We received a quote by the end of the day and waited a few weeks for actual measurements of our counter and backsplash space for replacement. Waited another few weeks to have them start demo on a Tuesday to disconnect stove, water, sink and dishwasher, and waited til Friday for installation of counters. Was originally planned for Thursday but due to miscommunication I wasted a full Thursday waiting to find out no one was coming. Came the following week to do backsplash and complete the job. For future reference, I would get an estimated timeframe from start to finish. Scheduling and communication seemed to lack and had difficulty trying to make my personal plans around them so I basically couldn't plan ahead for anything for 1 1/2 weeks. When I mentioned this to my sales associate he was very specific of a 3-4 day start/finish that was never mentioned to us, nor estimated in our contract. Well, we were way over their timeframe based on the wait time of scheduling. Since we had to go without sink water since Tuesday, a plumber came out Saturday to reconnect sink, stove and dishwasher for the weekend until completion the following week. I feel that the daily teams did a great job however I feel that my associate person could have given everything a thorough inspection, especially on completion day. Pictures and admiration does not pass as a full inspection. We ended up not having silicone caulk between the counters and backsplash therefore the grout was cracking, there were some quartz blemishes that needed touch up, electrical outlets were having problems, etc. and I had to make my own punch list for followup which again was not reinspected by my associate. So for over a two week period the job from start to finish was complete. I ended up caulking the counter to backsplash since nothing was scheduled, it was always next week.....not a scheduled day. I surrendered. Before this begun, full payment was done therefore I felt that they were done with us and left it at that. I still gave them 4 stars being that 90% of the job was done good by the assigned teams.

We hand-selected our granite slabs, and Atilla not only picked them up for us, but installed them flawlessly--with no seams whatsoever. Also. These were thick slabs. Heavy. Not two pieces glued together. They were measured and handled perfectly. The end result? Our kitchen countertops and backsplash are absolutely stunning--far beyond what you'd expect in a modest Lennar home. Honestly, they rival what you'd see in multi-million dollar properties. The stainless sink we selected was of a heaver gauge than some offered by other area companies. We shopped for our own granite at several stone yards. Originally we had the plan to update the kitchen during the pandemic, Amy came to my house to have everything measured, use 3D software generate the 3D model, made sure everything aligned what we wanted. We didn't pull the trigger due to many factors. The year after, we called Amy again. She came to the house, did the measurement, did the 3D model. We backed out again. This year, we called Amy again. She didn't say anything. Came over again, did the 3D model. We paid the deposit. Finally we started the project. During this process, Amy shows her patience, professionalism and attention to the details. Once the demolition and installation started, everything was organized in such a nice, efficient, and less disturbing way. The demolition was done in a day, and every trash was picked. Amy's husband, Victor, came to the house, with his experience and knowledge, discussed every details I need to think through - We removed two parts of the kitchen area so it brought some variations. He provided the options, respected my choice, and of course, with his knowledge about house remodeling trend, to make sure I have well-educated information. I'll list my experience below: -padded extra $400 onto quote for sink cut out and new sink which was not discussed during quote process. Luckily I saw that and purchased my own sink (also, they could've used the original sink too, so why add $200 without consulting with the client?) -added extra $40 onto granite removal charge. Quoted me $5/sq ft for removal. -cracked my backsplash and only offered $50 refund, and claimed "they're not responsible for damage" ...what?! -counter top came with scratches and scuff marks which they claim wasn't from them. It was installed in a new home where no one was living, and I saw it the day it was installed. Was definitely them -caused a leak when they removed sink, did not alert me to the severity of leak nor make any attempt to resolve it, which resulted in water piling up in my cabinet for a full day and ruined the bottom cabinets. -did not caulk countertop, so unnecessary open spaces between wall and countertop -damaged brand new cabinetry, also denied that. Sent pictures for undeniable evidence. This company is sloppy and they do not take responsibility for their shoddy work. I cannot recommend this company to anyone considering countertop replacement.
