Lon arrived early and was extremely patient while waiting for my wife. Despite the early 5:30 a.m. pickup, he was friendly, professional, and engaging. He ensured we arrived at San Francisco International Airport safely and on time. For our return trip, Lon communicated clearly and consistently, even as our flight was delayed by three hours. When we finally landed, he was right on time despite poor weather conditions and unusually severe highway flooding in Marin County. Once again, the ride home was comfortable and pleasant, and we arrived safely. We highly recommend Lon and will absolutely use his services again in the future.

The bus was a little run down but the free Lagunitas beer and good company definitely makes up for it. Our driver Matt was awesome he was a super friendly guy, we would love to take a tour with him again!
