He took my keys after opening the door for me and my newlywed parents helping my father's wife out of the car. He then pointed out to us where the car would be and let us know if we needed anything else we were welcome to come back whenever and he'd assist us. I have been coming to Moongoat for my coffee for a couple of months now and have had the pleasure of seeing/using this service there. I won't write much about their work as many of the other reviews on this site have given credibility to their efficiency and care better than I ever can. What I want to recognize is the work ethic and personality of this company and its workers. Every person that I have ever seen operating through the streamline valet has been courteous, hard-working and respectful. It is not uncommon to see them multitask to an incredible capacity: running from car to car, giving directions and reassurance to the drivers, while striking up a conversation with their clients. Personally, I feel concerned when someone else drives my car, but they always seem to have a comforting atmosphere about them. Today, I had a very great interaction that prompted me to write a review about this company. I want to recognize Charlie, who I have seen working at the Moongoat location for some time. He asked me the standard pleasantries such as "how are you doing today", but took it a step further to really inquire what could make my day better and what are some good parts of the week. The first thing I got from this interaction is that he cares about his clients and wants to make sure that they are treated with the utmost care/concern secondary to that of their vehicle. I hope that they continue to have this mentality and this work ethic because it's hard to come by good service with great people. read more

Went to Playa Mesa for dinner and parking was a bit tricky - usually we don't use valet but this time it made sense, and Streamline Valet was great! There were a few other people waiting for their car to be parked, but the Valets were working quickly and efficiently. They were polite and friendly to everyone. While we waited our turn, we saw that even though they were busy, they took their time to drive and park the cars safely. When we left the restaurant, our car was brought to us promptly. My husband hates it when anyone adjust our seats, and we were happy to find that they hadn't been changed. Thank you for the wonderful service! read more

My car was was damaged under their care. My wife noticed it when we got into the car when they delivered the car to us as we left. Next business day I attempted to take care of it. They totally blew us off and hid behind the small print on the valet ticket. My wife and I don't drink, apparently the valets do. Good business would have been to accept responsibility and a raving review would have been left here. Lesson learned on my part. Within the the last few years he's had some great guys working the valet but Ryan is my guy. To comment on Tim's response, I reached out the very next morning (when there was daylight and I noticed the damage) to the establishment my car was at; it was not 2 days later. That's a mischaracterization of the timeline. Tim and I connected on the 2nd day, but that was after the establishment he was contracted to do valet service for finally connected us. He was aware of that. To his other point about which body shop I got a quote from somehow affecting his decision to pay for the damage his driver caused, I do not see how that is relevant to his decision to retract his offer to fix the damage. I'm not going to take the car to his friend's shop that gives him half price and is not going to suggest a proper fix. If he really felt that way, he could have offered to pay 3/4 or 1/2 the cost. Something; anything. He paid not one penny. My recommendation to everyone out there, look over your car completely when getting it back from the valet. Yes, the try to rush you away, but take 2 minutes and walk around looking at it. If you see anything, file a police report right there. The moment you drive off their lot, they will deny responsibility. read more

Tim puts a lot of effort into making every ounce of the valet experience special; from a custom sign for the event, to individual water bottles for the guests, to setting up cones and a valet stand that looked organized and professional. Yesterday, as I arrived at a local coffee shop in Costa Mesa, I observed a young man who was working very hard, running from car to customer, opening doors for folks, smiling at everyone who pulled in with their cars, and welcoming them to the coffee shop. I observed how great he was with each one as I sat in my car answering emails, I went into the coffee shop to meet my friends and upon leaving, again I see this young man, greet each person with professionalism, nice smile and joyful communication and all of sudden he says, Have a great day Ma'am to me and complimenting me on my blue sweater. I was shocked because most young ppl his age don't ever say something nice about what a 58 year old woman is wearing. Made my day!! After thanking Ethan, I was hugging my friend goodbye when I noticed that a customer was giving Ethan a hard time about having to give him his car to park it (Coffee shop requires it) and the way Ethan handled it made me want to go over and introduce myself and find out more about him. WHAT AN IMPRESSIVE YOUNG MAN! He handled that annoyed customer so well that when Ethan told me it was his first day there I had to reach out to your company to praise him!!! If I could, I would hire Ethan for my company. He was so courteous and smiled to every customer that I observed as I worked for an hour in my car again before driving out. I had a terrible experience inside the coffee shop and I was embarrassed over how my 8 friends were treated but all of them wrote to me in the group chat that THEY WERE ALL impressed with the young man who gave them their car. Too bad Ethan wasn't inside waiting on us at our table to make our day even more perfect, but the smiles he put on all 8 of us women at the time of leaving was remembered by all of them.
