What was that yesterday? One of your valet attendants harassed me, insulted me, and refused to give me my keys back. This was outside AGAPE 1928. Our two-person team was working there, and in the morning we confirmed with the venue manager, the other vendors, and the couple that we were allowed to park in that lot--we needed to be parked nearby--but your staff refused to let us park there. After 11 hours of hard work, I then had to deal with that valet again just to get my keys back. I was about to call the police. He was trying to extort money from me and was shouting at me in front of the guests. Everyone except him understood that we had permission to park in that lot. Please be more careful when hiring staff who will treat people with respect and not create unnecessary stress. read more

Rocky with Cedar's parking and his crew did an amazing job helping valet cars for a 100 people. They are punctual, efficient and professionally dressed. What a great job and I commend them for assisting with my elderly guests. Reasonably priced too! Thank you very much. read more

We were having a housewarming party. We knew a lot of people were coming. And we live in a hilly neighborhood so I wanted to make sure our guests didn't have trouble with parking, Cedars Parking Service was super professional and friendly. All of our guests felt comfortable handing over their keys. My mother in law left a card on the front seat and she was so bummed she left it in the car when one of the workers offered to run and get it! Super cool! I would love to hire them again!!! Thank you!!! read more

Cedars Parking Services is the absolute best. I was so impressed with the owner, Rocky Atoul. Before I even chose his services he came to my location on his own just to scout it out. No other parking service even offered to do that. He is highly efficient and pays attention to every detail. As a result, he provides a first class srvice. His team of valet attendants are outstanding . They are truly profssional, courteous, and very fiendly. My 110 guests were most pleased with their service and the manner in which they were treated. The attendants were immaacualte in dress and their black and white attire added a real touch of class to the entire event. They were very aware of time in being punctual in parkng and returning cars. Not only did the owner. Mr. Atoul, come down before I chose him ,but he later came with his manager of the valet attendants to go over every detail. As a result, the evening ran smoothly with no problems at all. By comparison, Cedars Parking Services is moderately priced; yet, they offer exceptional high price service. No one could ever surpass them. It was a privilege to have them and they hold top priority in my book. You could never go wrong utilizing their services. Thank Cedars Parking Service, Rocky and his wonderful team for doing such a great job! I interviewed many valet parking companies when my hotel in Laguna Beach was in need of a temporary valet company to service our parking needs when our parking lot was undergoing renovations. Cedars was my choice, and I am so glad I hired them. The valet attendants were truly attentive, welcoming, hospitable and extremely helpful in every which way. They went above and beyond and assisted the hotel staff however they could. Thank you Rocky and team, I most certainly hope to work with you again. read more

My husband and I could not recommend Rocky more highly. Our celebration of life event started on the hour. Rocky and his team showed up 45 minutes early to manage early arrivals. At the end of the event keys were distributed to those guests who we're staying on and had not yet claimed their vehicle. The entire valet process was extremely professional and the valets themselves were most courteous to our guests. During the quote process Rocky was very responsive in answering all my questions. Again, couldn't recommend Cedars more highly. read more

Used these guys for a Yelp helps event in laguna niguel, and boy were they fabulous! First off I had a terrible experience with another valet that ended up screwing me over and cancelling the day before, and when I called cedars to get service, rocky came out within 2 hours to check my property and give me a quote! We immediately accepted. The next night they were on time and courteous and professional. Our event ended at 8:30 and there were about 25 people in line to get their cars, they knocked it out safely and efficiently within minutes to prevent the line from growing or keeping people waiting too long. Really happy with cedars, and would absolutely use them again! read more

As an event planner it's so important to me to completely trust the other vendors that I use. They have to be professional, on time, friendly and everything else that goes into making a great service provider. Cedars parking service is all of these and more. The vehicles are first rate, as are the drivers. My calls are always responded to promptly, and the service is exactly what I ask for. I highly recommend this service. read more

I can't thank Rocky enough for organizing valet services for my event. I called Rocky two days before a big gathering I was hosting as I didn't decide until last minute that I'd need help with guests and parking. Rocky replied right away with a quote that was very reasonable and cheaper than the one other company I contacted. He, without being asked, stopped by the building to evaluate the parking and valet set up options on his own that same day without even being asked. We walked through the plan and he assured me everything would run perfectly--and it did! On the day of, Rocky and his team showed up an hour earlier than I had asked! They set up and all my guests said the parking/valet went seamlessly. They helped guests find the elevators and clubhouse for our event in addition to making sure there was never a line of cars waiting or a line of guests waiting. They stayed about an hour longer than I had anticipated and Rocky was kind enough not to charge me more than he had quoted. I can't thank them enough for turning my event at an apartment complex with a very complicated parking situation into an easy and flawless experience for my guests. I would definitely recommend Rocky for events and know he is reliable, trustworthy, and will ensure your guests are well taken care of! We plan on having him at an upcoming family wedding later this year as well as we were that satisfied and know he will deliver just as well! read more

These guys are simply the best. As an event planner, you are only as good as your vendors and I call them every single time I need valet. Rocky always gets back to me quickly with a quote and his team is fast and professional. He even got his team together an hour and a half earlier than I had contracted them for because of a client error in the timeline. He and his guys were there in 20 minutes! They jumped right in without skipping a beat and hustled to get cars parked under extremely stressful circumstances. It blew my mind. They are awesome! read more

Very fast response from Randy. He will work with your budget and his prices are very reasonable. Pleasure to deal wth him.

A trusted family friend of mine uses Cedars Parking for all of their events, so when it was time to have my wedding I decided to use them as well. Rocky was super helpful, nice, and efficient. The day of the wedding went amazingly smooth and all of my friends and family were well taken care of. Their service is smooth, fast, and friendly. I would definitely recommend cedars parking for anyone looking for valet needs! Thanks Rocky! read more

We were referred to Rocky and his Team by a venue we were using for a Non-Profit event in Fullerton. They came highly recommended and did not disappoint throughout the entire process. When we first started discussing our needs I was in Australia and often delayed in responding to Rocky due to the time difference. I never experienced a lack of patience or sense of frustration from Rocky. The evening at the beginning of the event was a bit chaotic due to the fact we were in a secured airport facility. Guests were not the most patient and The Cedar Team remained professional and kind. We had an elderly couple go out of their way to compliment "the loveliness and the kindness of the young men" that parked their car. The professionalism and efficiency that were exhibited all night are a reflection of Rocky himself. Kudos Sir!! We will use Cedars Parking for any future events. Thanks to being a part of the success of the evening! read more
