I wish I could give 0 stars, and I would of I could. This limo service was the worst part of my wedding day on 6/7/14. When the limo showed up, it was filthy inside and out, not to mention it was the wrong limo. I ordered a whit limo..pretty appropriate for a wedding I think. What I got was some ridiculous gangster looking wannabe pimp mobile that looked it been sitting in a sand storm for a week. I could write my name in the dust on the limo. I could not have been more embarrassed. What tops it off is that when I called to complain afterwards, the owner rushed off the phone with a promise to call back soon. That didn't happen. I've called him again, and all he does is avoid me. I'm always willing to give a place with some poor reviews a try, especially if they have a lot of four and five star reviews with a few one star reviews. After all, there are some customers out there who are just idiots. What I learned here is to look closely at the dates of the reviews. This business was doing something right from 2011 to early 2013, but the reviews have steadily gone down since then. Last weekend we got a stretch hummer limo for my friends birthday. We used it to go bar hopping in Hollywood & Beverly Hills. The limo made 2 stops- 1st in Costa Mesa to pick up the OC folks, and then in Culver City to pick up everyone else. Our driver was Aaron, and he was the best limo driver I've had in a long time. He was punctual, accommodating, and very friendly. The limo had an excellent sound system, and Aaron stayed on top of the music we wanted played. He was punctual when we called him to pick us up from bar to bar, and he even went to re-stock the limo with red bulls and other beverages (we gave him money) while we were at one of the clubs. We came out, and he had cleaned the entire limo, restocked it with cups and ice and everything we requested! Overall, amazing experience. I will definitely call this limo company the next time I need to rent a limo, and recommend it to anyone looking for quality service. read more

I got a Hummer Limo for my friends birthday party. We went bar hopping all over West Hollywood. Picked us up in Orange County and was very punctual. The Limo Driver (Aaron) was very professional, friendly, funny, and pleasant to have around. Made my friends feel very comfortable. The Limo was in great conditions, very clean, spacious, and had a great sound system. By far was the best limo service I have ever encountered. I will refer anyone that will be interested in a limo service or any party bus needs. The price was reasonable and I could say that for having a lot of people on board it was a good time. ABSOLUTELY WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY WEDDING DAY! I had been looking forward to using this vendor, they were very eager to win our business and I love supporting local vendors from my hometown. Their prices were very competitive so we gave them a shot. My husband made the reservations, emailed the address for pickup, even gave them the credit card # to put 1/2 down prior to the wedding day. We thought we were all set. We reserved a limo for about 4 hours, and a pickup by towncar at the end of the night since we had a rather long reception. There was never any warning that they hadn't charged are card or forgot to book us until the day of. We tried calling the night before to confirm with no answer. The morning of, my maid of honor starts calling to confirm they will be there and they act like they don't have us down and have no idea who we are. I was livid. My husband had to call them infuriated to sort out the situation. After they realized it was their mistake they tried to correct it but we were running so late at this point we could only get an SUV for the initial pickup which was not enough to carry the whole wedding party. So the men had to drive, causing even more of a problem later when getting to the reception location and home that night. After the ceremony they were able to get us an upgraded limo for the same price and even kept the limo there until the end of the event since this was their screwup, but really the hassle it gave us the day of having to frantically call all over was a nightmare. We were late to everything, couldn't use the time we had paid for at the venue for photos because we were so behind schedule, had random people having to drive separately. It was a complete mess! I WOULD NEVER USE THEM AGAIN NOR RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE! Brides, I recommend you pay the little extra and go with a more profesional company. read more

It was a true pleasure to deal with Marcus the owner of the company. He was able to accommodate my next day request with two pick up locations and two drop off locations. His driver Anthony arrived early and had no problems with getting to our desired locations on time and safely. The driver even called me to check to see if there was anything special we wanted in the car. I would most definitely call them again. Rented a limo for a retirement dinner for my parents. I just needed a simple transfer from Norwalk to the Dal Rae in Pico Rivera. Ive used limo companies in the Foothill area preciously This ride was anything but simple. Marcus the owner made my parents the king and queen for the small time we had with them. First of all I only wanted a short transfer to make the night special. I had called Marcus to see if I could drop off a corsage for my mom the day of, he had the driver Pick it up for us! Wow! A few minutes before the surprise pick up I was nervous because my parents thought I was picking them up. Then a very looong Hummer limo pulled in front of their home and their gentle driver Aaron pulled up and helped in our surprise by not divulging where they were going. My mom and dad were in shock but felt so relaxed with Aaron. My mom said it was as if a family member had come for them. They were simply in heaven being the only two in this monster vehicle. As they arrived at the Dal Rae, Aaron made the hairpin turn quite beautifully into the parking lot, it was so worth every penny seeing my mom waving at us and smiling from ear to ear. She wanted the limo for the night of course and we'll have to make that happen soon. This is my new limo company. I cant see myself using anyone else. And I don't only recommend them but would go so far as to say don't fool yourself by going anywhere else. Very disappointed!!! If punctuality is important to you, look for another limo company. I hired Loya Limo for my daughter's 18th birthday. First of all, driver arrived at pick up location 30 minutes late, and expected to get paid in full. After wasting another 10 minutes on phone with owner, finally drove bunch of girls to club in Hollywood. Driver told them he would pick them up at 12:45, but did not show up until 1:00. Everyone whose been to Hollywood clubs knows that at that time of night, they're surrounded by creepy people. The girls were very scared! Return time was scheduled for 2:00 am but they were dropped off at 1:30, so another 1/2 hour wasted. Although their prices are tempting and limos are nice and clean, I do not recommend this limo company. read more

He is very unprofessional and disrespectful with clients and he thinks everyone owes him something because he's Tommy Lasorda's driver. I used Loya Limo for my son's Senior Prom. It was easy. I filled out all the info online. Pick up, prom location and drop off of both kids. The driver Brian, called my son to let him know he was on the way and arrived on time. The price is a great low price for the hours I wanted and included gratuity, which was nice. I ordered a Town Car but he came with a Cadillac Sedan at no extra charge! The kids made it home safely. The driver was pleasant and courteous. Had a very rough start. Made the reservation, put my deposit down and had a confirmation for my event. That part was easy except for the fact I had to call two days after I sent my request by email to follow up on my request. So the night of the event which was my sons 18th bday gift, tickets to Hollywood bowl for a concert, no, car showed up. I texted Marcus a few min after the scheduled pick up time and he responded quickly and admitted he had forgotten to send a car for the concert. Long story short, we had to drive my son and friend to the concert because we couldn't wait any longer without making them late. They were pretty bummed as were the parents of the other boy and the friends that had come over to see them off. Marcus called me as we were driving to the concert and apologized for the mistake. He showed up at the concert, with a nicer car then we reserved, bought the boys something to eat on the way home and only charged us the deposit amount. He was very professional and showed great character in trying to fix a mistake. The boys has a great time at the concert and had very nice things to say about Marcus. I was blown away by the services we received from Loya Limo!! I was given the task of finding a limo company for my friend who was getting married. I looked around and got many quotes but when I called Loya, Marcus asked me what my lowest quote was and said he would match it since it was lower than what he was going to offer. I said I needed to talk with the bride and would get back to him by the end of the day. The bride said yes and I called him back and we set all the limos and cars up. Marcus couldn't be more understanding and helpful in making sure my friend's day went off without a hitch. On the morning of, there was a minor glitch, but Marcus called me right away and assured me that they were on it and would be fixed right away, which it was. What I was most impressed by was the fleet of cars that Loya Limo provided us with on the day of the event. I thought that we would have two Lincoln town cars and a limo, but we had two Escalades and a nice limo, the best I have ever ridden in. I was really impressed by the professionalism and service we received from Loya Limo. I would recommend this company to anyone who lives in the LA area. I was in dire need of a limo rental for my wedding as a last minute plan. I found a company on YELP but they didn't have any white limo for a wedding and offered a black one (yeah right- as if I was going to rent that). Then I tried another company, but they did not get back to me like they would so I gave it a shot with Loya Limousine. Marcus was nice on the phone and helped me out with my choices. Awful experience! Does not deserve any stars but didn't give me the option! Like other customers have said before this limo service is the worst! I had them chauffeur my bridesmaids and I. The driver, which was the owner Marcus, showed up late supposedly because his driver flaked. He showed up late with his daughter in tow. Inside the limo was hot (making all my makeup melt!), dirty with old used cups with lipstick on them, bird poop and dry water spots all over it, and not stocked with water and soda like it was supposed to be. Also, the trimming on the right side back door completely came off! Once arriving to the church (10 minutes before my wedding was supposed to start), the driver calls a back up driver and takes off. The new driver is there waiting for us and apologizes to my husband right away. He apologizes for the messy limo and says that he will not work for this company ever again. Once again the limo is hot inside. My husband calls Marcus on Tuesday (7/29/14) to complain and ask for a refund. At first, he says that he will not give us a refund, then says he will give us $100 back. I don't agree with this at all considering that I paid $459! I ask for at least 50% back and he says that he will not do that. He says "at least I got you there!" He does not believe that his air conditioner is blowing out hot air instead of cold air and says that he recently got it fixed! Obviously it didn't get fixed buddy! This guy is nuts and does not have ethics! We exchange words and now I have complained to the Better Business Bureau. My advice to anyone is to not take the chance with this company, especially if it is for your wedding! read more
