Before - worn material and unlevel

5 star review here! Thank you John and your courteous team for our pool deck renovation in Twin Creeks. John and his team were kind, professional, and made sure the end result of our new pool deck was perfect. John personally stopped by a few times to make sure the quality of work being done was the highest standard. It's not often that you finish a project and ask yourself, "I wonder if there's anything else we can have them do?" But that's how we felt after finishing! See pics for a before and after. Would hire again 100000%!!

Back patio stone coat overlay

Capital Concrete Coatings did an excellent job extending my backyard patio for my future hot tub and then installing concrete stone overlay on my front entry porch and backyard patio and extension. John is very responsive and great to work with through the entire process. His team of installers led by Vic were prompt, creative in their design and always available to answer questions. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Capital Concrete Coatings based on our experience.

Can’t say enough good things about the crew who did my patio and pool surround. Quality and attention to detail.

We are so happy with this company! Two companies were "all set to start"... and then never showed up. Both had great reviews and even better excuses--none of which came with an actual follow-up. Another company did a nice job, but the price was so high we felt like we were financing a small yacht. Then we found Bearded Phool, and every week our cowboy pool and spa are sparkling like they're auditioning for a magazine cover. Their communication is fantastic--photos, a weekly report, and if I ever have a question, my texts or calls are returned immediately. The staff is incredibly friendly, and the quality of service is truly perfect. Thank you!!!

Let me start by saying Rodney is not a bad person. I believe he is well-meaning overall, and wants…read moreto do good by people. However, you definitely don't want to hire him to work on your spa. While there is some chance he can fix it, but there is a large chance that like me he doesn't fix it. Charges you $375. Creates a huge leak in your area that ruins carpets. Promises to come back, doesn't come back. Say's he'll make it right and then doesn't. Here are the issues with Rodney: He's not a good troubleshooter. Despite having worked with spas a long time, he's not good a featuring out what the problem is. He cuts corners. For example he put the wrong piping in our hot tub which resulted in a huge leak that he denied repsonisiblity for. He said "it wasn't leaking when I left, so it's your fault". The next guy outlined all the problems it was a vertical consumer white piping not grey hottub suitable piping. You can't trust he will do what he says he will. He seems very earnest and says "Trust me" a lot, but you can't. Even if you get it in writing like I did, he will back out. During the first round, the hot tub didn't get fixed, but he said it was and said he had to go to another appointment. He promised to come back in the morning if there were any problems. It started leaking and I told him this multiple times, and he didn't respond for a long time. He didn't show up as promised in the morning, but said he would come at 5:00pm, but didn't show up again. Claimed he didn't say he would. He finally came back and did a bunch of work, but couldn't figure out the problem. He said he would need to charge to do more troubleshooting, even after he agreed in writing he would fix it for no more cost. We finally got another person out from Poole, and they were the opposite. Took 30 minutes to figure everything out and pointed out all the problems that rodney created. If you choose rodney, and horrible things happen and you have read this, then it's no one's fault but yours.

His quote was competitive and also was flexible in scheduling! Rodney is very knowledgeable and passionate about hot tub maintenance and cleaning which you can tell in his enthusiasm for creating the best experience. I will definitely be using his services again!

I feel like they are really trying but they just can't get it together. I've had to go around them…read moreseveral times to get the manufacturer of the spa cover involved. The first time was a gasket that came off the first time I used the cover. Paradise tried to tell me I would have to pay. I contacted the manufacturer and miraculously it was indeed covered under warranty. The hydraulics on the cover were troublesome from the very start. Service tech said the install team did it wrong. Supposedly fixed it but it was still difficult to operate. Came out again and tech found incorrectly sized hydraulics. By this time the lift is starting to warp and buckle the swim spa panels. Tech tries to tell me that is normal because the mounting screws have no place to go on the spa frame. I'm thinking that is not acceptable and email the manufacturer and service manager. No response for weeks and weeks. A follow up call to the service dept and the manager agrees that doesn't look normal. Tech comes out again and says the same thing. Now it's a discussion between cover manufacturer, swim spa manufacturer and Paradise. I deeply regret not looking at the reviews before this purchase!!!!

Let us warn you about Paradas Spas & Outdoor Living. I bought this spa from someone named Vince,…read morewho almost broke his neck getting all the paperwork signed, because I was putting 50% down - afterwards, I never heard a single solitary word or phone call from him. Thankfully, a logistics company named We-Gotchu Logistics and Tanner, owner, saved the day. I had to order a crane so that we could take it over a privacy fence. I did all this on my own, except for Tanner, who made an exception to put me first in line and specifically gave me a time he would be here, so as not to run up my bill with the crane company. He did just that and more. Since we never heard from Vince after he finished the paperwork on the Spa and collected his money, I would say service after the sale is zero. Don't take any chances with Vince or Paradise Spas.
