We went to the showroom and were greeted by Aaliyah who explained the inventory and helped us to make a selection. Once we submitted a drawing of the top to be produced it took 4 days to have the finished countertop ready. It was small and the shop guys loaded it in the pickup for us. We self installed it and it fits perfectly. We are very satisfied with the result. Blue Label did a great fabrication job for us. They were on time, no surprises, precision work. I'll list my experience below: -padded extra $400 onto quote for sink cut out and new sink which was not discussed during quote process. Luckily I saw that and purchased my own sink (also, they could've used the original sink too, so why add $200 without consulting with the client?) -added extra $40 onto granite removal charge. Quoted me $5/sq ft for removal. -cracked my backsplash and only offered $50 refund, and claimed "they're not responsible for damage" ...what?! -counter top came with scratches and scuff marks which they claim wasn't from them. It was installed in a new home where no one was living, and I saw it the day it was installed. Was definitely them -caused a leak when they removed sink, did not alert me to the severity of leak nor make any attempt to resolve it, which resulted in water piling up in my cabinet for a full day and ruined the bottom cabinets. -did not caulk countertop, so unnecessary open spaces between wall and countertop -damaged brand new cabinetry, also denied that. Sent pictures for undeniable evidence. This company is sloppy and they do not take responsibility for their shoddy work. I cannot recommend this company to anyone considering countertop replacement.

Originally we had the plan to update the kitchen during the pandemic, Amy came to my house to have everything measured, use 3D software generate the 3D model, made sure everything aligned what we wanted. We didn't pull the trigger due to many factors. The year after, we called Amy again. She came to the house, did the measurement, did the 3D model. We backed out again. This year, we called Amy again. She didn't say anything. Came over again, did the 3D model. We paid the deposit. Finally we started the project. During this process, Amy shows her patience, professionalism and attention to the details. Once the demolition and installation started, everything was organized in such a nice, efficient, and less disturbing way. The demolition was done in a day, and every trash was picked. Amy's husband, Victor, came to the house, with his experience and knowledge, discussed every details I need to think through - We removed two parts of the kitchen area so it brought some variations. He provided the options, respected my choice, and of course, with his knowledge about house remodeling trend, to make sure I have well-educated information. With his experience and knowledge, it increase my kitchen countertop's functionality and usage area. I can't thank him enough for that. U Granites & Cabinets are high quality. If you are not familiar with that market, you will get lost - just like me walking into Home Depot to look at those prebuilt countertop and vanity. I like the cabinet's materials, how it built (those features I probably didn't really think about before). I started with the kitchen cabinets and countertops, extended to the bathroom's vanities . I am very happy about the decision, and much more appreciative what Amy, Victor and other staffs at U Granites & Cabinets More has provided. Victor did a huge favor to me by doing all kind of other jobs along the kitchen remodeling. I tell you, that's another level experience and knowledge from him about house remodeling and how to have those done correctly, effectively and cost-efficiently. Cost wise, I gave you my example. I hired a general contractor who quoted me $14K for all demolition (kitchen and tiles) only. My total cost with U granite (Kitchen countertop, cabinets and demolition) is less than that number. If you come across this shop and this review, I highly recommended at least give Amy a call or stop by at their shop to check out their offering. I would be happier that you do choose them as remodeling partners because I know you are making the correct decision.

The installers were particularly good and dealt with my quirky hall bathroom vanity with the odd angled corner very well and got it all to fit perfectly! They were also fine with my using a non standard little oval sink to fit that space. I decided to keep my Santa Cecilia kitchen granite instead of replacing so that I could do the bathrooms and they did a great job of fixing the chips, reconditioning it, and making the cooktop hole a little larger so that it would fit my new cooktop. I am now looking at re-doing my fireplace with them because they just do such good work at a fair price.

I do not like to stack negative reviews on companies and my father already posted a review, but their actions were not just directed at my father and he left some items out. 1). The install crew broke a water pipe, text us a picture that it was broken, only to have the owner deny that his company broke it in the first place. 2). My dad (Dwayne Allen - he left a google review), who originally recommended them to me wrote a review with his issues. They responded by saying it was on him and he got a "huge discount". This was not a huge discount, they believed the square footage to be almost double what they actually did, but took no notes and had no records. The field worker called and had to ask my father after they submitted an invoice what the size was to calculate the square footage. This invoice did not provide a discount to fix the water pipe either, and Pablo and his crew never offered to get it fixed. Leaving me to do it. 3). Then someone from this company (I believe Pablo) went onto my companies Facebook page and wrote a retaliation review (my company was not even involved in this transaction and most of the information was so inflammatory that it violated Facebooks policy and was removed). I see that they have good reviews and had they handled the situation differently, I may have seen these few items as a mistake, and used them in the future. However, their actions have shown me they are not a good business and I will never use them or recommend them. I will not use them and do not recommend them!

Recently I noticed a few small areas on the garage thresholds where the coating had pulled loose from the extreme heat and garage door sticking to the concrete. I reached out to Joel Allspaugh and sent him some pics of the problem areas. He had their service manager, Tin come out and with his helper Joseph they repaired the places to look like new! It's nice to know that there are contractors like All Innovative Concrete that stand by their work even after 4 years!

If you read what I wrote and of others who are reading care to look at the picture I posted of what you said you were going to do VS what you actually did, anyone could plainly see that you were absolutely not even in the same realm of finished product... which you lead me to believe is what you'd do, for 5k... Now, considering the job was so poorly done with not even the slightest consideration given to doing a patch and asking me if that's what I wanted since it was so different, I can only infer that your company is too busy trying to rush a job and get paid rather than apply critical thinking. Don't try to cloud the issue by showing the poorly done stain that another company did before I hired you... Yes, believe it or not (anyone who's reading) this happened before this particular company came in and ruined my floor. I asked for a certain style, the contractor said they could do it, and it came out horribly done and not even close to what was agreed upon as the finished product I was paying for. How could this happen to me twice in a row? Very bad luck in choosing a floor specialist apparently. You can show whatever before and after you want, but the important one is what YOUR company gave me as the example work, and then the completely different floor you did, and on top of it all you had the nerve to charge me saying you could fix it and didn't, and now you have the nerve to try and defend yourself by moving the goal posts by posting a picture that's unrelated to my issue. I'm not a litigious person but I'm telling you now I've got a mind to go to small claims with this, the more I think about it. Literally 100% of people polled when showed what you advertised VS what you did have said the same thing, which was "What the ****"
