My experiences with taxis 10 years ago were terrible and the Sam's family completely redefined my idea of calling a taxi. I've been using Uber/lyft for as long as they've been around and have yet to request one since using Sam's Taxi Service. Not only is the customer service more consistent than Uber/Lyft... I was astonished that the average price of a taxi is CHEAPER than the other drive services. I've recommended this Taxi service to all my friends and family and always received positive feedback! Thank you JT, Issa, and Ricky for being so dependable for the passed few months!!

I used another taxi service and was extremely dissatisfied and my wallet hurt. After that experience, I wasn't inclined to use another taxi on my week long trip. However, my hotel's shuttle was broken and I was tired of hanging out in the middle of nowhere. A friend and I decided to take a ride to the casino nearby and the hotel called Ace Taxi. I had very low expectations. Dana picked my friend and I up. She was extremely friendly and in a few minutes, offered tons of advice about where to eat and drink in the area. This is exactly the kind of information I had hoped my hotel would be able to provide! After my friend and I were done at the casino hours later, we went outside and were trying to figure out how we would get Dana again. As luck would have it, she was pulled up as we were having that discussion. Wow! She was just as friendly as before and the conversation was the same. She talked about industry in the area and how things had changed. She also told us about the different character of places nearby in terms of what we may or may not be looking for. Just tons of information that was helpful to an out-of-town visitor. My rides with Dana that night were fantastic! It was everything I thought a taxi ride could be. Thank you Dana!

A group of us really wanted to take a dear friend out to a restaurant that had recently become wheelchair bound. She hadn't been out of her assisted living facility for months! When it came time to celebrate her 82nd birthday, we began researching transportation options. Sonoma County Airport Taxi did a wonderful job! I booked the day before. Beeb was early to pick-up, got the group to the restaurant for the reservation on time and returned everyone back exactly as planned! He was very professional and texted me before and after the event, as I was just the one that arranged the service. My friends said he was very pleasant and professional.
