This company is a complete SCAM. If you want someone to take your money and then never return your calls or emails, then hire these guys. Jose has given awful customer service and completely left me and the venue with no contact the day of the event. No one showed up, no one answered our calls, and there were cars parked in the lot that we paid $500 for. I called and texted 10 times on the day of the event and they sent me straight to voicemail every time. BEWARE. Even the venue across the street has said that they have had this happen multiple times, where they ghosted their clients and took their money. I do not recommend. I would give 0 stars if I could. Went to an awards dinner at the Fox Theatre in Redlands and Black Diamond was the contracted valet service - they damaged my car and after repeated attempts to get my car repaired - Jose, the owner has failed to repair the damage or even return messages. If I could give them 0 stars I would. We had informed them our event time is at 7 pm and they had promised to set up ahead of time. However they showed up with us at 7 pm and began to set up then. We continuously received calls from our guests asking us where to park. We still ended up getting charged full balance although majority of the guests had to park themselves. Our wedding planner and us kept calling them and there was no response . So unprofessional. I would never recommend them. read more

I used this service for the first time last night at the Galleria at Tyler location. I went to pick up my vehicle at 9pm. No valet to be found. I live in Redondo Beach, and was eager to get on the road home. A post it note on my windshield gave me a number to call. The guy that answered said he was on a break & could be there in 15-20 minutes. Fast forward 30 minutes later, I finally get my key, and the guy said the valet stand sometimes closes when things are slow. Hmm, two different stories??? My mom waited 10 minutes before one of the valets who were busy talking to each other finally noticed her. Then, he approaches her and assumes that since she is brown that she must speak Spanish so he fires rapid Spanish at her. She speaks no spanish, whatsoever. The only good experience we had was when the valet, different from the ones who parked our car, retrieved our car quickly and was polite at the end. read more

Jose and his team were very professional and communicated efficiently with our university purchasing and risk management department to ensure BDV had all of the insurance qualifications needed to host an event as an approved vendor for our campus. The customer service is excellent there and they treat you great when you go and If you want your car waxed and buffed this is the place to go honestly.
