I used them for my wedding and I should of used the company they told me not too. I'll never use them again. Understaffed and not prepared. Had to use their pick up truck to get my guest up the Update: I did not confirm that you were not the company. I haven't talked to anyone from your company since the event. Please don't lie. You keep messaging asking me to take down my review and I refuse to bc this is true. So please top saying you've spoken to me and I have not spoken with you at all!

My valet ticket before my vehicle was damaged after the valet attendant told me he'll take of my car.

They were great. Very organized and professional to deal with. Parking in our neighborhood was challenging but not a problem for these guys.

TLDR - Would never use this service again. Ever…read more SD Airport Terminal 1 parking lot is closed due to construction and we're all forced to park at the Terminal 2 parking lot. It was all full and needed to catch my flight so I was forced to use the Valet service for $60. That's fine, just $20 more than what I usually pay for day parking. Drop off was fine and easy, but the pick up was horrible. I texted the number, and was given a text that my car would be ready in 15 min. Waited over 30min to get my car. There were customers who landed after me who got their car before me. So I asked for a status update and the guy nonchalantly goes, "oh yeah, you have been waiting." No sense of urgency for his business. I finally get my car and I look over at my passenger seat and I see that my microfiber towel I use to clean my glasses is out of my center console. I open my center console and it's been rummaged through! I have some petty cash in there for emergencies and luckily whoever rummaged through it didn't find it. I will never use this service again ever. My car has been safer overnight on the streets of San Francisco. My advice to you is, if you absolutely have to use this valet service, which is totally possible until Terminal 1 construction is complete, practice patience and potentially be okay with having your car rummaged through by complete strangers. Also, they messed with my car settings. Not sure what that's all about, but try your absolute best not to use this service.

The driver changed the station on my car to a horrible metal rock screeching station that was way louder than my radio was when I left it. Just complete disregard for other's property. Probably took it for a joy ride. Called ACE, they told me to call harbor police. I did, got a case number, and the officer said that ACE telling me to call the police without taking any info was not an acceptable route. Calling my credit card to dispute and telling everyone I know not to park there. I contacted the manager, they will not accept any responsibility as I did not report before I left. Consider this a cautionary

The other Francisco kindly helped me figure out where to park. Shuttles ran 5 to 10 minutes and were in good clean working condition. On the way back we met the sweet driver Patty who was amazing with everyone. We also were greeted upon arrival and on our departure by their manager Richard who was awesome. Plenty of parking indoor. Seating area available while waiting for the Shuttle seating is available but limited. Their desk / lobby area was clean well kept. They offer cold / room temp water bottles, coffee and hot coco machine as well as teas available for those who don't like coffee. Our car was safe while we went on a cruise. Look forward to using them in the future. Full disclosure i had an issue with a driver, martin H but i did address it with Richard who was very attentive and addressed the issue immediately.

In late August I made a reservation to park at Aladdin Parking at San Diego airport for the period…read more30 Sept through 4 Oct. I made the reservation through Way.com. 2 days before my trip I received an email from Way.com telling me they have moved my parking to the Laurel Travel. Huh? I didn't know these two parking garages had any connection. The Aladdin is much nicer and their shuttle goes to the airport often, every 15 minutes I believe. The Laurel's shuttle does not go as often and is in terrible condition. I called Way.com and told them I did not want to be changed to the Laurel. After 10 minutes on hold the agent came back on saying I had been switched back to Aladdin and I should have a new confirmation email. I did. A few days later when I tried to enter the Aladdin garage with my new QR code, the gate would not open. So I pulled a ticket and parked. When I returned from my trip I attempted to again scan the QR code I was given. No luck, so I had to use a credit card to exit. Back home, I called Way.com and explained everything that happened. Between getting the receipt sent and gaining approvals was another 30 minutes on the phone. I finally got the refund, well most of it. My refund was for $114.50 but was charged $115.00 at the exit. Where's the 50 cents? For some odd reason it was put in a Waybucks account that was created for me. 50 cents is not worth arguing about but I'll mention it here. My biggest beef is that Way.com caused this by unilaterally switching me to a different location without asking me, they just did it.

This company is not authorized by any government agencies but since it's their lot, you will make mistake, and since they're not the police, they don't give you a proper fine, just an tiny envelope with details about payment and their office, which is why I am here hoping to pay them directly, but they're not professional in that department, they kept pointing you to a different direction, explaining that they don't take payment in person, but you have to mail it in. The difficult part is they don't even communicate with each other, they said each lot also owned by a different guy so I have to call that guy for more information. Since I got my ticket from Seaport Village, I have to call some guy name Richard who is not even available to answer my questions, instead some random dude telling me to put $40 in cash into the envelope and drop it off at the post office. He might give me stupid advices, but I am smarter, I asked him did they ever got issues when payment got lost, and confidently replied no, clearly this person was clueless, because I told him I went to the office on 6th avenue, they told me otherwise by put in a check, then he fumbled and said either check or cash will be fine. Again with this whole fiasco, I am already lost my entire experience downtown San Diego, I will remember to park on the street and watch out for any sign that said ACE parking. Finally I went to my bank and the post office to get the check then dropped it off, in case ACE didn't get the payment and wanted to sue me, they will received all the documentation and receipts I made specifically for that day. I can't believe they have the audacity to charge people but poorly handled their end to receive payment and making people lives a living hell.

This was regarding Ace parking valet near Seaport Village. We came on a Saturday and could not find a single parking spot even in paid parking so we resorted to the valet. It was about 15 bucks for 2 hours, not terrible but obviously still pricey. Thats fine though as long as its good service. Well it was far from that. Drop off was ok, they didn't say much just took our keys. Upon pickup, we requested our car as we were walking back to the valet, about 3 to 4 mins away. When we got there our car was already there waiting and you could clearly see the agitation on the driver's face for having to wait 1 maybe 2 minutes most. He didn't even say anything to me, I never used this one before so I asked if he needed my ticket or how does it work. He was SO rude to me, clearly angry for who knows what reason, and just snapped at me saying "did you pay or not!? Or go pay at the desk!!" I went to pay at the desk and he just left. The guy at the desk didnt even say hi, just asked rudely how much I want to tip my driver. Are you kidding me? I told him I'm always happy to tip when the service is good but the driver seemed very angry and was very rude to us. He just looked at me, tossed my card and keys at me and that was it. Thats all they said to me the whole time. I left our nice afternoon with the worst feeling in my stomach with how awful they talked to me. I would never use this place again nor would I ever recommend it. I don't know why people think being rude gets you anywhere, I was super kind to them and did not deserve that treatment. They have such an opportunity to get good tips and treat people with kindness but I think their management really needs to go undercover and see how their staff is treating people. Such a bad experience.

Not only was it a way to drastically cut our expenses (domestic flights from within Mexico are obviously way cheaper than international flights from LA), but it was such a calm, streamlined, easy operation. We got to the parking lot early for our 7am flight out of Tijuana, walked to the check in terminal & that's where we encountered our one and only 'hiccup.' Because we had 3 children with us, the Viva desk check-in said we needed to speak to a representative but we were told the only one on duty at that time was in the restroom. Luckily the stand alone kiosk on the other side of the area worked out fine. All of this was more of a Viva issue than a CBX one. We breezed through the bridge over the boarder & customs took no time at all. It was one of the quickest customs experiences I've ever had. We got dumped out right at the bag check area & were on for our trip. Coming home was just as easy. We got our bags and followed the well marked signs to CBX to walk over the boarder & do customs. Customs took a tad bit longer than going to Mexico, but that's more of a US thing than CBX. We still got through in was less time than expected, even when arriving on a Friday afternoon before a holiday weekend when I would normally expect huge crowds of people trying to get in to the country. In all, we saved hundreds of dollars even after paying for CBX & parking on location. We will always be using them from here on out for any family trips to Mexico.

I entered the lot and went inside to my eye exam (which determined I have 20/20 sight). When leaving the lot I readied $2 to pay for the hour and fifteen minutes, as the UCSD website advised $1 per hour for patient and visitor parking. The lot attendant told me that I actually owed $6, and that the parking was on a "public lot", and that they charged whatever they wanted. I told her about the misleading sign, and she changed her response and said that it was private property (belonging to First Unitarian Church) with public parking available. I again told her the sign seemed to indicate a relationship to UCSD. The attendant became very upset and stated I would "never park here again", at which point I reminded her that she had told me it was a "public parking lot" and left after paying the six dollars.
