I had another party bus booked for my event, but found out the day before they were not going to be on time to pick us up (they over booked). I was scrambling to find someone and Mario was able to get me and my party taken care of and scheduled just the day before. The bus was 15 mins early for pick up, the driver Mike was dressed very nicely, the bus was beautiful and clean for our party of 20. We had a couple stragglers, and Mike did a wonderful time getting us to our timed event with minutes to spare. I honestly cannot say enough positive things about the high quality customer service both Mario and Mike gave to me and my Party. They saved the day more than they know. The bus had awesome lighting, a dance pole, and the ability to hook up your music! Also comfy clean couches! Comfortably fit 20 in our group! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! I would give 0 stars if I could. I rented a party bus for my birthday so that me and my family and friends could go wine tasting in Temecula. It was during a heat wave and temperatures were 105 degrees +. The bus arrived and immediately my guests informed me that the floor was covered in sticky substances. It was like having your shoe stuck in mud, that's how sticky it was. I boarded the bus and it was super hot. I went out and asked the driver what was wrong with the air and he said, "Nothing, I just turned it on because I didn't want to have it running from Anaheim to Temecula". I trusted him. BIG MISTAKE!!! The AC NEVER went on during the entire trip. We were all miserable and sweating. It was over 100 degrees and we were stuck inside this black bus without air or open windows. It was horrible!! We were drenched in sweat and my grandmother (who is recovering from cancer treatment) felt sick the entire time. The driver apologized and said he didn't know there was anything wrong with the air. He was trying to reach the owner but unable to. He told us not to worry about giving him a tip and that he would have the owner call me. This was completely unacceptable! I paid $550 dollars to be in unsafe conditions. Even pets aren't supposed to be in closed up vehicles in hot weather. There were no windows, nothing. No escape. Literally a heat trap. I was so upset. I never heard from the owner and when he finally responded to my email the next day, he said it's just like if the AC went out in my car and that sometimes things happen. WHAT?!?? This is absolutely NOT like if my car AC went out. He said he could not refund me any money but he could give me a voucher for $150 dollars for the next time. Yeah right, like I would ever use his service again, if you can even call it that. He stole my money and ruined my birthday celebration. He even had the audacity to lie and say the vehicle was checked before leaving the yard. My a$$ is was!!! If it was checked, why was the floor covered in sticky liquid !? Nothing was checked. Nothing was done on his part to rectify what happened. He hasn't responded to my emails ever since. You're a coward, Mario. It's disgusting that you could even think what you put me and my guest through was ok. read more

I rented this service for my Nieces sweet 15th Birthday. To start the driver was on time as said by the owner and clean. The driver was very polite and attentive to all our needs. It was a bunch of Kids on the Bus and they were beyond astonished at what they were in. They never expected a Party Bus and when they saw it everyone was in Awwwww. The limo bus driver didn't pick up our 30+ guests at Carter Estates (popular hotel in Temecula), or do one of our return runs after the wedding. We had sent an email with additional details on the pickup/drop off locations, but that email was never acknowledged. The sales representative (Mario) blamed us for the muffed pickup, but he never contacted our phone number during the event. The only time they used our phone number was to try and push back our pickup times to accommodate an event they had earlier in the day (sorry, weddings can't be re-scheduled, and we booked half-a-year in advance). They also managed to double charge us for the event by taking our cash payment, and charging our card-on-file (eventually corrected). Mario was colorful about the lack of tip. Jokes on him. We gave a generous tip, but that tip was in the hands of one of the ~30 guests they didn't pick up at Carter. read more

We booked 2 party buses over Spring Break for our daughters' 13th and 15th birthdays! Back to back party buses! Mario was great and super accommodating! The original bus we booked was supposed to be smaller, but since the AC wasn't working properly, he sent an even bigger bus and didn't charge me extra for that night! Needless to say, when my other daughter saw that gigantic bus, how could I not do the same for her. We set everything up through Mario (949-468-9513). 4/18/15, Our agreement was to get 12 passengers picked up from Corona and dropped off in LA. And after the party was over we were scheduled to get picked up at 2am. As we start texting and calling Mario that we are ready, no replies, no answer, nothing. At 2am we are left stranded in the street with kids in LA. after 30 minutes I get a call from James saying, "there will not be a limo driving into the yard until maybe 4am!, Maybe!, I suggest you call Super Shuttle for a ride and try to get reimbursed tomorrow." I didn't believe it, here we are stranded, and another call from James comes in and he says, "you know that limo I mentioned that might come in at 4am? well the driver isn't answering his calls or text, he is known for partying with customers so most likely you are not getting home unless you contact Super Shuttle and they might help." So if you are looking for a company to leave you out in the street, stranded with no apologies, these are the people! I will never consider these people again! UNPROFESSIONAL! The company has failed to communicate back to us, I am assuming this was some kind of side job that was performed, hopefully it backfires on them. read more

Rented a bus for prom. There was nothing wrong with the bus the problem was the driver. He tried to charge me a large amount more than the guy who rented me this said. The driver said it was including tip. I told him we would tip him however much we wanted but I didn't want it included. After I told him this he kept on insisting for his tip before we even got on the bus. He wouldn't stop insisting! When we got to the venue my friend and I forgot our sandals in the bus so we called him to come back up. He said it would take 30 minutes to come to us but instead it took him an hour and a half!! Our prom was up a hill. He was parked down the hill and after prom kept insisting all 27 of us walk down the hill towards him. He did not want to come up to get us. Wish I could get my tip back. Terrible service. Would not recommend this at all. Maybe a different driver. read more

Fearing that they would miss the event, they ended up using their own cars. Our son still had to pay and was given excuses for the service. If I could give ZERO stars I would. The only regret I have from my wedding day is hiring these people to be our shuttle service for our guests. To begin with they were very bad at communicating beforehand. This just goes to show that just about anyone can call themselves a "business owner" these days. The day of the event they completely failed to do TWO out of our FOUR pickups for our guests and didn't even call us to let us know anything had changed nor did they offer any portion of a refund. They also were unable to communicate with us since the driver didn't even speak English! The owner of the company had the audacity to complain that we didn't tip his driver, and keep in mind this is after the driver failed to do half his job. We had planned these pickup times way in advance but still the limo service (if you could even call it a service at this point) failed to do their very simple job of driving to one place, waiting and opening a door, and then driving to another place and opening the door one more time. Do yourself a favor and DON'T book with this company. I'm positive literally ANYYYYY other limo service would be better than this one. read more
