Katie your venue is beautiful and you have been very kind to us but there are some things that need a huge improvement the venues temperature and the AC units that are in there do nothing for large parties and the power in the venue does not stay on and my guest had to find the breaker box to turn it on every couple of minutes because it kept shutting off the power during dinner and right before I walked down the aisle they had to switch it back on so we were able to hear our pastor during the ceremony. These details really need to be told to people that are trying to rent the venue not only did my guest go out and buy fans just to try and make it bearable the staff called their families to bring fans just to try and help my guest. This was the biggest day of mine and my husbands life and we were so worried about our guest and the heat. I planned for a year for this day and the heat and the power staying was a huge problem!!!

She is so detailed oriented, had such great suggestions, and literally made sure that everything went off without a hitch. She remembered even the smallest details which was very important to me. Everything that she promised me actually did happen! So many of our guests said that this was the best wedding they've ever been to and I think 90% of the guests were there up until the very end. We have a lot of foodies in our family and they were all raving about the food. And DJ Montessa did such a great job not only as our MC but also understanding the kind of music that the bride and groom wanted. This is the second Wedgewood wedding we've had in our family and I highly recommend not only the Harper but Wedgewood Weddings as well.

This was a huge letdown that this unfortunately kept our wedding day from being perfect and as seamless as we had hoped. Other than the DJ, we loved the venue and were extremely happy with Wedgewood. She should've just smiled and left the room professionally. Most of these customers inside are under the influence due to alcohol. Be positive and have a great time. Clubs are meant to be an escape and a place to be at to have a great time! Going to a nightclub or any sort of event should require good customer service. This place is rated a 3.1 starts on yelp. This "manager" should be coached or removed from the property. It's disgusting how she had the confidence to approach a customer who was in a good mood and specify she was the manager in an angry rude tone of voice. I had spoken to one of the security guards and he listened and apologized, I appreciate his service and will try this place one more time! Had a great night but also security needs to be less aggressive. Security guard touched me and said I need to go inside. He was pushing me back. Very inappropriate and unexpected at a club.

To top it off, after we had already checked out at the front desk, the hotel called us two hours later asking why we hadn't checked out yet. Overall, the property felt poorly maintained and disorganized. Based on our experience, I would not stay here again.

Around 3:00 AM, I discovered that the air conditioning in our room was not working. The room was hot, uncomfortable, and completely unsuitable for rest. Given the situation, we went to the front desk to request a room change. Instead of helping, the staff member on duty immediately became rude and confrontational. I calmly explained that she was extremely tired and asked if we could move our belongings in the morning (before 8 AM) rather than in the middle of the night. That's when things escalated. He responded loudly: "You are not supposed to do this. You cannot keep two rooms. That's not how this works." His tone was aggressive and completely unnecessary. I politely asked him to lower his voice, but instead he became even more agitated. He started yelling in the lobby, saying things like, "How could you do this to me? It's only me working today--why would you bring this up right now?" At that point, it felt like he was taking his frustration out on us for simply reporting a problem. As the situation continued to escalate, I told him he needed to control himself and questioned why he was escalating things so far. In response, he said he would call the police to remove us. Let that sink in--paying guests, in the middle of the night, dealing with a broken AC, being yelled at in the lobby and threatened with police involvement. The entire interaction was uncomfortable, unprofessional, and honestly shocking. I was exhausted, overheated, and just asking for a reasonable solution. Instead, I met with hostility and public confrontation. Basic service recovery, respect, and professionalism were completely missing here. Instead of being able to rest, we found ourselves awake at 3:38 AM writing this review. What should have been a simple service request turned into an unnecessarily stressful and disruptive experience due to the staff member's unnecessary dramatic attitude in handling the situation.
