I explained what I desired. He asked questions about the functions used on the computer. He listened and told me he would send me an eMail explaining hardware options in addition to options and suggestions. Immediately I made my decision to work with Brandon and BBM. We talked. I made a hardware decision. A acceptable bill of charges was presented to me. I agreed and the desktop replacement was initiated. I happily paid the deposit requested and Brandon acquired the new desktop computer. Off site he then preformed the necessary software loading and configurations. At the agreed upon date and time, Brandon arrived with the new hardware. He seriously worked moving the files from the old desktop to the new. The good - he accessed my laptop by remote connection and he cleared a lot of bloatware with CC Cleaner free version. And did get my laptop to run better. But he couldn't get my sound to work on on speakers or headphones and after uninstalling and reinstalling Realtek drivers a few times, he stated that the sound-card must have failed on the laptop, which either requires a used motherboard to be fitted (because new aren't available) or buy a new laptop. The bad: So I did some digging and found an app called "Fortrek for windows". I paid for one year's service and "Fortrek" went right through my laptop, cleared up more junk on it AND updated every driver that was out of date. It rebooted my laptop after all processes and guess what? My sound is now working on the speakers and on the headphones perfectly.
