting room early. I stayed out with the group. Our guide David was extremely knowledgeable and fantastic at answering any and all questions. The lunch was both beautiful and tasty, and accommodated for both vegan and vegetarian needs. Overall a great day. I've already recommended it to several of my friends!

From inquiry to the end of the event we received nothing but high quality, friendly, and professional service. Annabel, Chris, Peyton, and everyone we interacted with were incredibly helpful and we felt like we were in the best hands. Working with this team made a challenging time feel a bit easier and allowed us to really celebrate our loved one. We started with a website inquiry and were able to take a tour shortly after. The event space has lots of windows that look over the golf course. They provide tables, chairs, linens, outdoor space, a lovely built in bar, memorial table, and a water, tea, and lemonade beverage station. We hosted a group of around 100 and fit very comfortably. They were able to set up a stage with podium and microphone. They also had 2 tvs that we were able to display a slideshow on. Prior to the event we were able to set up a food tasting and loved every dish we tried. During the event we received endless compliments of how lovely the space, food, and staff were. We would highly recommend the Santa Rosa Golf & Country Club for any event.

Annabel and her team did just that. The place is beautiful ( we did it outdoors). They even provided a golf cart to help transport our senior guests from the parking lot to the site. We went for the wine and beer package ; a wide selection of very good quality and abundant. Even the lemonade was a hit. The set up, as well as the linen, chairs, china etc were top notch. Last but not least, the staff was helpful, friendly, clean cut and very professional. Even the manager came out to congratulate the birthday girl and gave her a leí which gave it a personal touch. After reviewing several venues and caterers, the price was competitive. All in all, it made our lives easier, exceed our expectations and our guests loved it. Highly recommended.
